Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Six (6) most wanted persons including the top 1 Most Wanted of Guimba, Nueva Ecija and Maria Aurora, Aurora were arrested during separate manhunt operations conducted by police authorities in Central Luzon over the weekend.

Joint operatives of Sta. Ignacia MPS and Cuyapo MPS armed with warrant of arrest proceeded at Brgy. Sta. Clara, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija and arrested John Angelo MENCHIE y Valdez, resident of Brgy. Maturanoc, Guimba, Nueva Ecija and ranked no. 1 Most Wanted of Guimba MPS. Said warrant was issued by Regional Trial Court, Guimba, Nueva Ecija for Rape by Sexual Assault with recommended bail of Php.200,000.00.

Also arrested were Jomar NOVERAS y Milo, ranked no. 1 most wanted of Maria Aurora MPS, for Rape in relation to RA 7610; and, Teopilo LAO y Flores a.k.a. Pilo, ranked no. 2 most wanted of Sta. Cruz MPS, for Rape.

Similarly, Pampanga police were able to arrest three (3) persons sought by law, namely: Allan IWAG y Enriquez, ranked no. 3 most wanted of Sta. Rita MPS, for Violation of Art. 217 (Malversation of Public Funds or Property) in relation to Art. 171 and Art. 48 of the Revised Penal Code; Alfie CUNANAN y Punla a.k.a. Macho, ranked no. 9 most wanted of Masantol MPS, for Attempted Homicide and Grave Threat; and, Raymund YUTUC y Baluyot a.k.a. Mon, ranked no. 10 most wanted of Apalit MPS, for Violation of RA 6539 (Anti Carnapping Law).

“May this continuous arrest of wanted persons send a message to all outlaws that Central Luzon is not a refuge for criminals as we will continue to hunt them down and eventually put them in prison,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3 joins the PNP in the commemoration of its 118th Police Service Anniversary held on August 30, 2019 at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga with PGEN OSCAR D ALBAYALDE, Chief, PNP as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

Based on the records of the National Historical Commission, Police Service as an institution takes its roots from the Insular Police Force that was created on August  8, 1901.

This year’s 118th Police Anniversary theme: “Pinaghusay na Serbisyo, Alay sa Sambayanang Pilipino” aptly manifests the PNP and PRO3’s continuing partnership for sustained proficiency and excellence in law enforcement towards a stable peace and order particularly in Region 3.

The activity was highlighted with PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL’s accomplishment report to PGEN ALBAYALDE  and the giving of recognition to deserving PNP personnel and best units in the region who have contributed vastly to the upliftment of PNP-PRO3. 

PGEN ALBAYALDE, in his message lauded the men and women of PRO3 for continuously doing their jobs efficiently. He further said that all PNP Personnel should reaffirm their commitment to police service and should keep on focusing on doing their work especially on illegal drugs eradication and anti- criminality campaign . 

Among the individual awardees were: PCOL NARVIN N MANGUNE- Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer for Administration; PCOL JEAN S FAJARDO - Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer for Operations; PLTCOL  NIXON CAYABAN - Best Junior Police Commissioned Officer for Administration; PLTCOL ALEXIE DESAMITO - Best Junior Police Commissioned Officer for Operations; PCMS Rosevelt Galang- Best Senior Police Non-Commissioned Officer for Administration; PSMS Gilbert Tadeo - Best Senior Police Non-Commissioned Officer for Operations; PSSg Reynald Parentela- Best Junior Police Non-Commissioned Officer for Administration; PSSg Mhark Anthony Iral - Best Junior Police Non-Commissioned Officer for Operations; NUP Arnold Adriosula- Best Non-Uniformed Personnel (Supervisory Level); NUP Armelin Saroca- Best Non-uniformed personnel (Non-Supervisory Level).

 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- One (1) still unidentified suspect died during a shootout with police authorities after a buy-bust operation on unlicensed firearms was conducted by operatives of City of San Fernando Police Station, yesterday (Aug 21).

The shootout which took place at around 10:00 PM at Brgy. San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga ensued after the suspect known only as alias “Bay” sensed that he was transacting with lawmen.

Recovered from the crime scene were one (1) ARMSCOR caliber .38 revolver without serial number loaded with two (2) ammunition and one (1) spent shell, one (1) caliber .45 pistol without serial number (subject of sale), five (5) caliber 9mm spent shells, five (5) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, two (2) lighters, glass tooter, scissor, Nokia phone, Php.500.00-peso bill with serial number TX979010 marked with “BPT”, holster and silver necklace.

Continuous investigation is being conducted by authorities for possible identification of slain suspect.

PRO3 Regional Director, PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said that, “We continue to triple, if not double our efforts to carry out all our anti-criminality measures to guarantee our people of safer communities."


Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Five (5) suspected drug dealers were arrested by police authorities in Bacolor,Pampanga on Saturday night.

Operatives of the PRO3- Regional Drug Enforcement Unit conducted buy bust operation along provincial road vicinity of Brgy. Cabalantian, Bacolor, Pampanga and were able to arrest Tristan Jay MASOCOL y Acuesta @TJ; Ghay Miranda-MASOCOL; Aldine DELA CRUZ y Montoya @DAN; Reynald ZOLETA y Decena @NOK; and,Gerald John OCAMPO y Arcilla @John.

Confiscated from the suspects were the following: One (1) pc. large size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected "SHABU" (Product of Buy-Bust); Two (2) pcs. large size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected "SHABU"; Two (2) pcs. medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected "SHABU"; Five (5) pcs. large knot tied transparent plastic bags containing suspected "SHABU" weighing MOL1 kilogram (Seized from the possession & control of @TRISTAN); All recovered suspected Shabu is weighing more or less 1.1 kgs; One (1) pc. of genuine One Thousand Peso Bill and twenty nine (29) pcs. One Thousand Peso Boodle Bills (Utilized as Buy-bust money); One (1) pc. camouflage sling bag; One (1) unit gray POCOPHONE Cellular phone; different denomination of money amounting to PhP 800.00; and One (1) black MAZDA 3 sedan.

Appropriate charges for violation of Sec. 5, 26 & 11, Art. II of R.A. 9165 are being readied for filing in court against the suspects.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. Police Regional Office 3  Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL administered the oath of office of the 2019 Batch of Police Recruits following their presentation by PLTCOL ROMMEL BATANGAN,  Acting Chief of the Regional Personnel and Records Management Division  earlier this morning, ( August 20) at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Of this year’s batch of 283 new police recruits, 231 are males while 52 are females. All were given the rank of Patrolman and Patrolwomen in temporary status.

The new police personnel were chosen after a stringent screening and selection process conducted by the Regional Screening Committee on Recruitment headed by PBGEN LEONARDO M CESNEROS, PRO3 Deputy Regional Director for Administration.  

After their oath-taking ceremony, the new police recruits will further undergo one-year training at the Regional Training School 3 in Magalang, Pampanga.

“Bilang mga bagong pulis, magsumikap kayo na maging mga instrumento ng pagbabago at katuparan ng mga mithiin ng PNP. Huwag ninyong sasayangin ang pagkakataong ibinigay sa inyo at lagi ninyong alalahanin na madami ang ipinatawag upang umanib, ngunit kayo ang pinalad na mahirang. Malaki ang inyong gagampanang tungkulin sa patuloy na pagbuo ng isang huwarang pambansang pulisya na kinabibilangan ng mararangal, mga propesyunal at mga matatapat na mga miyembro nito” PBGEN CORONEL said.
