promotees CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PCSUPT JOEL NAPOLEON  M CORONEL administered the Oath Taking of thirty six (36) newly promoted Non-Uniformed Personnel this morning at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga which also coincided with the traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony.
PCSUPT CORONEL said that the 36 civilian employees are replacements for the civilian employees who have resigned and retired from the PNP service.
“Only 2% of our police service is comprised of civilian staff. The contributions you make are as vital as that of our men and women in uniform; hindi man lagi nababanggit, alam ko na malaki ang papel at kontribusyon ninyo sa aming tagumpay. You are our unsung heroes who play a valuable role in our organization. You help us behind the scenes every day, as radio operators, crime registrars and clerical staff,   this is why we need you and we know that we can count on you especially that, almost all of us, police officers are out in the streets safeguarding our communities. This is the crucial time that we must work hand in hand to achieve our goals of sustaining peace and order in Central Luzon,” PCSUPT CORONEL stated in his message.
