Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS bared that one hundred and one (101) persons sought by law were arrested during a week-long (May 25-31) manhunt operations conducted by Central Luzon cops.
Twenty-four (24) persons sought by law in Tarlac were arrested by police authorities by virtue of Warrants of Arrest identified as: Bienvenido ANTONIO y Panlican, Adrian MADRIAGA y Guarin, Nancy LACTAOTAO y Ramos, Rolando LACTAOTAO y Pablo and Cleody CUARESMA y Pascua, all residents of Gerona; Jerry GARCIA y Reyes, Arman MALLARI y Diaz, Orly REYES y De Leon, Rom Riki CURA y Zuniga, Roderick SALVADOR y Mesina and Jhay UY a.k.a. Jehovah Jireh UY y Marchito, all residents of Tarlac City; Severino BALIGNASAY y Aquino and Mark Anthony MARTINEZ y Santos, both of Moncada; Danilo BALTAZAR y Andres and Alfredo GAMIT, both of San Jose; Jesus APOLONIO y Gagarin of Victoria; Edwin JAPITANA y Escoto and Romel DAQUIZ y Macali, both of Capas; Eduardo GARCIA JR y Yumang of Bamban; Val PONCE y Pangan of Concepcion; Ricardo BARTOLO y Velasco and Rochelle DELA CRUZ y Marcolino, both of Paniqui; Edwin SARIO y Inukando and Angelo CARCHA y Gulimlim, both of San Manuel.
Similarly, twenty-two (22) wanted persons were arrested by Bulacan police identified as Marites DELMO y Gersaniva, Ruscel SAN JUAN y Dela and Richard MARCELO y Palisoc, all of City of San Jose Del Monte; Roberto CELSO JR y Arandila of Malolos City; Joven MANGULABNAN y De Guzman, Rolando LERON y Miralles and Emilio PANGANIBAN y Sañosa, all of Sta. Maria; Leo H. ENRIQUEZ of Bulakan; Jose MENDOZA y Espiritu of Pulilan; Mar CASTRO y Antimado of Baliuag; Aurelio CUEVO y Corpuz, Ricky MONTAOS y Cansino, Mark Anthony MONTAOS y Edanio and Alfie TERMULO y Manalo, all of Meycauayan City; Archie TOBIAS y Macapagal, Richie ALCANTARA y Sanchez and Fortunato DE CASTRO y Dela Cruz, all of San Ildefonso; Edward BURGOS of Obando; Cristina DE GUZMAN and Jowen MANGULABNAN y De Guzman, both of Bocaue; Ronie ROSINO y Heribit of Pandi; and, Danilo NERVAL y Flores of Diliman, Quezon City.
In Nueva Ecija, police authorities arrested fifteen (15) outlaws identified as Romeo AGUILAR y Celso, Roman RAMOS y Soriano and Joey AGUINALDO y Lopez, all of Cabanatuan City; Jericho PERALTA y Pascua, Maria Eden BANGOT and Rodolfo ALAWANG y Agliam, all of San Jose City; Marcial GANTE of Carranglan; Noel MIRANDA y Valiente of Rizal; Fernando AGUILAR y Dela Paz and Jeffrey AGTANI y Domingo, both of Aliaga; Candice TORRES y Cusilet of Science City of Muñoz; Jennifer PADOLINA y Bautista of Gen. Tinio; Wifredo CARIÑO y Sigawat of Palayan City; Ruben HIDALGO y Antonio of West Fairview, Quezon City; and, Cornelio MERMILO y Basco of Umingan, Pangasinan.
Meanwhile, thirteen (13) persons with Warrants of Arrest were arrested in Pampanga namely: Jesus PAMINTUAN y David a.k.a. Tibong of Sto. Tomas; Wilma PINEDA y Jose and Revelyn TONGOL y Bengco, both of Porac; Jayson SANTIAGO y Santisidad, Harold GARCIA y Manlapaz, Art Joseph CANLAS y Garcia a.k.a. Tepyo and Japanese national Kenjie SEKIYA, all of Mabalacat City; Roldan CAYABYAB y Baking of Bacolor; Carl GALLARDO y Saldoa of Apalit; Jay-R MUSNI y Tongol and Irene MACAPAGAL y Salenga, both of City of San Fernando; Jenny DE TAÑEDO y Veloria of Candaba; and, Sherill ORTEGO Fortes of Silang, Cavite.
Also arrested by Zambales police operatives were eight (8) wanted persons identified as Leopoldo F. FRANCO of Cabangan; Joy DAYAO y Valao of Masinloc; Dyone Ryx BESARRA y Ladrillo and Obed TIONG y Bautista, both of Castillejos; Ferdinand VALDEZ y Camacho and Mark Joseph SOBRENILLA y Tanamal, both of Subic; Dante DOLANDOLAN y Florita of Sta. Cruz; and, John CALUSIN y Canonizado of San Antonio.
