Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga—Three (3) individuals were arrested by police authorities during the implementation of search warrant in Mabalacat, Pampanga on Wednesday, June 30.

Joint elements of CIDG Pampanga PFU, CIDG Angeles CFU PDEU Pampanga, and Mabalacat CPS implemented Search Warrant 21-275 issued by Hon. Maria Angelica T. Paras Quiambao, Executive Judge, RTC Branch 59 Angeles City at Apt No. 3-C 8892, Bagong Lipunan St, Homesite, Brgy Duquit, Mabalacat City, Pampanga against Enzo OMGBA for violation of RA 10591 who managed to evade arrest onboard a  beige Hyundai Tucson bearing plate no. TOQ 865 upon sensing the presence of police officers while three (3) suspected drug peddlers were arrested in the suspects’ residence identified as Flabien Jerome Noah OMGBA, Yves Emmanuel Bidias WANKO, all African nationals.

Seized from their possessions were one (1) unit of Cal 45 pistol ( COLT MK IV) with serial number 9021426, one (1) unit of cal 380 pistol (CASPIAN) with serial number 461313, two (2) pcs magazine assembly for Cal 45 pistol, two (2) pcs magazine assembly for cal 22., fourteen (14) pcs of live ammunition for Cal 45 pistol, five (5) pcs of live ammunition for cal 22., five (5) small transparent heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected Shabu weighing 15 grams, two (2) pcs small transparent heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected Dried Marijuana weighing 5 grams, two (2) pieces of heat-sealed plastic sachets containing 45 pieces of suspected Ecstacy amounting approximately  Php250,000.00.

Cases for violation of Section 5 and Section 11 Art II of R. A. 9165 and RA 10591 are being prepared against the suspects for filing before the Prosecutor’s Office.

PRO3 Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON commended the operating troops and added that "with the stern implementation of the Intensified Cleanliness Policy of the C, PNP, PGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR in Central Luzon, lawless elements and criminals have lesser opportunity to carry out their nefarious acts since we will continue to target them to give our people safer communities," Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said.(PIO-3)
