Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – As immediate response to the call of PNP Chief PGEN DEBOLD M SINAS to help especially in times of crisis, PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON, RD, PRO3 heads the humanitarian drive of Police Regional Office 3 in an effort to deliver PNP relief goods for the victims of Typhoon Ulysses.
PBGEN DE LEON recognized the crucial need of providing assistance to his fellow Cagayanos who greatly suffered from severe flooding brought about by the opening of Magat Dam spillway gate due to the typhoon. “Despite being struck by the recent typhoons Rolly and Ulysses, Central Luzon is still blessed for not being hit the hardest, this is the best time to extend our help and our provision of services to needy communities is expected,” PBGEN DE LEON said.
The top cop of Region 3 also expressed his appreciation to his personnel for their willingness to respond to their social and moral obligations to the society at all times.
PRO3 personnel are currently packing relief goods composed of basic commodities which will be sent to Police Regional Office 2, particularly in Cagayan Valley.