Seven (7) wanted persons in Bataan were arrested by police operatives namely: Edward MENDOZA y Angeles of Orani; Shiela Mariz TORSERA y Dagohoy and Robert TANGENTE y Tabale, both of Pilar; Mery May JALOVA y Nacion and Alex ABELLAR y Flerio, both of Mariveles; Evangeline BALUYOT y Villegas of Dinalupihan; and, Aira SANTOS y Salaya of Abucay.
Four (4) outlaws were arrested by Angeles City cops identified as Jerome MESINA of Cutud; Erwin DIZON of Trinidad; Edgar MAHINAY y Pasionela of Porac, Pampanga; and, William VIRAY y Andal of San Simon, Pampanga.
Aurora police also arrested four (4) persons sought by law, to wit: Delfin DIMANDANTE of Dingalan; Grace ANDRADA of Dipaculao; Gerald ALFORTE y Turzar and Pracio COLLARDO y Aguilar, both residents of Casiguran.
Likewise, Olongapo police arrested four (4) persons with standing warrants of arrest namely: Rogelio VALERIO y Caringal of Mabayuan; John Paul ARCA y Estrada, Ariel MORA y Andrade and Amy MORA y Falcutila, all residents of Gordon Heights.
All wanted persons were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for different crimes and law violations which includes Homicide, Rape, Robbery, Theft, Direct Assault, Physical Injury, Estafa, Acts of Lasciviousness, Concubinage, Adultery, Libel, Violation of RA 9165, RA 10883, RA 7610, RA 9262, RA 4136, RA 9442 and BP 22.
"We will continue to go after these criminals and we are committed to put them in jail,” PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A suspected rapist of a minor was killed after attempting to shoot his police escorts in Capas, Tarlac, this morning (May 31).
Slain suspect identified as Michael FRANCISCO y Lansangan, of legal age, single and resident of Brgy. Sta. Rita, Capas, Tarlac who was arrested for rape charges while being escorted by police officers onboard a patrol vehicle managed to grab the gun of SPO2 Theovasco Nolasco and pointed it to the latter prompting the other apprehending officers, PO2 Michael Dimatera and PO1 Oneal John Alimurong to shoot FRANCISCO which resulted to his instantaneous death.
Prior to the incident, an 8-year old girl together with her parents reported a Statutory Rape before Capas Municipal Police Station which transpired around 2:00 AM, today (May 31).
Immediately, a team led by SPO2 Nolasco was dispatched and coordinated with Barangay Chairman Arnold Arcilla of Sta. Rita, Capas, Tarlac which resulted in the arrest of the suspect.
PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said,"We are relentless in our efforts to fight off criminality as we are stern in enforcing the law and quick in arresting lawless elements."
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police authorities arrested Tarlac City's high value target during buy-bust operation, yesterday morning (May 18).
Joint operatives of Tarlac Provincial Intelligence Branch and Provincial Police Drug Enforcement Unit implemented Search Warrant No. 2018-01 issued by RTC Branch 64, Tarlac City in Purok 1, Brgy. Lourdes, Tarlac City, Tarlac which resulted in the arrest of Barangay Captain Edison DIAZ y Calayag, listed as High Value Target of Talac CPS, 41 years old, married and resident of said place.
Seized from DIAZ' possession were one (1) medium size chocolate box containing suspected shabu; one (1) medium transparent plastic sachet containing suspected marijuana leaves and two (2) small transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu.
Case for violation RA 9165 is already being filed against the arrested suspect.
Said operation was conducted in the presence of the arrested suspect's spouse, barangay officials, media paractitioners and DOJ representative.
DIAZ is temporarily under the custody of Tarlac PPO PIB Office.

CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- More or less Php 800K worth of shabu was seized during the implementation of search warrant by joint operatives of Bataan Police Drug Enforcement unit, Provincial Intelligence Branch, Dinalupihan Municipal Police Station and PDEA Bataan in Dinalupihan, Bataan, yesterday (May 30).
Said operatives armed with search warrant proceeded at No.17 Brgy. Rizal, Dinalupihan, Bataan to implement Search Warrant No. 379-18 issued by HON.EXECUTIVE JUDGE MARION T JACQUELINE POBLETE against Ferdinand Mallari which resulted in the arrest of the following: Ferdinand MALLARI, Eduardo PECSON, Arnel SALVADOR, Elmer ANGELES and Audemar SIMSUANGCO and seizure of twenty eight (28) pieces of medium size heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu more or less 120 grams amounting to Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php. 800,000.00) street value.
Charges for violation of Sec. 6,7,11 and 12 of Art. II RA 9165 are already being filed against the suspects.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The top 4 most wanted person of San Jose, Tarlac was arrested during a manhunt operation conducted by police authorities in Tarlac, yesterday (May 16).
Around 12:00NN, operatives of San Jose Municipal Police Station armed with Warrant of Arrest proceeded at Brgy. Moriones, San Jose, Tarlac and arrested Pablito CATALAN y Macapulay, 55 years old, widower, construction worker and resident of Brgy. Pao, San Jose, Tarlac.
CATALAN, sought by law for Rape in relation to RA 7610 is ranked no. 4 in the top 10 most wanted person of San Jose. No bail is recommended for his temporary liberty.
