       POLICE REGIONAL OFFICE 3 STRONGLY CONDEMNS THE MURDER OF A PROMINENT BUSINESSMAN AND PRESIDENT AND FOUNDER OF UNITED AUCTIONEERS, MR DOMINIC SYTIN, AND SERIOUSLY INJURING HIS BODYGUARD THAT HAPPENED ON THE NIGHT OF NOVEMBER 28, 2018 IN FRONT OF LIGHTHOUSE HOTEL ALONG WATERFRONT ROAD, SUBIC BAY FREEPORT ZONE.
  
       MR SYTIN WAS ABOUT TO ENTER SAID ESTABLISHMENT WHEN AN UNIDENTIFIED MALE SUSPECT SHOT HIM AT CLOSE RANGE HITTING HIM ON HIS BACK AND HEAD CAUSING HIS INSTANTANEOUS DEATH WHILE HIS BODYGUARD, EFREN ESPARTERO TRIED TO RETALIATE BUT WAS ALSO SHOT SEVERAL TIMES IN HIS RIGHT ARM AND TORSO.  UNIDENTIFED SUSPECT WAS ABLE TO FLEE ON BOARD HIS GETAWAY BLACK MIO MOTORCYCLE HEADING TOWARDS SBMA KALAKLAN GATE.
       SITG "LIGHTHOUSE” IS ALREADY CREATED AND I HAVE ORDERED AN IN-DEPTH PROBE ON THIS INCIDENT. WE ARE LOOKING INTO ALL ANGLES TO ESTABLISH POSSIBLE MOTIVES AND WE ARE EXERTING ALL MEANS TO GET INTO THE BOTTOM OF THIS UNFORTUNATE INCIDENT. WE ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS OF GATHERING PIECES OF EVIDENCE THAT WILL LEAD US TO THE IDENTIFICATION OF THE CULPRIT. WE ASSURE THE PUBLIC, AS WELL AS THE VICTIM'S FAMILY, OF OUR TOTAL COMMITMENT TO ENSURE IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION OF THE CASE THROUGH PROPER INVESTIGATION.
        WE EXTEND OUR DEEPEST CONDOLENCES TO THE FAMILY OF MR SYTIN AND WE CONTINUE TO SOLICIT PUBLIC SUPPORT.
