CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- As the heavy downpours caused by Tropical Depressions “Henry” and “Inday” continue to hit Region 3, the entire Central Luzon Police Office have been relentless in its rescue operations on flood-stricken municipalities of the different provinces region wide. 
Rescue operations started yesterday as floodwaters began to rise-up raging from waist deep to 5 feet high in the provinces of Bulacan, Bataan, Pampanga and Zambales.
Amid the strong water current, PNP Search and Rescue personnel equipped with rubber boats were able to rescue a total of 377 families stranded from their inundated homes. Residents staying from their rooftops who recently refused to leave their personal belongings due to fear of burglars were persuaded to evacuate to a safer place.
“I have directed all our SAR Team to conduct rescue and even search operations for stranded families particularly on still-inaccessible areas. I have also given orders to our personnel to keep an eye on criminal elements especially looters and profiteers who may take advantage of the situation,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.

  CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- After an intense surveillance, operatives of Victoria Municipal Police Station      arrested the Number 2 Most Wanted Person in Victoria, yesterday morning, July 17 in Brgy San Andres, Victoria, Tarlac.

Operatives of Victoria MPS armed with alias warrant of arrest proceeded at Brgy. San Andres, Victoria, Tarlac and arrested Jeffrey CAINGLET y Tuquero, ranked No. 2 Most Wanted Person of Victoria MPS, 27 years old and resident of said place.
Said warrant was issued by Judge Hon. Ramon Pamular of RTC Branch 63, Tarlac City for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 with no bail recommended.
CAINGLET is temporarily under the custody of Victoria MPS for proper disposition.
With this accomplishment, PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS remarked that Police Regional Office 3 will carry on its mandated tasks to enforce the law and place lawless elements behind bars.


CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- With more than a week before the third State of the Nation Address of President Rodrigo Duterte on July 23, 2018, Police Regional Office 3 is already geared up to ensure peace and order and public safety at Batasan, Quezon City as it will field 410 PNP personnel for Civil Disturbance Management (CDM) operation.
The 410 augmentation troops coming from the Regional Mobile Force Battalion, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga and Tarlac Police Provincial Offices will be on stand-by and ready on call starting July 22, 2018.
Aside from the augmentation troops to be sent out, two (2) platoons and one (1) Quick Reaction Team were also organized on stand-by ready to deploy on orders as the need arises.
Additionally, intensified anti-criminality and focused police operations are being undertaken by all police units within the region to prevent any eventualities during said occasion.
According to PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, PRO3 has been sending augmentation troops during SONA and other national events as part of the over-all security preparations of the PNP to guarantee that no eventualities may happen during said activities.
“Our personnel are reminded to observe "maximum tolerance" and to ensure they respect the human rights of protesters as they are again expected to hold rallies when the President delivers his 3rd SONA. I have also ordered for the intensified conduct of checkpoint operations particularly along major thoroughfares to ensure the maintenance of peace and order during said event,” PCSUPT CORPUS added.
CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA --- An operative of Gen. Tiñio Municipal Police Station was shot dead by a notorious drug peddler during an anti-drug operation turned shootout, last night (July 16) in Gen. Tiñio.
Slain member of the Gen. Tiñio police force was identified as PO1 Mariano Emmanuel Caparas, operative while suspect who was also killed was identified as @ Abet.
Based on reports that reached this Office, operatives of General Tiñio Municipal Police Station conducted buy bust operation at Sitio Saudi, Brgy. Pias, Gen. Tinio, Nueva Ecija which resulted to a shootout and neutralization of @Abet while PO1 Caparas sustained gunshot wounds in the different parts of his body.
PO1 Caparas was rushed to Medicare Community Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival.
Recovered were the following: one (1) Glock 9mm pistol, ten (10) caliber 9mm spent shells, one (1) deformed fired bullet, one (1) black Kawasaki Bajaj motorcycle bearing plate no. 9846-II and one (1) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu.
“This is unfortunate news for us as one of our members was killed in line with our diligent efforts to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs and while nothing can make up for his loss, along with our deepest condolences, we assure his bereaved family that they will get the necessary benefits that is due for  them. Still, we are committed in our waging war against illegal drugs and we will continue to be relentless in our campaign at all costs,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The No. 2 most wanted person in San Narciso, Zambales was arrested by police authorities yesterday (July 18). 
Apolonio MANUEL y Sabaldo, 26 years old, a resident of Brgy Simminublan, San Narciso, Zambales, No. 2 Most Wanted Person of San Narciso, Zambales was arrested by San Narciso operatives at Brgy Barretto, Olongapo City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Acts of Lasciviousness in Relation to 7610 issued by  Hon. Presiding Judge Ma. Cristina J Mendoza-Pizarro of the Third Judicial Region, Br 73, Olongapo City with bail recommended amounting to 180,000.00. 
MANUEL is temporarily placed at the custodial facility of San Narciso MPS for proper disposition.
