Trick-or-treating or guising is a customary practice for children on Halloween in many countries. Children in costumes travel from house to house in order to ask for treats such as candy (or, in some cultures, money).

Different offices and units of PRO3 including the Office of the Regional Director were brimmed with candies and treats for a Pre-Halloween good time that provided ample fun for the kids of the Camp Olivas Day Care Center.  PRO3 Command Group, Unit heads and chiefs of offices handed out candies to forty five (45) kids who wore their best national costumes as they stopped on their offices/units.

This “Trick or Treat” is also in line with the 26th National Children’s Month Celebration with the theme “ISULONG: TAMANG PAG-AARUGA PARA SA LAHAT NG BATA.”
