Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga - The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPPO) and its Provincial Advisory Council (PAC) held the 1st Provincial Advisory Council Summit at the Beverly Place, Barangay Sabanilla, Mexico, Pampanga on Wednesday (July 24).
In line with the theme "Stakeholders’ Commitment Towards Genuine PNP Transformation and Sustainable Community Engagement,” the summit convened the chiefs of police, strategy management personnel and members of each advisory council in every police station in the province to better educate them of their importance towards achieving the Philippine National Police Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation and Upholding of the Rule of Law or the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030.
“Transformation and Good Governance are two great tasks that could not be done by any single individual or any single group, we need each other and everyone’s strong collaboration and support,” PBGEN NOEL A BARACEROS, Director of the Center for Police Strategy Management said in his message.
He also shared some of CPSM’s numerous milestones and breakthroughs such as the attainment of the over-all vision of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 through the imposition of Individual Performance Scorecards and the involvement of the growing number of Advisory Councils nationwide providing the PNP the much needed external expertise in areas most needed.

Police Regional Office 3, along with all the Provincial and City Police Offices including Pampanga PPO, is continuously drawing closer in achieving the final stage of the PGS. We may have great challenges and great opportunities ahead but, with your help, we will meet them all because of our determination not to give up but to persevere and carry through to the end.”
