    The former 2nd man in command of the National Capital Region Police Office and District Director of Manila Police District assumed his post as the new Regional Director of Police Regional Office 3 on Tuesday (November 20, 2018).

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Ten (10) suspects were arrested and numerous illegal drugs were confiscated during series of anti-illegal drugs operations conducted by Central Luzon cops, yesterday (April 28).

Nine (9) persons were arrested in Bulacan identified as Jackilyn OCONER y Carreon a.k.a. Jacky, Rosalie MENESES y Canedo and Rey RANCE y Dela Cruz, all residents of Baliwag, Bulacan; Lito PANUELOS y Gueriba a.k.a. Tolits of City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan; Rjay MENDEZ y Ramos of Hagonoy, Bulacan; Roly DURANGGO y Oliban and Chester SANTOS y Yrasga, both residents of Bocaue, Bulacan; Emelda LIM y Sanarillo a.k.a. Embang and Marivic PAGUIA y Bernardo, both residents of Marilao, Bulacan.

Seized from their possession were a total of fifty-five (55) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and marked money.

Arnold PARENA of Candaba, Pampanga was arrested by police operatives in the act of selling and in possession of five (5) sachets of suspected shabu and Php.500.00 marked money.

All arrested persons were charged for Violation of Sec 5 and 11 of RA 9165.

PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, Regional Director said that PNP PRO3 is continuously conducting proactive operations against all forms of illegal drugs in order to achieve its quest for a drug free Central Luzon.

 

 

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that twenty-three (23) wanted persons were arrested yesterday (April 26) as the campaign against wanted persons is continuously being carried out region wide. 

Eight (8) persons sought by law in Bulacan were arrested by police authorities by virtue of Warrants of Arrest identified as: Germaine Lee SANTOS y Cruz and Christian DOMINGO y Agustin, both residents of Pandi, Bulacan for Estafa; Ricardo SERANNO y Santos of Bocaue, Bulacan for Violation of RA 9262; John PANGYARIHAN y Ligon of San Miguel, Bulacan for RIR in Damage to Property; Antonio NABONG y Maque of Meycauayan City, Bulacan for Slight Physical Injuries; Lolita B. LABORTE of Guiguinto, Bulacan for Estafa; Ciriaco REYES y Lalo of San Miguel Bulacan for Theft through Falsification of Commercial Documents; and, Valentin FADUL y Talagtag a.k.a. Tintin of Bustos, Bulacan for Acts of Lasciviousness.

Similarly, seven (7) wanted persons were arrested in Nueva Ecija identified as John Louie GALLARDO y Pablo of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija for Violation of RA 10883; Lualhati TAMAYO of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija for Violation of RA 10175 (Online Libel); Oliver CANONIGO y Agbayani of Palayan City, Nueva Ecija for Violation of RA 9262; Rafael AQUINO y Fernandez of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija for RIR to Serious Physical Injuries and Damage to Property; Arnel SICAM y Dadag of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija for Concubinage; and, Earl GARCIA y Calvadores of Guimba, Nueva Ecija for Grave Threat; Reynaldo VIDON y Bonifacio of San Antonio, Nueva Ecija for Qualified Theft.

In Tarlac, police authorities arrested Rene Boy GAYLA y Dela Rosa of San Jose, Tarlac for RIR in Multiple Physical Injuries and Damage to Property; Tressan James SULIT y Santiago of Tarlac City for Serious Physical Injuries; and, a 17-year old minor from Paniqui, Tarlac for Theft (3 counts).

Also arrested were Benjamin DACUAN Y Martinez and Joel DACUAN Y Ronquillo, both residents of Mariveles, Bataan for Frustrated Homicide and Grimaldo FRANCIA SR. a.k.a. Ka Greg of San Luis, Aurora for Serious Physical Injury.

Meanwhile, two (2) persons with Warrants of Arrest were arrested in Pampanga namely: Raymond SANCHEZ y Gonzaga of Mabalacat City for Violation of RA 7610 and Ruel ATIENZA y Magsino of Mabalacat City, Pampanga for Violation of RA 9262.

 “We are continuously stepping-up on our campaign to eradicate all forms of criminality including intensification of manhunt operations against wanted persons within the region,” PCSUPT CORPUS stated.

 

 

CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS bared that the entire Central Luzon Police Force is closely monitoring the one hundred sixty two (162)  barangays considered as election watchlist areas in line with the forthcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (BSK) Elections on May 14.

 

Of the 162 barangays, 102 are in Nueva Ecija, 27 are in Bulacan, 19 in Aurora, 9 in Tarlac and 5 in Zambales.

 

 “We are giving priority in these barangays affected by insurgency and we will deploy additional police in these areas to ensure the safe and secure conduct of elections. We are currently undertaking our security preparations and proactive measures until D-day so that our goal of a safe and secure Barangay and SK elections will be attained,” PCSUPT CORPUS stated.

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The Number 2 in the target watchlist of illegal drugs personalities of Camiling was arrested by police authorities during an anti-illegal drugs operation in Camiling, Tarlac, yesterday (April 26).

 

Operatives of Camiling MPS conducted buy-bust operation in Kipping Village, Barangay Cacamilingan Norte, Camiling, Tarlac which resulted in the arrest of Marie Faye AGUSTIN y Papa a.k.a. Marife, listed nr 2 in the drug watch list of Camiling MPS, 30 years old, with live-in-partner and resident of Brgy. Poblacion I, Camiling, Tarlac.

 

Confiscated from  AGUSTIN’s possession were two (2) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and Php.500.00 marked money.

 

Charges for Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165 are being filed against AGUSTIN who is currently under the custody of Camiling Municipal Police Station.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A man wearing the PNP athletic shorts and pretending to be a member of the PNP was arrested by police authorities during a checkpoint operation in Olongapo City, yesterday afternoon (April 25).

Kevin MANGIRAL y Daño, 24 years old, single, resident of #149, J. Luna St., Purok 2, Barangay New Cabalan, Olongapo City was arrested by personnel of Olongapo City Mobile Force Company during PNP-COMELEC checkpoint operation along National Highway at Purok 2, Barangay New Cabalan.

MANGIRAL who was wearing PNP Athletic shorts on board his driven motorcycle was flagged down by operating team for not wearing helmet but the former instead of submitting to authorities, refused, and was discourteous which resulted to his arrest.

Upon verification, it turned out that the suspect is not a member of the Philippine National Police.

Appropriate charges for Violation of R.A. 10054 (No Helmet), Disobedience and Article 179 (illegal use of uniforms) of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines are being filed against MANGIRAL who is currently under the custody of Olongapo City Police Station 4.

 “May this serve as a warning to all who will unauthorizedly wear the PNP uniforms and use them to evade police operations such as our checkpoints, you will be arrested and charged. We are stern in implementing our anti-criminality operations and we do not tolerate even members of the PNP who will violate the law. Time and again, I appeal to the public to bear and cooperate with us while we are conducting checkpoints as this is also for the safety of everyone,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
