Based on the report of acting PCOL MARVIN JOE C SARO, Acting Provincial Director, Nueva Ecija Police, to PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON, RD PRO3, 5 drug peddlers were collared in different joint buy bust operations identified as CARLITO GALVEZ ARENAS, 61, married, jobless; RAFFY ROSETE y Cando, 38, married, jobless, both residents of Barangay Caalibangbangan, Cabanatuan City, JOVEL ABOGADOR y Delos Reyes, 39, driver, resident of Bryy. Barrio Militar, Fort Magsaysay, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija; MARY JANE CASIPIT y Pabillore, 40, single, vendor, and resident of Mabini Street, Brgy. Quezon District, Cabanatuan City, REYNALDO PABLO y Wycoco a.k.a REY PABLO, 59, married, and resident of No. 254 Sarmiento Street, Barangay Mabini Extension, Cabanatuan City.
Confiscated from combined operations were nine teen (19) pieces of small size heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with estimated weight of Grams 15.3 grams amounting to more or less Php104,796.00 and Php 3,500 buy bust money.
Meanwhile five (5) wanted persons were also arrested during man hunt operations conducted by San Leonardo, Gapan City, Talavera, Laur and San Isidro Police Stations. The arrested accused were identified as JULIUS LARRY PASCUAL y Ison, 39, married, resident of Barangay San Roque, San Leonardo, Nueva Ecija by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for RIR to Physical Injury and Damage to Property with criminal case number 89-BTS-19 with recommended bail of Php40,000.00; GEOFFREY MATIAS y Padal, 39, married, jobless and a resident of Siojo St., Brgy. San Juan Centro, San Miguel, Bulacan with Alias Warrant of Arrest for Violation of R.A. 7610 under criminal case number 20519-16 with recommended bail of Php80,000.00 and for Violation of Section 5 (e) of R.A. 9262 under criminal case number 20520-16 with recommended bail of twenty four thousand (Php 24,000.00); FERRER, ROGER y Dela Cruz, 34 , male, single and a resident of Brgy. Caputican, Talavera, Nueva Ecija with Warrant of Arrest for Robbery under Criminal Case No. SD(20)- 6142 with recommended bail of Php100,000.00, JOMAR ESTABILLO y Velarde,@ Andres, 50 y/o, single, former OFW and resident Brgy Campo Tinio, Cabanatuan City N.E with two (2) Warrant of Arrest for Illegal Recruitwith CC# 20A-CR-13094 and 43060-R with no bail recommended and 40,000.00 respectively and THELMA RIVERA y Mauyao, female, 46 years old, married, business woman, Filipino and a resident of Brgy San Fernando, Laur, Nueva Ecija with Warrant of Arrest for Violation of B.P. 22 with criminal case Nr. 95472 with recommended bail of Php18,000.00.
