CAMP OLIVAS, City Of San Fernando, Pampanga.--- Ten (10) females believed to be engaged in prostitution activities were rescued after police authorities implemented search warrants in Angeles City on Tuesday.  

Joint personnel from Regional Anti-Trafficking in Persons Task Group, Regional Anti-Cybercrime Office 3 and Regional Mobile Force Battalion armed with Search Warrants # 19-475 and 19- 476 issued by the Hon. Irene Zenaida Buan, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 56 for Violation of RA 9208 as amended by RA 10364 proceeded at No. 68 New York St. Villasol Subd., Brgy, Anunas, Angeles City. and No. 350- A Paulette St. Josefaville Subd., St. Brgy Malabanias Angeles City to implement said search warrant which resulted to the arrest of Jeung Wook Pyo@ KEI, Korean National, tourist, presently renting and occupying house no. 350-A Paulette St., Josefaville Subd., Brgy, Malabanias, Angeles City and Park Kicheri @Gerald, a native of Kangnam Seoul, Korea and presently residing at # 68 New York St., Villasol Subd., Brgy Anunas, Angeles City and the rescue of ten (10) female workers who were employed by the suspects as attendants in their illegal massage business.

PRO3 Regional Director BGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said that “As we are very much focused on our all -out war against illegal drugs, we continue to sternly implement our focused police operations to curb all forms of criminality within the four corners of the region.”

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- The Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict III (RTF-ELCAC III) has been conducting significant strides in order to swiftly address security, socio-economic and other related problems in Central Luzon.

Since its creation in July of this year, 11 alleged leaders and members of the Communist Terrorist Groups have already voluntarily surrendered while another was arrested with the recovery of several assorted firearms and explosives.

Relatedly, eighty-one (81) municipalities in the four (4) corners of the region have already declared CPP/NPA as “persona non grata” and 178 barangays region wide have already undergone community mobilization program.

“The members of the RTF-ELCAC III are constantly uniting efforts in addressing the communist insurgency pursuant to Executive Order No. 70 or the whole-of-nation approach in attaining inclusive and sustainable peace. For the part of the PNP, we continue to implement our programs relative to our massive campaign against insurgency as engage them in the different sectors of society to include even the academe,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- In line with the observance of the National Peace Consciousness Month, 81 PRO3 personnel donated a total of 40, 000 cc of blood to the Jose B Lingad Regional Memorial Hospital.

The Blood- Letting activity which was spearheaded by the Regional Police Community Affairs and Development Division headed by its chief, PLTCOL DONATO R BAIT  was held on September 26, 2019 at the PRO3 PANA Hall, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.  

PRO3 has been an active partner in the voluntary blood donation program of the different health institutions.

PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL, RD, PRO3  said that this activity aims to raise the consciousness of every PNP personnel to do a very noble and heroic act not only in doing their jobs rightfully but also through blood donation in order to save the lives of other people.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Two hundred thirty- four (234) PRO3 personnel, participated in the opening ceremony of the of the 60- day rigid training on Basic Internal Security Operations Course (BISOC) conducted by the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division (RLDDD) personnel under PLTCOL NIXON M CAYABAN who are equipped and well-trained with the different tactics and strategies in combat operations.

The opening ceremony was held at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on September 23, 2019.

During this two-month training, Scout trainees will undergo Rope Courses; Close Quarter Battle (CQB); First Aid; Immediate Action Drill (IAD); Water/Seaborne Tactics; Terrain Modeling;  Survival, Field Training Exercises; and Community Immersion. The trainees will also be trained on how to become physically fit and mentally awake despite time over pressure imposition.

“Ako ay nagagalak sapagkat nagkaroon na naman tayo ng ganitong pagsasanay na lilinang ng inyong mga kakayahan bilang mga miyembro ng ating Public Safety Forces. Lalo na ngayon na kabi-kabila na naman ang nangyayaring karahasan hindi lamang sa ating rehiyon maging sa buong bansa.  The rigidity of your Basic Internal Security Operations training will enable you to fight insurgency as well as criminality, to defend and protect our community particularly the rural areas that are prone to lawless elements and threat groups.  I encourage you to absorb the training well, so that that you can make Central Luzon safe and secured from the threats of insurgency, terrorism and criminality,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said in his message.
