Camp Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Four (4) notorious drug peddlers were arrested in City of San Fernando, Pampanga, Sunday morning (August 18).

Operatives of the Regional Drug Enforcement Group together with the Special Concern Unit-Regional Intelligence Division 3, and Regional Mobile Force Battalion 302nd Maneuver Company conducted anti-drug operations along by-pass road, Barangay Sindalan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga which resulted in the arrest of Acmali FRANCISCO y Cabual @BALBAS, listed as High Value Target, and resident of Barangay Sangandaan, Quezon City; Mohammer HAJI GANDA y Cosain, listed as High Value Target and resident of Barangay Sangandaan, Quezon City; Jalal MAUYAG y Sumdad, listed as High Value Targe, and also a resident of Barangay Sangandaan, Quezon City and; Michael Evance VILLACORTA y Galicto @KIM, watchlisted and resident of barangay San Isidro, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

Confiscated from the suspects were: one (1) pc. medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected "SHABU" (confiscated from the possession and control of @KIM); one (1) pc. medium size heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing suspected "SHABU" (product of buy-bust); eight (8) pcs. large knot-tied transparent ice bags containing suspected "SHABU" weighing more or less 810 grams seized from @BALBAS; one (1) pc. Php 1000 marked money and nine (9) pcs. of boodle 1000 bills utilized as buy-bust money; one (1) unit of Armscor .45 caliber pistol with two (2) magazines loaded with fifteen (15) live ammunitions; one (1) pc. of black sling bag with CAMELBAK printing; one (1) pc. of black holster; one (1) unit of Violet NOKIA Cellular phone; one (1) black NISSAN EXALTA, and one (1) orange TOYOTA VIOS.

Criminal charges for violations of Sec. 5 in relation to Sec. 26 and Sec 11, Art. II of R.A 9165 and violation of R.A. 10591, are now being prepared for filing in court against the suspects.

“Thru our revitalized anti-illegal drug campaign and the community's support, we continue to yield positive results on our anti-illegal drug efforts in Region 3. We keep on working double time to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs in the region and we appeal to every one to continue helping us in our campaign against illegal drugs in order to make Central Luzon drug-free,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said.

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Four (4) most wanted persons including the top 1 Most Wanted of Sta. Ignacia, Tarlac were arrested during separate manhunt operations conducted by police authorities in Tarlac, Bataan and Bulacan yesterday (Aug 1). 

Joint operatives of Sta. Ignacia MPS, Regional Intelligence Division 1 and Asingan MPS armed with warrant of arrest proceeded at Brgy. San Vicente West, Asingan, Pangasinan and arrested Gilbert DOMINGO y Robang, resident of Brgy. Poblacion East, Asingan, Pangasinan and ranked no. 1 Most  Wanted of  Sta Ignacia Municipal Police Station. Said warrant was issued by Regional Trial Court-Branch 68, Camiling, Tarlac for Rape in relation to RA 7610 with no bail recommended. Nilo MARASIGAN y Garcia, ranked no. 6 most wanted of Balanga City Police Station, was arrested by police authorities by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by RTC-Branch 3, Balanga City, Bataan for Rape with no bail recommended. 

Also, Bulacan police were able to arrest two (2) persons sought by law, namely: Norman PABALAN y Bonus, ranked no. 9 most wanted of Baliuag MPS, for Attempted Murder; and, Ramon MUSA y Ferrer a.k.a. Ramon, ranked no. 9 most wanted of Bustos MPS, for Violation of RA 7610. 

“ May this continuous arrest of wanted persons send a message to all outlaws that Central Luzon is not a refuge for criminals as we will continue to hunt them down and eventually put them in prison,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga - The Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPPO) and its Provincial Advisory Council (PAC) held the 1st Provincial Advisory Council Summit at the Beverly Place, Barangay Sabanilla, Mexico, Pampanga on Wednesday (July 24). 


In line with the theme "Stakeholders’ Commitment Towards Genuine PNP Transformation and Sustainable Community Engagement,” the summit convened the chiefs of police, strategy management personnel and members of each advisory council in every police station in the province to better educate them of their importance towards achieving the Philippine National Police Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation and Upholding of the Rule of Law or the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030.

“Transformation and Good Governance are two great tasks that could not be done by any single individual or any single group, we need each other and everyone’s strong collaboration and support,” PBGEN NOEL A BARACEROS, Director of the Center for Police Strategy Management said in his message.

He also shared some of CPSM’s numerous milestones and breakthroughs such as the attainment of the over-all vision of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L Plan 2030 through the imposition of Individual Performance Scorecards and the involvement of the growing number of Advisory Councils nationwide providing the PNP the much needed external expertise in areas most needed. 

The Pampanga Advisory Council is represented as well by civilians including those from the academe, religious groups, and media among other sectors in the society.

Last July 15, 2019, the PNP- NHQ passed the final stage of the Performance Governance System and is now in the Institutionalized status, which means that the Performance Governance System is already embedded in the PNP's sytem and processess that raises the standards of good governance practice.

Meanwhile, PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL stated, “Let us continue to move forward together as one team, one family. Police Regional Office 3, along with all the Provincial and City Police Offices including Pampanga PPO, is continuously drawing closer in achieving the final stage of the PGS. We may have great challenges and great opportunities ahead but, with your help, we will meet them all because of our determination not to give up but to persevere and carry through to the end.”

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Eight hundred ninety (890) PCSO gaming activities in Central Luzon are now closed following the order of President Rodrigo Duterte.

633 lotto outlets, 190 small-town lottery kiosks, 4 Peryahan ng Bayan outlets and 63 Keno shops region wide were shut down by police authorities on Sunday (July 28).

“We have already achieved a 100% closure of all PCSO gaming outlets and establishments covered by the closure order of our President Duterte here in Region 3. We appreciate the cooperation of the franchise holders as well as the public during the implementation of this directive. We also urge the public to continuously report any suspected illegal gambling activities in their respective communities to the nearest police station or thru PNP Hotline Number 09998838327/09176235700,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- As the campaign against wanted persons continues to intensify, four (4) persons sought by law were arrested during separate manhunt operations conducted by police authorities on Monday.

Zambales police operatives armed with warrant of arrest proceeded at Brgy. Macarang, Palauig, Zambales and arrested Anthony ASENCIO y Ignacio, ranked no. 10 most wanted-provincial level and no. 1 most wanted of Palauig MPS.

ASENCIO was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge Marifi P. Chua of RTC Branch 70, Iba, Zambales for Murder docketed under criminal case no. RTC-12669-2019-I with no bail recommended.

Similarly, operatives of Marilao Municipal Police Station arrested Ralph Denzel MITRE y Nerja, ranked no. 4 most wanted person of Marilao MPS for Frustrated Murder with recommended bail of Php200,000.00.

Tarlac police operatives arrested Oliver DIAMZON y Galang for Rape with no bail recommended; and, Alvin PARAS y Sampang for Rape (2 counts) with no bail recommended, both residents of Concepcion, Tarlac.

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL stated that proactive operations to account and arrest all wanted persons are being conducted regionwide in line with the C, PNP's directive to intensify "Manhunt Charlie."
