Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Three (3) Most Wanted Persons of Tarlac City, Tarlac were arrested by the authorities during separate manhunt operations on September 9.

Citing the reports from PCOL RENANTE C CABICO, PD, Tarlac PPO, elements of Tarlac City PS conducted manhunt operation at Brgy. Matatalaib, Tarlac City that resulted in the arrest of two (2) Most Wanted Persons identified as Erwin MASANGKAY y Bancolo, 36 years old, single, tricycle driver, and a resident of Brgy. Matatalaib, Tarlac City; and Jomar DE BELEN y Masangkay, 23 years old, single, tricycle driver and a resident of Sitio Micalugod, Brgy. Matatalaib, Tarlac City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Direct Assaults (RPC, ART. 148) with Criminal Case Number 389-2021 issued on August 10, 2021 by HON. RYAN SCOTT FIESTA ROBINOS, Presiding Judge of MTCC, Branch 1, Tarlac City with recommended bail of Php36,000.00.

Meanwhile, a follow-up operation was conducted at Brgy. Carangian, Tarlac City that resulted in the arrest of Efren BAYUGA Y Simon, 69 years old, married, and a resident of Sitio Centro, Brgy. Carangian, Tarlac City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Grave Threats (RPC ART 282) with Criminal Case Number 379-2021 issued on August 10, 2021 by HON. RYAN SCOTT FIESTA ROBINOS, Presiding Judge of MTCC, Branch 1, Tarlac City with recommended bail of Php36, 000.00.

“The entire Central Luzon Police Force together with other police units continues its intensified campaign to put lawless elements and wanted persons behind bars and maximizes its efforts to eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the region in line with the Internal Cleansing Policy of PNP Chief PGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO ELEAZAR,” said by Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON. Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- A drug-den was dismantled by authorities while five (5) individuals were arrested during an anti-illegal drug operation in Mabalacat City on Tuesday, August 17.

According to PCOL ARNOLD THOMAS C IBAY, PD, Pampanga PPO, joint elements of PDEA ROIII and Mabalacat CPS conducted anti-illegal drug operation that resulted in the dismantling of drug den at Daang Bakal, Brgy. San Francisco, Mabalacat City, Pampanga that resulted in the arrest of Reynaldo QUIZON alias “Aikey/Dong”, 27 years old; Carlo LACSON y Tiglao, 22 years old; Marlon QUIZON y Palaña alias “Longgay”, 45 years old; Royce PAMINTUAN y Lagman alias “Roy”, 42 years old; and Nicomedes MAMANGUN y Tornato.

Confiscated during the operation were seven (7) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be “shabu” weighing 15 grams with DBB value of Php102,000.00; drug paraphernalia; and one (1) genuine Php. 500.00 with serial number BW723636 used as a buy-bust money. Appropriate charges for violations of section 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 15 of Art II, RA 9165 are being filed against the suspects.

PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON, RD, PRO3 said that "With the constant arrest and neutralization of illegal drug personalities in the area as well as the unremitting commitment of the police to stop its proliferation, illegal drug traders will have less opportunity to propagate illegal drugs here in Central Luzon." Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga—Three (3) suspected drug peddlers were arrested by authorities during an anti-illegal drugs operation while more than 400k worth of shabu were seized in Pampanga on Thursday evening, April 29.

Based on the report of PCOL ARNOLD THOMAS IBAY, PD, Pampanga PPO, operating units of Floridablanca MPS DEU conducted buybust operation at Barangay Apalit, Floridablanca, Pampanga which resulted in the arrest of Jeffrey MANALILI y Ballao @Jeff, 33 years old, single, online seller; Mylene REYES y Pahimolin @Mylene, 30 years old, single, online seller; and Alice MAHINAY y Cinco @Alice, 30 years old, single, housemaid, all presently residing at Blk 53 Lot 53 Barangay Apalit, Floridablanca, Pampanga.

Seized from their possessions were six (6) pieces of small to large pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 61 grams amounting to Php414,800.00, one (1) Caliber 38 without serial number loaded with Five (5) live ammunition and Php2,000.00 bill as marked money.

PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON, PRO3 Regional Director said that Central Luzon police will continue to launch operations as maximized efforts are being carried out to wipe out all forms of illegal drugs if not, stop the proliferation of illegal drugs in the region.( PIO-3)

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga - A cop is now facing both criminal and administrative charges for allegedly extorting money from cargo trucks in Pampanga on June 4.

According to PCOL ARNOLD THOMAS CABOGAO IBAY, PD, Pampanga PPO,  joint elements of IMEG-LFU, Apalit MPS and 3rd Battalion 35th SAC conducted entrapment operation along the intersection of Quezon Road Mc Arthur highway and San Simon exit, Apalit, Pampanga against a PNP personnel and members of Truck Ban Traffic Management Office -Apalit that resulted in the arrest of PCpl Leomar CALEGAN y Barizo, 37 years old, married and resident of Brgy Maimpis, San Fernando City, Pampanga;  Marlon DE GUZMAN y Yabut, 39 years old married, resident of Danga, Colgante; Menard MENDOZA y Gaddi,  32 years old,  resident of  Sta Lucia Matua, Masantol, Pampanga;  Michael MANIULIT, 50 year old, resident of Muzon, Colgante, Apalit; and Noel MANARANG y Mendoza, 23 years old, single and  resident of  San Vicente, Apalit, Pampanga.

Seized from the group were assorted identification cards; PNP ID; one Caliber 9 mm pistol, Glock 17 with serial number PNP 51168; two magazines, 30 pieces ammunition, cash amounting to Php804, 170.00 believed to be the total amount of collected money from truck drivers and two pieces Php500 bills entrapment money.

"The PNP has zero tolerance for any form of misdemeanor more so criminal conduct by any of its personnel and we work swiftly sparing no effort to ensure that such criminals who endanger the public's safety are dealt with firmly and severely in accordance with the law," PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said.

PBGEN DE LEON added that getting rid of all lawless elements in the community as well as weeding out of scalawags and erring cops in the PNP is the standing directive of PNP Chief PGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR in his Intensified Cleanliness Policy (ICP).

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- A member of Aniban ng Manggagawa, Magsasaka, Mangingisda at Agrikultura (AMMMA) an underground mass organization (UGMO) under Alyansang Magbubukid ng Gtnang Luzon (AMGL) affiliated with the CPP/NPA/NDF voluntarily surrendered himself to authorities in Tarlac on Friday, April 30.

RCSP team of 2nd PMFC- Tarlac PPO together with PIU TPPO, RID3, 73rd MICO, 7MIB 7ID PA, NAVAL Intel Group NL, 3rd MIB PA, 304th RMFB3 and Paniqui PS facilitated the surrender of Ka Beloy/ Ka Romy in Victoria, Tarlac.

The surrenderer also turned-in one (1) unit Smith & Wesson Magnum.357 Pistol Revolver with serial numner ACW1210 MOD 19-5 together and nine (9) pcs live ammunition.
