Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Personnel of the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division headed by PSSUPT OSCAR JACILDO returned to Brgy Capunitan, Orion, Bataan where they previously distributed food parcels and clothes to victims of fire and this time around to donate a wheelchair to an old man who has been paralyzed for more than fifteen years.

The couple was surprised when the cops who braved the arduous trek in reaching their place barged at their door with the brand new wheelchair.
