INDIGENTS RECEIVE PAMASKONG HANDOG FROM POLICE AND LOCAL GOV'T OFFICIALS
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- The Regional Community Affairs and Development Division under PLTCOL ROMELL VELASCO in partnership with the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo 3 (KKDAT3) Mr Franz Liam Arabia, Regional Vice President of Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo 3 (KKDAT3) distributed grocery packs consist of rice, canned goods, noodles, condiments and bottled water to 170 indigent families a day before New Year’s eve at Barangay Pantalan Luma, Orani, Bataan and Barangay Central, Balanga City, Bataan.
Moreover, information dissemination was also conducted thru distribution of IEC materials regarding SAFE SPACES ACT, ANTI CHILD ABUSE, VAWC and ELCAC.
PRO3 Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said that this simple gesture of kindness would make the indigents feel that the government and the police care for them and are giving their best to bring excellent services closer to the people so as not for them to be entice to join or to be recruited by the CPP-NPA.

PRO3 CONDUCTS KKDAT ADVOCACY SESSION IN SUPPORT TO RTF-ELCAC
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- In support to the Regional Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (RTF-ELCAC), Police Regional Office 3 through the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division in partnership with the Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo facilitated the KKDAT Advocacy Session on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
Personnel from the 1st and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, Nueva Ecija Police Provincial Office participated in said undertaking that aims to equip PNP personnel with knowledge and skills in combating the radical infiltration operation of the various legal front organization of the CPP-NPA-NDF targeting the vulnerable members/sectors of the community. PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON made mention that the KKDAT Advocacy Session is in adherence with the guidance of CPNP PGEN DEBOLD SINAS to strengthen the campaign against Anti-Illegal Drugs and Terrorism. PRO3 DONATES RELIEF GOODS TO AID ULYSSES VICTIMS IN CAGAYAN REGION
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Three (3) trucks loaded with tons of relief goods heading to Cagayan region has been dispatched on Thursday night (November 19) as assistance for the victims of typhoon Ulysses from Police Regional Office 3 is already underway.
Prior dispatch, a send-off ceremony including the blessing for the troops and mobility was held at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said that the humanitarian drive is an immediate response to the call of PNP Chief PGEN DEBOLD M SINAS to help fellow Filipinos especially in times of crisis.
“The Central Luzon cops together with our stakeholders recognize the crucial need of providing assistance to our kababayans and my fellow Cagayanos who greatly suffered from severe flooding brought about by the typhoon, this is the best time to extend our help and our provision of services to needy communities is expected,” PBGEN DE LEON said.
Over 5,000 relief packs will be distributed to families most hit by the natural calamity which were packed by PRO3 personnel as early as Tuesday (November 17).
“Every member of the society should join hands and do the best we can to help those in need. Let the Bayanihan spirit live among us especially this time of crisis,” the PRO3 head added.
Among the first ones to extend support were Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando, Nueva Ecija Governor Aurelio Ty, Pampanga Governor Dennis Pineda, Ms. Joy Jose-Gutierrez of Trust Trade, Engr. Louie Sarmiento of ORICA & APEX Mining and businessman Mr. Arnel Ty.

PRO3 NO LET UP ON ANTI-CRIMINALITY, ANTI-DRUGS CAMPAIGN
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Central Luzon police continue to intensify anti-illegal drugs operations and anti- criminality efforts in the region while constantly addressing public safety services as well as Covid-19 response operations.
PRO3 Regional Director PBGENVALERIANO T DE LEON said that in just more than a month, a total of 992 anti-drugs operations were conducted which resulted in the arrest of 1,458 drug personalities and confiscation of 5,265.19 grams of Shabu with estimated value of Php 35,803,297.03, 5,631.59 grams of Marijuana with estimated value of Php 675,790.42 and 34 assorted firearms.
Relatedly, the relentless campaign on wanted persons resulted in the arrest of 812 wanted persons and 47 most wanted persons. Among those arrested were: Ronald SUARNABA for Rape, Airvin SAN PEDRO for Murder and Reynante DELA TORRE for Carnapping.
PBGEN DE LEON also said that PNP-PRO3 is stepping up and remains unremitting in all its anti-criminality efforts which is also in line with the guidelines of PNP Chief PGEN DEBOLD SINAS.( PIO-3)

BULACAN POLICE GIFT FORMER PMTK MEMBERS WITH RELIEF PACKS THRU BAYANIHAN SPIRIT
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON with Bulacan Police Provincial Director PCOL LAWRENCE CAJIPE continue to scale up the distribution of relief packs to the needy as 500 food packs were distributed to former members of the Pagkakaisang Mamamayan Tungo sa Kaayusan (PMTK) in Pandi, Bulacan who withdrew their support to the leftist groups as Bayanihan Spirit is being carried out by the PNP.
“We want them to feel that the government and the police care for them especially this time of pandemic and this is one of our ways to do it," PBGEN DE LEON added.
