Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – As part of the capability enhancement initiative of the Philippine National Police, Police Regional Office 3 received a total of thirty-six (36) newly acquired Honda XRM motorcycles which will be distributed to all of  seven (7) provincial police offices of the region.
The simple turn-over ceremony was held at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City San Fernando, Pampanga, earlier this morning (October 17)

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL acknowledged with gratitude the support of the PNP through the Directorate for Logistics.

“With this improvement in mobility, I am in no doubt that more positive accomplishments will be achieved and that the public can expect us to respond promptly to incidents, delivering our police services more quickly especially now that in less than two months, we will be holding the 30th SEA  Games. The procurement of our motorcycles is very timely as these would be of great help in our anti-criminality measures,” PBGEN CORONEL further stated.
