Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police authorities have located the three (3) Grade 4 students who went missing in Limay, Bataan on November 23, 2018.
Based on reports and accounts of the children’s parents, said kids aged 10 and 9, all students of Carbon Elementary School, Limay, Bataan  went to school in the afternoon of November 23, 2018 but failed to return home.
Joint personnel of Bataan 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company and Limay Municipal Police Station together with members of the local government unit of Bataan conducted non-stop search and rescue operations and successfully found the missing minors at Sitio Aradia, near the mountainous area of Limay, Bataan on November 25, 2018.
“Through the concerted efforts of our police and members of the Limay LGU, the missing children were located and we are fortunate to find them alive. The children strolled and were not aware that they were already at the foot of the mountain. They were scared to go back because it was already dark. The immediate reporting of this incident to police authorities and with the help of our concerned agencies, we were able to rescue the children quickly and brought them home safely,” PRO3 Acting Regional Director PCSUPT JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said.

     CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- The suspects in the murder of a French-American man and his wife in Tarlac City on Tuesday morning (November 20) was arrested by police authorities in less than twenty four (24) hours in City of San Fernando, Pampanga following a hot pursuit operation. 

    Initial investigation revealed that at about 9:20 in the morning of November 20, victims identified as spouses Linda Dion y San Pedro and Gregory Dion, French American National, both residents of Brgy.Banaba, Bamban, Tarlac while on board their white Ford Ranger Wildtruck pick-up and traversing along Brgy road, Brgy Banaba, Bamban, Tarlac City  heading towards home were shot to death by two (2) unidentified suspects on board a black Honda wave motorcycle. Thereafter, suspects fled towards North direction.

    Police authorities conducted a review of the CCTV footage and based on the accounts of the witnesses, there were three (3) suspects involved wherein one (1) suspect who was later identified as Jason SAN PEDRO y Dimarucut, 29 years old, single, and a resident of Sitio Pag - Asa, Brgy. Anupol, Bamban, Tarlac served as a look-out. The other suspect was identified as Manolo CABIGA y Abagat, 49 years old, married, a native of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija and residing in Brgy. Mabini, Moncada, Tarlac, presently employed as duty night shift security supervisor at Unahco Feed Mill Inc. located in Brgy. Balete, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

    Verification was made regarding the identities of CABIGA and SAN PEDRO and it was found out that CABIGA has an outstanding Warrant of Arrest issued by RTC Br 60, Makati City under CC nr. 93-1394 for Attempted Murder.

    At around 5:20 AM, November 21, a hot pursuit operation and service of Warrant of Arrest was immediately conducted by joint personnel of Bamban MPS and PCP Telebastagan, San Fernando CPS which resulted in the arrest of CABIGA.

    Appropriate charges for Murder (2 counts) was already filed against the two  arrested suspects and one (1) John Doe  before the Provincial Prosecutor's Office docketed under NPS Nr. 111-18-INQ-18K-0998.

    “This accomplishment only goes to show that PRO3 is quick in resolving cases and very serious in its campaign against lawlessness, putting criminals behind the bars of justice aside from its stern implementation of its anti-drug drive. Time and again, we encourage the public to report any illegal activities most particularly involving illegal drugs and information or knowledge regarding crimes committed as well as PNP personnel indulging in nefarious activities. We appeal for your support to continue helping us in our fight against lawlessness and illegal drugs. By working together, we will be able to accomplish more,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT JOEL NAPOLEON CORONEL said.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police arrested thirteen (13) most wanted persons yesterday (November 6) region wide, as manhunt operations on persons sought by law continues to intensify.

 

Nabbed by police authorities in Tarlac were six (6) persons with standing warrants of arrest identified as Allan REYES y Sotero, ranked no. 1 most wanted person of Sta. Ignacia MPS, for Rape; Joy Marcelino Sanny DELA CRUZ a.k.a. Joymar EDMALIN y Dela Cruz, ranked no. 2 most wanted person of Paniqui MPS, for Rape in relation to RA 7610; July DOMINGUEZ y Tamayo, ranked no. 4 most wanted of Victoria MPS, for Attempted Murder; Jeff DAVID y Pineda, ranked no. 5 most wanted of Concepcion MPS, for Robbery; Marlon DELA CRUZ y Magallano, ranked no. 8 most wanted of Moncada MPS, for Rape in relation to RA 7610; and, Florabel CARDENAS y Soriano, ranked no. 10 most wanted of Ramos MPS, for Estafa (5 counts) and Violation of BP 22.

