            Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Personnel of the 305th Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 launched an initiative aimed at renovating the house of an old widow who is a laundress in Botolan, Zambales.

            “I could not thank enough our policemen. They are not just our modern heroes but are indeed blessing to others,” the 70-year old widow, Mrs Amparo Sta Maria said.  

            POLICE MAJOR MARK LOUIE M SIGUA, Company Commander narrated that while they were conducting patrol at Sitio Alao, Brgy. San Juan, Botolan, Zambales, they chanced upon the shabby house of Mrs Sta Maria and without hesitation, they bought hardware materials and renovated her house.

            The kind-hearted police officers also bought grocery items for the old widow and her grandson.

            PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL stated that “I commend our RMFB3 for going an extra mile.  Your police do not only go after lawless elements, we also help improve the living conditions of the needy in our own little way.”

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Another cop proved that amidst the police's hectic and demanding works, law enforcers still unselfishly go out their ways to help others by being on the forefront to donate blood to a man who underwent operation.

Police Master Sergeant Jayson H Estabillo of Bulacan Police Provincial Office did not hesitate to donate his own blood to Mr Cielo Mariz R. Cunanan who had undergone operation on his stomach when the former found out that the family of Cunanan had a difficult time looking for blood to transfuse to the latter.

            “What P/MSgt Estabillo did is an act of saving life by giving a patient another chance to live. Your police do not only serve and protect our communities but also save lives thru the noble deed of blood donation,” POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL, RD, PRO3 said.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga-Following the discovery and subsequent turn-over of brick of suspected cocaine by a fisherman to police authorities in Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija on February 23, 2019, another brick believed to be cocaine was found by a construction worker along the shoreline of Brgy. Reserva, Baler, Aurora on Sunday, March 3, 2019 at around 5:00 in the morning.

Ariel VALENZUELA y Gonzales, resident of Purok 3, Brgy. Reserva, Baler, Aurora handed over to barangay officials the brick wrapped in black rubber plastic labeled “Lexus” which he came across along the shoreline of Brgy. Reserva, Baler, Aurora.

Barangay officials immediately turned over to Aurora police said brick weighing more or less one (1) kilogram for proper disposition.

Suspected brick of cocaine was brought to Aurora Provincial Crime Laboratory for examination prior to the Confirmatory testing at the PNP Crime Laboratory in Camp Crame.

PRO3 Regional Director POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL gave directives to all police units particularly those on coastal areas to immediately conduct follow-up search operation and to coordinate with barangay officials for possible recovery of similar contrabands.

"I also urge our public to continuously support your police by reporting any suspicious items found in your areas and at the same time giving out any relevant information which might help us fight lawlessness especially our campaign against illegal drugs," P/BGEN CORONEL added.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- -- Police Regional Office 3 started the week with "hitting three birds in one stone" as three important activities took place coinciding with the flag raising ceremony earlier this morning (March 4).

52 newly-promoted PNP personnel of Police Regional Office 3 took their oath at the PRO3 Parade Ground which was administered by PRO3 Regional Director POLICE BRIGADIER GENERAL JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL and was witnessed and participated in by the families and relatives of the promotees.

“To our 52 promotees, now that you have been promoted one rank higher does not mean you can rest on your laurels then. Huwag kayong makontento sa inyong promotion. I want you to keep going, strive harder, and embrace the challenges at stake ahead of you towards the fulfillment of your dreams. Itinalaga kayo ngayon sa inyong mga ranggo sapagkat alam ng buong PNP na malaki pa ang inyong potensyal upang makapaglingkod at maging mabuting ehemplo sa kapwa ninyo pulis at katrabaho. Huwag ninyo kaming biguin. Maglingkod kayo ng tapat at taos-puso sa sambayanang pilipino, at ngayong araw ang pagkakataon ninyong simulan ito!,” P/BGEN CORONEL said in his message.

Relatedly, the hoisting of the Philippine Flag in line with the "Salute to a Clean Flag Project" under the Memorandum of Agreement by the National Historical Commission and Philippine National Police was also done along with the holding of the Kick-off Ceremony for the 2019 National Women’s Month Celebration with the theme “We Make Change Work for Women” wherein Atty Gil T Pabilona, RD, PDEA as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

       CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- Two (2)  persons sought by law were arrested by police authorities yesterday (February 25)  in separate police operations in the provinces of Bulacan and Tarlac.

       Operatives of Sta Maria Police Station conducted manhunt operations in Brgy San Gabriel, Santa Maria, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of Lloyd SAN PEDRO y Mendoza alias Lloyd and a resident of San Paulo Street, Barangay San Gabriel, Santa Maria, Bulacan by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Honorable Judge Victoria C. Fernandez-Bernardo of Regional Trial Court Branch 18, City of Malolos, Bulacan for Rape under criminal case numbers 1877-M-2018 and 1878-M-2018 with no bail recommended.

        SAN PEDRO is ranked No 3 in the Target list of Wanted Person of Sta Maria Municipal Police Station.

    Meanwhile, operatives of Concepcion Municipal Police Station armed with Warrant of Arrest proceeded at Brgy Alfonso, Concepcion, Tarlac and arrested Arvie MANALILI y Odo, resident of Brgy. Alfonso, Concepcion, Tarlac by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Rape under criminal case no. CT17-6662 issued by Hon. Ronald Leo T. Haban, Presiding Judge of RTC Br. 66, Capas, Tarlac with no bail recommended.

        MANALILI is ranked No. 2 in the Top Ten Most Wanted Persons of Concepcion Municipal Police Station.

     “We are continuously stepping-up on our campaign to eradicate all forms of criminality including intensification of manhunt operations against wanted persons within the region,” PRO3 Regional Director  PCSUPT JOEL NAPOLEON M CORONEL stated.
