Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PCSUPT JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL gave recognition to a deserving PRO3 personnel who returned a pouch with cash and pertinent belongings to its owner during the traditional Monday Flag raising Ceremony.
 
The honest law enforcer identified as PCINSP MONER M ORANG assigned at Provincial Investigation and Management Branch of Bulacan Police Provincial Office was awarded with Medalya ng Papuri who returned a pouch with Php38,165.00 cash and personal belongings to its owner Ms. Sofronia Walker, Marikina City resident, who accidentally dropped it inside Marikina Shoe Expo in Riverbank, Markina City.
 
PCINSP ORANG fortunately found said pouch while he and his family were shopping for shoes. He reported the incident to the nearest police station and exerted all his efforts utilizing social media (Facebook) to locate Walker.
 
“This only goes to show that there are many PNP officers who are honest and I am hoping that there would be more PCINSP ORANG among ourselves who still choose to do the right thing,” he further stated.

Dinalupihan Municipal Police Station headed by PSUPT EDUARDO GUEVARRA JR received a Plaque of Recognition for being the Outstanding Municipal Police Station-"BGen Rafael T Crame Balangay Awards" during the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony in Camp Crame, Quezon City, yesterday.

 

        CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga-  Police Regional Office 3 was conferred two (2) unit awards and a finalist during the awarding of the BGen. Rafael T. Crame Balangay Awards at Camp Crame, Quezon City on February 11, 2019.

          PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said that the Cabanatuan City Police Station and Dinalupihan Municipal Police Station were among the ten (10) winners that each received the grand prize of PHP400,000 and a trophy.

           Meanwhile, the Olongapo City Police Office was among the ten finalists that received PHP200,000 each and a certificate of recognition.

          The Balangay Awards is given to those who support and contribute in the implementation of the Philippine National Police's (PNP) programs and thrust.

        “This recognition will surely lift the spirits of our PRO3 personnel as we work tirelessly to fulfill our commitment of fighting criminality and wiping out illegal drugs in the region while at the same time creating harmonious and effective police-community partnership in the maintenance of peace and order and public safety,” PCSUPT CORONEL also stated.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3 under the leadership of PCSUPTJOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL, RD,PRO3 celebrates its 28TH  PNP Day Anniversary which coincided with the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony followed by a Wreath Laying Ceremony at the PRO3 Heroes monument  and Blessing of the newly- renovated PRO3 Post Gymnasium held on February 4, 2019 at the Camp Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga wherein Supreme Court Deputy Court Administrator Hon Raul Villanueva was the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
 
Hon Villanueva was welcomed with a company-sized arrival honor. 
 
During his brief speech, Hon Villanueva expressed his utmost gratitude to the entire Central Luzon police for making the region peaceful and orderly. He also assures the police that his Office is open and willing to extend additional assistance to the police organization in the region.
 
The simple program was highlighted by the giving of recognition to deserving PNP personnel who have contributed vastly to the upliftment of PNP, PRO3 in particular.
 
The PNP since its establishment in 1991 has come a long way as a prime member of DILG and has been leading in maintaining peace and order in the society. It has also been a partner in good governance as it ventures in transforming the organization into professionalized cops.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Thru the intensified manhunt operations conducted by police operatives, the no. 5 most wanted person of Mabalacat City and no. 5 most wanted of Concepcion, Tarlac were arrested yesterday morning, February 4.

 

Joint operatives of Mabalacat City Police Station, CIDG Pampanga and Pampanga 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company arrested Orlando DAVID y Santos, ranked no. 5 most wanted person of Mabalacat CPS, by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by RTC Branch 56, Angeles City for Homicide with recommended bail of Php40,000.00.

 

Meanwhile, operatives of Concepcion Municipal Police Station armed with warrant of arrest proceeded in Purok 4, Brgy. Minane, Concepcion, Tarlac and arrested Teresita BALUYUT y Tabula, ranked no. 5 most wanted person of Concepcion MPS, resident of said place. Said warrant was issued by Hon. Judge Rochelle Santos-Manuel Mercado of MTCC Branch 1, Mabalacat City, Pampanga for Violation of BP 22.

 

PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT JOEL NAPOLEON CORONEL said that continuous manhunt operations against wanted persons is being carried out and at the same time the entire Central Luzon police force is maximizing its anti-criminality efforts to attain its quest of a safer place to live, work and do business.

            CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Almost two (2) dozen of assorted firearms including ammunition were uncovered and seized by police authorities during the implementation of Search Warrant in Jaen, Nueva Ecija earlier this morning, February 1.  

            Joint operatives of the Regional Intelligence Division-Special Concern Unit and Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 under the supervision of PSUPT JAY C DIMAANDAL armed with Search Warrant No 05-2019 issued by Vice Executive Judge Celso O Baguio of RTC, Gapan City for Violation of RA 10591 against Roderick MAURICIO y Francisco proceeded at Nr 73 Gumamela St, Brgy Langla,Jaen Nueva Ecija and implemented said Search Warrant.

            Seized were the following undocumented firearms: seven (7) cal. .45 pistols; two (2) cal. 9mm pistols; one (1) cal.22 rifle; one (1) M2 cal .30 carbine rifle;  one(1) m4 cal. 5.56 with scope and silencer; one (1) cal.25 pistol; one(1) super 38  pistol with scope; one (1) cal. 380 pistol; one (1) cal. 357 revolver; four(4) air guns and undetermined number of ammunition for different calibers.

            The search was done in an orderly and peaceful manner in the presence of MAURICIO, Brgy Kagawad Edna Flameniano and Brgy Kagawad Ambet Bautista of said barangay.

            Appropriate charges for Violation of RA 10591 in relation to Omnibus Election Code are being readied against MAURICIO for filing in court. 

            “We have been continuously beefing up our aggressive drive to recover and to seize loose firearms through continuous police operations and implementation of Search Warrants against illegal gun owners especially now that we are already covered by the Election period. May this serve as a stern warning to all especially those who have not yet renewed their licenses or turned-over their undocumented firearms in their nearest police stations for safe keeping. Stricter penalties are imposed against violators, “PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL said.
