Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Six (6) suspected drug peddlers were arrested by authorities during a two-day separate anti-illegal drug bust operation conducted region-wide on July 28 and July 29.

In Angeles City, joint elements of Angeles City Drug Enforcement Unit, PDEG3 SOU3, Police Station 2, CMFC, TMRU ACPO conducted anti-illegal drug bust operation along Purok 6 Brgy. Pampang, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of Abdul Gafor MANTICAYAN y Tomara, resident of Brgy. Agapito del Rosario Angeles City, and Fermin INAY y DAYRIT, resident of Brgy. Pampang Angeles City. Seized from the duo were three (3) small-sized heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 10 grams with an estimated value of Php 68,000.00.

Similarly, Mark Llanera KAMSA, male, security guard, resident of Brgy. 649, Manila and Jonathan Peleño ADONA, male, electrician, resident of Brgy. Lias, Marilao, Bulacan were arrested by Marilao DEU operatives thru anti-illegal drug operation in Barangay Ibayo, Marilao, Bulacan. Eight (😎 sachets of suspected shabu weighing 160 grams amounting to Php 1,088,000.00 were seized.

In Pampanga, operating elements of Mabalacat CPS and RPDEU3 conducted anti-illegal drug bust operation along Roxas St., Brgy. Dau, Mabalacat City Pampanga which resulted in the arrest of Alejandro DEOCARESA y Sagad, male, Sputnik Gang Member, and a resident of Brgy. Dau Mabalacat City, Pampanga. Seized from the suspect were five (5) sachets of suspected shabu weighing 22 grams amounting to Php 149,600.00.

While Roger JANAWI y Hamajad, male, single, jobless, resident of Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales was arrested by joint elements of Subic DEU operatives, PDEU, PIU, 1st PMFC, 2nd PMFC all of Zambales PPO and SOU-3, PNP DEG thru anti-illegal drug buybust operation in Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales. Five (5) sachets containing suspted shabu more or less 11 grams with an estimated value of Php 74,000.00 were seized.

Total evidence recovered were twenty-one (21) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 203 grams with an estimated street value of Php 1,379,600.00 and Php 2,000.00 bill as marked money.

Appropriate charges for violation of Sec. 5 and Sec. 11, Art II of RA 9165 are being readied against the suspects for court referral.

“PNP PRO3 is continuously conducting proactive operations to invigorate its efforts to wipe out all forms of illegal drugs to achieve its quest for a drug-free Central Luzon”, PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN MATTHEW P BACCAY said.
