             Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga---  The top 8 most wanted person of Orani, Bataan and three (3) other persons with standing Warrants of Arrest were arrested during various manhunt operations conducted by police authorities yesterday (May 6).

            Around 1:55 a.m., joint operatives of Orani MPS, Bataan Provincial Intelligence Branch, Provincial Investigation and Detective Management Branch and Bataan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company proceeded at Brgy. Pag-asa, Orani, Bataan and served two (2) Warrants of Arrest against Jayson ROQUE y Rodriguez, resident of Noraville Subdivision, Brgy. Tugatog, Orani, Bataan and ranked no. 8 in the top 10 most wanted person of Orani MPS.

            Said warrants were issued by Hon. Judge Rolando S. Tungol of Municipal Circuit Trial Court Orani-Samal, Bataan for the crime of Attempted Homicide with recommended bail of Php.12,000.00 and Hon. Judge Antonio Ray A. Ortiguera of RTC Branch 2, Balanga City for the crime of Slight Physical Injury in relation to Violation of RA 9262 with recommended bail of Php.2,000.00.

            Also arrested were Yolanda ESTABAYA y Lorenzo of City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan for Slight Physical Injuries; Niño ESQUIBEL y Olmo of Brgy. New Asinan, Olongapo City for Violation of RA 7610; and, Sandy MANALILI y Malinao of San Luis, Pampanga for RIR in Damage to Property.

            PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said that PRO3’s arrest rate will continue to increase as more operations region wide are being conducted against lawless elements and absconders with the stern implementation of the campaign against wanted persons.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Twenty-eight (28) persons were arrested as numerous illegal drugs were confiscated during series of anti-illegal drugs operations conducted by Central Luzon cops, yesterday (May 5).

Sixteen (16) persons were arrested by Bulacan police operatives during buy-bust operation identified as Aris DUQUE y Romen a.k.a. Ogag, Arnold BALBIN y Quebec, Nikko VISPERAS y Gravador, Trina MAHOY y Rasing and Mark Anthony LUIS y Morante, all residents of City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan; Arthur CRUZ y Santos a.k.a. Doro and Jonalyn ITALIA y Vicente, both residents of Sta. Maria, Bulacan; Nikki SANTOS y Manuel of Norzagaray, Bulacan; : Edgar DE JESUS y Bautista a.k.a. Egay and Dina DONZAL y Segubre, both residents of Bocaue, Bulacan; Mark Deve BENEDICTO y Cruz a.k.a. Bebe of Marilao, Bulacan. While, James MENDOZA y Pingol, Edward AXL y Villanueva, Anthony DELOS REYES y Dela Rosa, Roma AMOR y Sioco and Jayson RODRIGUEZ y Dela Cruz, all residents of Bulakan, Bulacan were caught while having pot session.

Seized from the possession of the suspects were a total of thirty-eight (38) sachets of suspect shabu weighing 12.7 grams with estimated street value of Php.57,000.00, eighteen (18) transparent plastics sachet containing suspected marijuana leaves with fruiting tops weighing 29 grams with street value of Php.2,000.00, marked money and illegal drugs paraphernalia.

In Pampanga, police operatives were able to arrest six (6) persons identified as Gemma DAVID y Taruc of Magalang, Pampanga; Jayson PARE y Dayrit of Mabalacat City, Pampanga; Resty SANGUYO y Magat a.k.a.Toto of Sto. Tomas, Pampanga; Rolando LORESCO, Felicita LUNAG and Michael RIVERA, all residents of Sta. Rita, Pampanga.

Confiscated from their possession were a total of twenty (20) sachets containing suspected shabu and marked money.

Also, Angeles City police operatives arrested three (3) drug suspects during buy bust operation identified as Rommel PINEDA y Castillo of Brgy. Trinidad, Angeles City; Al Amin RAHIM y Sarif of Brgy. Pandan Angeles City; and, a 17-year old minor from Brgy. Tabun, Angeles City.

Confiscated from their possession were four (4) sachets containing suspected shabu, five (5) sachets of suspected marijuana leaves and marked money.

Restituto CABILING y Miguel and Arnold DAYAO y Turiaga, both residents of Hermosa, Bataan; and, Gilbert BAUTISTA y Bartolome of Orani, Bataan were arrested by Bataan police during buy-bust operation.

The trio yielded a total of six (6) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and marked money.

Cases for Violation of RA 9165 were filed against the arrested suspects.

PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, RD, PRO3 said that continuous conduct of anti-drug operations are being launched as PRO3 invigorates its efforts to wipe out all forms of illegal drugs in order to achieve its quest for a drug free Central Luzon.

