CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- In line with the observance of the National Peace Consciousness Month, 81 PRO3 personnel donated a total of 40, 000 cc of blood to the Jose B Lingad Regional Memorial Hospital.

The Blood- Letting activity which was spearheaded by the Regional Police Community Affairs and Development Division headed by its chief, PLTCOL DONATO R BAIT  was held on September 26, 2019 at the PRO3 PANA Hall, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.  

PRO3 has been an active partner in the voluntary blood donation program of the different health institutions.

PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL, RD, PRO3  said that this activity aims to raise the consciousness of every PNP personnel to do a very noble and heroic act not only in doing their jobs rightfully but also through blood donation in order to save the lives of other people.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Two hundred thirty- four (234) PRO3 personnel, participated in the opening ceremony of the of the 60- day rigid training on Basic Internal Security Operations Course (BISOC) conducted by the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division (RLDDD) personnel under PLTCOL NIXON M CAYABAN who are equipped and well-trained with the different tactics and strategies in combat operations.

The opening ceremony was held at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on September 23, 2019.

During this two-month training, Scout trainees will undergo Rope Courses; Close Quarter Battle (CQB); First Aid; Immediate Action Drill (IAD); Water/Seaborne Tactics; Terrain Modeling;  Survival, Field Training Exercises; and Community Immersion. The trainees will also be trained on how to become physically fit and mentally awake despite time over pressure imposition.

“Ako ay nagagalak sapagkat nagkaroon na naman tayo ng ganitong pagsasanay na lilinang ng inyong mga kakayahan bilang mga miyembro ng ating Public Safety Forces. Lalo na ngayon na kabi-kabila na naman ang nangyayaring karahasan hindi lamang sa ating rehiyon maging sa buong bansa.  The rigidity of your Basic Internal Security Operations training will enable you to fight insurgency as well as criminality, to defend and protect our community particularly the rural areas that are prone to lawless elements and threat groups.  I encourage you to absorb the training well, so that that you can make Central Luzon safe and secured from the threats of insurgency, terrorism and criminality,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said in his message.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga-  Following the compulsory retirement of PCOL NARVIN N MANGUNE on September 8, 2019, Angeles City Police Office now has a new City Director.

PCOL JOYCE PATRICK B SANGALANG, a member of PNPA Kaagapay Class ‘96  is the Force Commander of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 before assuming his post as the new City Director of ACPO.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Six (6) most wanted persons including the top 1 Most Wanted of Guimba, Nueva Ecija and Maria Aurora, Aurora were arrested during separate manhunt operations conducted by police authorities in Central Luzon over the weekend.

Joint operatives of Sta. Ignacia MPS and Cuyapo MPS armed with warrant of arrest proceeded at Brgy. Sta. Clara, Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija and arrested John Angelo MENCHIE y Valdez, resident of Brgy. Maturanoc, Guimba, Nueva Ecija and ranked no. 1 Most Wanted of Guimba MPS. Said warrant was issued by Regional Trial Court, Guimba, Nueva Ecija for Rape by Sexual Assault with recommended bail of Php.200,000.00.

Also arrested were Jomar NOVERAS y Milo, ranked no. 1 most wanted of Maria Aurora MPS, for Rape in relation to RA 7610; and, Teopilo LAO y Flores a.k.a. Pilo, ranked no. 2 most wanted of Sta. Cruz MPS, for Rape.

Similarly, Pampanga police were able to arrest three (3) persons sought by law, namely: Allan IWAG y Enriquez, ranked no. 3 most wanted of Sta. Rita MPS, for Violation of Art. 217 (Malversation of Public Funds or Property) in relation to Art. 171 and Art. 48 of the Revised Penal Code; Alfie CUNANAN y Punla a.k.a. Macho, ranked no. 9 most wanted of Masantol MPS, for Attempted Homicide and Grave Threat; and, Raymund YUTUC y Baluyot a.k.a. Mon, ranked no. 10 most wanted of Apalit MPS, for Violation of RA 6539 (Anti Carnapping Law).

“May this continuous arrest of wanted persons send a message to all outlaws that Central Luzon is not a refuge for criminals as we will continue to hunt them down and eventually put them in prison,” PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said.