 

Also, police operatives in Nueva Ecija arrested four (4) persons sought by law namely: Robinson MIRANDA y Medina, ranked no. 3 most wanted person of San Jose CPS, for Violation of RA 6539 (Anti Carnapping Law); Josephine DEL ROSARIO y Ormita, ranked no. 6 most wanted of San Jose CPS, for Robbery; Daniel PASCUAL y Padilla, ranked no. 6 most wanted of Peñaranda MPS, for Attempted Murder; and, Marilou ONGJIANGCO y Roxas, ranked no. 6 most wanted of Cuyapo MPS, for Slight Physical Injury.

 

In  Pampanga, police operatives arrested two (2) outlaws identified as Joselito BIE y Tolentino a.k.a. Eric Bie, ranked no. 3 most wanted person of Macabebe MPS, for Robbery; and, Roden CALING y Pangilinan, ranked no. 3 most wanted person of Lubao MPS, for Violation of RA 7610 (3 counts).

 

Meanwhile, in  Bulacan, police operatives apprehended Leonilo VALDEZ y Viernes, ranked no. 2 most wanted person of Norzagaray MPS, for Murder.

 

All wanted persons were arrested by Virtue of Warrant of Arrest for cases ranging from Rape, Carnapping, Robbery, Estafa and Attempted Murder.

PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS stated that, “We are relentless in our efforts to put all violators of law behind the bars of justice to achieve our goal of giving the public safer communities to live, work and do business.”

    “I would like to express my profound gratitude to our C,PNP, PDG ALBAYALDE for the trust and confidence he has given me and with my gratitude I offer him my pledge that I shall do my utmost best to perform my duties, of course with the cooperation of every one, and I urged everyone to extend to me the same support you have extended to PCSUPT CORPUS so that together we will continue to keep PRO3 safe and peaceful at all times,” PCSUPT CORONEL said.
 
    He is a member of the PMA Class Hinirang of 1987.
 
     A command conference with the PRO3 Command Group and different police/city provincial directors immediately followed at the PANA Hall, PRO3, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
        
     CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Former PNP Chief and BuCor Director DG RONALD “BATO” M DELA ROSA graced the oath-taking ceremony of the 197 PRO3 recruits, earlier this morning (November 8 at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
 
     Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS administered the oath of office of the recruits following their presentation by PSSUPT NARVIN MANGUNE, Chief of the Regional Police Personnel and Human Resource Development Division (RPHRDD). 
 
      Of the 197 new police recruits, 166 are males and  31  are females. All were given the rank of Police Officer 1 (PO1).
 
      The new police personnel were chosen after a stringent screening process conducted by the Regional Screening Committee on Recruitment headed by PCSUPT LEONARDO M CESNEROS , PRO3 Deputy Regional Director for Administration.  
 
      After their oath-taking ceremony, the new police recruits will further undergo one-year training at the Regional Training School 3 in Magalang, Pampanga.
 
      “Habang kayo ay nasa organisasyon, huwag na huwag kayong gagawa ng katiwalian lalung-lalo na ang maiinvolve kayo sa iligal na droga at iba pang iligal na gawain. Magsisimula pa lamang kayo sa inyong mga tungkulin. Marami pa kayong pagdadaanang training. Never accept bribes or abuse your power dahil ang pinakaayaw namin ay ang mga korupt na pulis. The PNP does not condone policemen and policewomen who are corrupt, abusive and lazy,” DG Dela Rosa said to the police recruits.
 
     DG Dela Rosa also advised the young policemen and policewomen to always do what is right and work from their heart and they will never fail.
 
     The hiring of the 197 applicants is part of the PO1 Regular Recruitment Program of the PNP for the year 2018.