 

          Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Two (2) drug suspects were arrested and nineteen (19) sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated during anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by police authorities, yesterday evening (May 4).

          Joint operatives of Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Branch and City of San Fernando Police Station conducted buy-bust operation in Brgy. Sindalan, City of San Fernando Police Station which resulted in the arrest of Terry LEE y Carreon a.k.a. Tere, 46 years old, married, resident of Richmond Subdivision, Brgy. Magliman, City of San Fernando, Pampanga and Joel LAZARO y Atmosfere, 52 years old, married, resident of Lourdes Heights Subdivision, Brgy. Del Rosario, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

           Confiscated from the duo’s possession were nineteen (19) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, cellphone, one (1) black/green Honda motorcycle bearing plate number 3833CC and Php.1,000.00 marked money.

           The arrested suspects who are currently under the custody of Pampanga police are being charged for violation of Sec 5 and 11 of RA 9165.

          PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that “even on weekends, our police relentlessly launch anti-drug operations and are working on double to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs region wide.”

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- An off-duty police officer rushed a man with gunshot wound to the nearest hospital late night, yesterday (May 4).

At around 11 o’clock in the evening,  PO1 Marvin Magyano, member of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3  who was then  off-duty and resting inside his apartment located at Fernandino St., Brgy San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga  heard a gunshot nearby and immediately went out of the house to verify. Then he came across the victim who was lying on the pavement identified as Argie JIMENEZ y Arcilla, 36 years old, married, tricycle driver, resident of Brgy. Sta. Lucia, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

PO1 Magyano immediately brought the victim to the nearest hospital for medical treatment.

Initial investigation revealed that on said time and date, victim dropped his passenger at Fernandino St, Brgy.San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga when out of nowhere,  one (1) unidentified male person onboard a motorcycle appeared and shot the victim hitting him on his buttocks.        

Recovered from the place of incident was one (1) spent shell for caliber .45.

Police authorities are currently conducting follow-up operation for the possible identification and arrest of the suspect.

I commend PO1 Magyano for his swift action of responding and bringing the victim to the nearest hospital in order to save his life. Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that twenty-four (24) wanted persons were arrested yesterday (May 3) as the campaign against wanted persons is continuously being carried out region wide. 

Seven (7) persons sought by law in Bulacan were arrested by police authorities by virtue of Warrants of Arrest identified as: Leonito FELICANO a.k.a. Tata of Bustos, Bulacan for Attempted Homicide; Denny ALBERT y Infortuno of San Ildefonso, Bulacan for Rape; Rodel GARCIA y Morales of San Rafael, Bulacan for Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610; Benigno FRANCISCO JR. a.k.a. Joven of Bustos, Bulacan for Adultery; Bob Eugene DELA CRUZ y Hayag of City of Malolos, Bulacan for Theft; Mark Lawrence GALVEZ y Agusta of Balagtas, Bulacan for Theft; and, Jeric MANGAHAS y Lacanilao of San Miguel, Bulacan for Violation of BP 22.

Similarly, five (5) wanted persons were arrested in Tarlac identified as Alejandro SICAT y Aguas of Capas, Tarlac for Attempted Homicide; Christopher ROSALES y Robles of Victoria, Tarlac for Estafa; Adrian LAPUZ y Martinez of Tarlac City for Slight Physical Injuries and Threat; Jesonia GARCIA y Ibarra of Camiling, Tarlac for Violation of RA 7610; and, Rolando TIRU y Lacap of Tarlac City for RIR in Damage to Property.

In Bataan, police authorities arrested Noriel BANADERA y Gonzales of Abucay,Bataan for Theft; Marife RAMOS y Baysa of Balanga City, Bataan for Falsification of Public Documents; Eduardo TRIA y Cemitara, Lorna TRIA y Abalayan and Reynaldo DIZON y Buenaventura, all residents of Abucay, Bataan for Grave Oral Defamation.

Meanwhile, three (3) persons with Warrants of Arrest were arrested in Nueva Ecija namely: Rommel DIZON y Lacsina of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija for Qualified Theft in relation to RA 9344; Jaycee SACDAL y De Lara of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija for Violation of RA 9262; and, Julios Ceasar GARCIA y Ingalla of Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija for Violation of RA 7610.

Also arrested were Morimoto YOSHIHIRO of Friendship, Angeles, City for Violation of RA 9262; Albert P. HERNANDEZ and Joselyn R. COSTES, both residents of Maria Aurora, Aurora for Estafa; and, Randy MANZANO y Feliciano of Subic, Zambales for Unjust Vexation.

“As we intensify our campaign against wanted persons, we will have no let up in conducting manhunt operations to put these criminals in jail," PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
