Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The no. 3 most wanted person in Bamban, Tarlac was arrested by police authorities yesterday (March 1).


Operatives of Bamban MPS armed with Warrant of Arrest proceeded at Brgy. Anupul, Bamban, Tarlac and served Warrant of Arrest against Rommel NAVARRO y Manabat, ranked No. 3 Most Wanted Person of Bamban, 55 years old, married, retired member of the US NAVY and resident of said place.


Said Warrant of Arrest was issued by Regional Trial Court-Branch 66, Capas, Tarlac for the crime of Rape with no bail recommended.


NAVARRO is currently placed at Bamban MPS Custodial Facility for proper disposition.


“We will have no let up in our campaign against wanted persons and we will keep on conducting manhunt operations to put these absconders in jail," PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
