Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – PRO3 head PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON on Saturday ( December 19) said PRO3 cops will intensify police visibility and police presence as more areas are now relegated and more people are allowed to go out especially this Holiday season.
PBGEN DE LEON also said that the increased presence of police personnel to include the implementation of OPLAN BANDILLO for community awareness and information dissemination aims to prevent lawless elements to carry out their nefarious activities and at the same time to ensure strict implementation of the IATF guidelines and minimum health protocols such as wearing of face mask, face shield and physical distancing.
"We appeal to the public that if there is no need for you to go out to buy basic needs, please stay at home and avoid non-essential travels. We are asking for your full cooperation, to help save lives and contain the spread of Covid-19. Staying at home will protect you both from the virus and criminal elements who are waiting for their opportunity to prey on innocent victims, " PBGEN DE LEON added.
This weekend, the Central Luzon police chief and his team has started to personally inspect all commercial establishments, terminals and other places of public convergence to observe the strict implementation of the health protocols which is being replicated by provincial and city directors in all provinces and cities within the four corners of the region.(PIO-3)
