Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- -- Police Regional Office 3 started the week with "hitting three birds in one stone" as three important activities took place coinciding with the flag raising ceremony earlier this morning (March 4).

52 newly-promoted PNP personnel of Police Regional Office 3 took their oath at the PRO3 Parade Ground which was administered by PRO3 Regional Director POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL and was witnessed and participated in by the families and relatives of the promotees.

“To our 52 promotees, now that you have been promoted one rank higher does not mean you can rest on your laurels then. Huwag kayong makontento sa inyong promotion. I want you to keep going, strive harder, and embrace the challenges at stake ahead of you towards the fulfillment of your dreams. Itinalaga kayo ngayon sa inyong mga ranggo sapagkat alam ng buong PNP na malaki pa ang inyong potensyal upang makapaglingkod at maging mabuting ehemplo sa kapwa ninyo pulis at katrabaho. Huwag ninyo kaming biguin. Maglingkod kayo ng tapat at taos-puso sa sambayanang pilipino, at ngayong araw ang pagkakataon ninyong simulan ito!,” P/BGEN CORONEL said in his message.
