Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that Central Luzon cops were able to arrest nine (9) wanted persons yesterday (May 15), as the campaign against wanted persons continue to intensify.
 
In Bataan, police authorities arrested Larry FLORES y Salonga, most wanted person of Bagac MPS, 23 years old, single, resident of Brgy. Saysain, Bagac, Bataan by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Rape by Sexual Assault in relation to RA 7610 with no bail recommended.
 
Two (2) wanted persons in Angeles City were arrested by police authorities by virtue of Warrants of Arrest identified as: Rommel DELA CRUZ y Nuguid of Brgy. Amsic, Angles City for Robbery and Min Wook KIM of Brgy. Cauayan, Angeles City for RIR in Damage to Property.
 
Police authorities of Bulacan PPO arrested two (2) wanted persons identified as Lilibeth TABARNO y Taberna for Light Threats and Patrocenia TABERNA y Arape for Unjust Vexation, both Marilao, Bulacan residents.
Also arrested were Selfredo BRON JR. y Evangelista of Jaen, Nueva Ecija for Rape by Sexual Assault in relation to RA 7610; Maritess MAGNO y Alimurong of Porac, Pampanga for Theft; Cynthia DELOS SANTOS y Racela of Brgy Pag-Asa, Olongapo City; and, Domingo BALEROS JR. y Barrion of Subic, Zambales for Frustrated Murder.
 
"We will continue to go after these criminals and we are committed to put them in jail as we are relentless in enforcing the law,” PCSUPT CORPUS said.
 

 

            CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police authorities arrested the leader of "Pitong Gatang Basag Kotse Group" and his partner in a buy- bust operation conducted by the City of San Fernando Police - Drug Enforcement Unit at Bgy Lourdes, City of San Fernando, Pampanga yesterday morning (May 15).
     
           City of San Fernando Chief of Police PSUPT ROLAND AGOHOB identified  the  arrested suspects as Joey PAMINTUAN y David, 26 years old, with live-in partner,resident of 2nd Street, Tiopaco, Brgy Lourdes, City of San Fernando, Pampanga and categorized as a Target-Listed Drug Personality of City of San Fernando, Pampanga and Arlene NIEDO y Soriano, 25 years old, a resident of Highway, Brgy San Vicente, Bacolor, Pampanga and Categorized as Newly Identified Drug Personality of City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
 
            PAMINTUAN previously surrendered to police authorities during the massive implementation of “Oplan Tokhang” in line with Double Barrel. 
 
            Seized from their possession were the following: Fifty Three (53) pieces transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and Php 500.00 marked money.
 
            Further investigation revealed that the group of Pamintuan is responsible for the series of "Basag Kotse" incidents in the City of San Fernando targeting cars parked in the different commercial establishments all over the city.
 
            Cases for violation of RA 9165 (Sections 5 and 11 for Pamintuan and Section 11 for Niedo) are being filed against arrested suspects.
 
            “While we are still busy with our election duties, our efforts against criminality and illegal drugs remain relentless,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS revealed during the press conference held at PANA Hall, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, earlier this morning, May 15, that the conduct of the 2018 Barangay and SK Elections on Monday (May 14) was generally peaceful with no untoward election related incident happened. 

“The intensified police and military presence as well as the COMELEC and other partner agencies, information dissemination, and the various activities that our commanders on the ground did for community engagements greatly helped us steer a generally peaceful and ordely conduct of the 2018 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections in Region 3.

Even in Nueva Ecija which has the most number of election hotspots, there was no single election related incident reported and I can say that this is the best example that indeed we provided the best security coverage for this electoral process,” PCSUPT CORPUS said. 

Relatedly, with regard to the possession of firearms, explosives, and bladed weapons, from the start of the COMELEC gun ban last April 14, 2018 , PRO3 arrested 137 violators and confiscated a total of 87 assorted firearms, 534 ammunition, 40 bladed weapons, 16 grenades, 2 firearms replica and 1 improvised explosives device.

Meanwhile, on the violation of the 48-hour liquor ban that came into effect Saturday midnight until midnight of Monday, May 14, PRO3 arrested 53 violators wherein, 24 came from Bulacan, 10 in Olongapo City, 9 in Tarlac, 8 in Nueva Ecija and 2 in Pampanga.

PCSUPT CORPUS further stated that with yesterday’s generally orderly election, PRO3 remains vigilant to ensure that the peaceful trend will prevail until the end of the election period on May 21, 2018.

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- COMELEC 3 Regional Election Director Atty Temie P Lambino lauded the entire Central Luzon police force for the success of the recently concluded 2018 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections 2018 in Region 3.

During the press conference held at PANA Hall, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga earlier this morning (May 15), Atty Lambino said that, “among all the 17 regions of the Philippines, we are number in terms of vote canvassing and proclamation of winners. This is because of the combined efforts of the PNP and AFP in providing security to our polling centers which paved way for the smooth conduct of elections and safe and secure delivery of ballot boxes from the polling centers to the COMELEC.

“I would like to congratulate all of us for being number 1, our concerted efforts and all our sacrifices, especially our men and women in uniform here in Central Luzon has paid off,” Atty Lambino added.

CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- A foreigner wanted for issuing bouncing checks was arrested along with another fugitive on Friday in Olongapo City. Nausharwan MALIK y Riaz, native of Islamabad, Pakistan and currently residing in Olongapo City was arrested by operatives of Olongapo City Police Station 3 by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for violation of BP 22 or Bouncing Checks Law (5 counts) with recommended fix bail of Php 144,000.00 for his temporary liberty. Operatives of Olongapo City Police Intelligence Branch also arrested Jeffrey ARARACAP y Manguino aka “Loloy”, resident of New Banicain, Olongapo City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Statutory Rape, with no bail recommended. “We are relentless in our efforts to put all persons sought by law behind the bars of justice including foreigners who violate our laws as we keep on re-invigorating our manhunt operations, we are committed to achieve our goal of giving the public safer communities to live, work and do business,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
