CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – PBGEN RHODEL O SERMONIA said that in the relentless drive of Police Regional Office 3 to end human trafficking, another successful operation of the Regional Anti-Trafficking in Persons Task Group 3 (RATTG 3) was conducted on Friday (December 6) at No. 403 ON Pool Villas, Lot 1 E Aguinaldo St, Clark Development Corporation, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.


PBGEN Rhodel O Sermonia also said that all nine (9) rescued women were foreign nationals from China who were sexually exploited by the suspects identified as Fan, Jianwu, a native of Hube China, Wang,  Xiankai, a native of Sichuan China and a certain Jeff, also a Chinese national.

During the entrapment operation, authorities were able to seize from the suspects the following; Php 6,000, cellphones, boxes of condoms, passports, identification cards and one (1) Toyota Vios sedan.

PBGEN Sermonia added that appropriate charges for violation of Republic Act No. 10364 or Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act are already filed against the foreigners who are presently under the custody of Mabalacat City Police Station and the rescued victims are temporarily sheltered at the City Social Welfare and Development Office while coordination is being made with Bureau of Immigration for proper disposition of the victims.
