CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- Police Regional Office 3 has launched the PNP PGS Institutionalization, earlier this morning, April 20, after it has been conferred three (3) of the four stages of the Performance Governance System, the Initiation, Compliance and Proficiency Stage.
 
The event was held at the PANA Hall, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga with a lecture on “Good Governance” given by Dr Dolores T Quiambao, Dean, Graduate School, DHVTSU as part of the Launching of the PNP PGS Institutionalization.  
 
“Our journey towards the final stage of our Performance Governance System commences with the launching of the PNP PGS Institutionalization.  I enjoined everyone that with renewed focus and commitment, we will continue to transform to be a highly capable, effective and credible police service, that the country rightly deserve and be truly proud of. The passion and dedication to make a better Central Luzon will always be our shared commitment,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.

 

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Two (2) target drug personalities were arrested by police authorities, yesterday (April 19).

 

Police operatives of City of San Fernando Police Station conducted buy-bust operation in Dolores Crossing, Looban which resulted to the arrest of Arwin David y Davide @ "Bulig" male, 45 yrs old, married and resident of # 92 1st Street Dolores, Looban, CSFP (Categorized as Target Drug List Personalities of San Fernando CPS) and August Poul Cao y Palma alias " Nog Nog" male, 30 yrs old, single, Barker, resident of Dolores Crossing, Looban main road #314, CSFP (Categorized as Newly Identified Drug Personality of San Fernando CPS).

 

Seized from the duo were the following: Twenty Four (24) pieces plastic sachets  containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with an estimated street value of Php 50,000.

 

Cases for violation of Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165 were already filed against the arrested suspects.

 

PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, PRO3 Regional Director said that PNP PRO3 is   continuously conducting proactive operations in its efforts to wipe out all forms of illegal drugs in the region.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Zambales police arrested Cabangan’s no. 1 most wanted person in Olongapo City, yesterday (April 18).

Around 4:00 p.m., operatives of Cabangan MPS and SBMA Law Enforcement Department proceeded at Auto Delta Coach Builders Inc., Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ), Olongapo City and served Warrant of Arrest against Rhaymart MATURGO y Badua, ranked no. 1 Most Wanted Person of Cabangan, 28 y/o, single, employee of Auto Delta Coach Builders and resident of Purok 4, Barangay Tondo, Cabangan, Zambales.

Said warrant was issued by Hon. Judge Marifi Chua of Regional Trial Court Branch 70, Iba, Zambales for the crime of Rape with no bail recommended.

MATURGO was brought to Cabangan Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

“We will have no let-up in our campaign against wanted persons and we will keep on conducting manhunt operations to put these absconders in jail," PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.

 

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando,Pampanga― Two (2) alleged members of the “GAWGAW” Budol-Budol Gang known for swindling OFWs were arrested by police operatives in separate manhunt operations conducted yesterday, April 18 in Caloocan City and Laguna.

 

Armed with warrants of arrest issued by Hon. Antonio Ray Ortiguera, Regional Trial Court, Branch 2, Balanga City, Bataan, joint operatives of Balanga City Police Station, CIDG Bataan and Provincial Intelligence Branch of Bataan PPO conducted manhunt operations in Caloocan City and Laguna which resulted to the arrest of Jonathan ASUNCION aka “Engr. Luis de Guia” and Antonio LAUGAN aka “Manny” for the crime of ESTAFA with recommended bail of Twenty-Eight Thousand Pesos (P28,000.00).

 

Their victim identified as Leonardo AUSTRIA, retired OFW residing in Balanga City sought police assistance sometime in November 2017 and reported that the duo were accomplice to an 8-Million Syndicated Estafa. Another complainant contacted AUSTRIA and tipped off the whereabouts of the suspects.

 

Further investigation revealed that suspects were also allegedly active members of “GAWGAW” BUDOL-BUDOL GANG operating within NCR, Region 3 & 4A and other adjacent regions.  ASUNCION and LAUGAN were featured many times in national television for their involvement in some large-scale Estafa cases.

 

Arrested persons are temporarily placed under the custody of Balanga City Police Station pending turn-over and issuance of Commitment Order from the court of origin.

 

“We are doubling our efforts to work round-the- clock in order to guarantee the public of a safe and sound sleep keeping our eyes always open against lawless elements and their activities. We will keep on tracking down violators of the law especially these fugitives,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.

 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Twelve (12) suspects were arrested and numerous illegal drugs were confiscated during series of anti-illegal drugs operations conducted by Central Luzon cops, yesterday (April 17).
 
Six (6) persons were arrested in Tarlac identified as Randy AVILA y Garcia and Jimmy PAYABYAB y Gomez, both residents of Capas, Tarlac; Lito EVANGELISTA y Dizon, Michelle SALAS y Vidad a.k.a. Mich, Neil TABAG y Mendoza and Aurea SANCHEZ y Cruz, all residents of Tarlac City.
 
Seized from their possession were seven (7) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and marked money.
 
In Pampanga, Joseph GONZALES y Lingat a.k.a. Orod of City of San Fernando, Pampanga, listed in the target drug list personalities of City of San Fernando and Ogie DE JESUS y Longalong of Apalit, Pampanga were arrested by police operatives.
 
Confiscated from GONZALES’ possession were eighteen (18) plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with street value of Php.15,000.00, cellphone, and the Php.500.00 marked money. Also, DE JESUS yielded two (2) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and marked money.
 
Joint Regional Drug Enforcement Unit 3 and Bulacan police operatives were able to arrest Anatolio CHIONG of Baliuag Bulacan; Marcos JOSE a.k.a. Marcos, Lee Arbhincent ROBISO y Villena, both residents of Guiguinto, Bulacan; and, Mark Jay DELARA y Olgina of Balagtas, Bulacan in the act of selling and in possession of suspected marijuana bricks and teabags weighing approximately 250 grams and the marked money.
 
All arrested persons were charged for Violation of Sec 5 and 11 of RA 9165.
 
PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, Regional Director said that PNP PRO3 is continuously conducting pro-active operations against all forms of illegal drugs in order to achieve its quest for a drug free Central Luzon.

HONEST AURORA COPS RETURN MONEY

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Two (2) members of Baler Municipal Police Station, SPO1 Venancio Asuncion Jr and PO1 Juan Carlo Estacio Querijero  proved that indeed policemen are trustworthy and honest as they turned-over a hand bag belonging to a retired US Army containing cash amounting to more or less Php 40K, one (1) gold plated ROLEX watch, six (6) pcs of diamonds, several ATM cards and four (4) bank checks while rendering police visibility and traffic assistance in line with SUMVAC 2018 on Saturday at Sitio Labasin, Brgy. Sabang, Baler, Aurora.
 
Said hand bag hung in a barricade and was left unattended was returned to its rightful owner, Dr. Villamor M Parilla, a retired US Army/Doctor and a resident of Bagong Sikap, Talavera, Nueva Ecija after the duo found his calling card and immediately contacted him. 
 
PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that this act of goodwill and unquestionable integrity is indeed worthy of respect and emulation which only shows that the PNP particularly in Central Luzon are committed not only to doing their duties in fighting criminality as well as dedicated in performing noble deeds. 
 
“I am hoping that there would be more SPO1 Asuncion and PO1 Querijero among ourselves who despite hardships still choose to do the right thing”, he further stated.

“GANDANG PULIS 2018” CANDIDATES PAY CALL TO RD, PRO3


 

            CAMP JULIAN OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga-   The twenty six (26) candidates vying for “Gandang Pulis 2018” paid call to PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, earlier this morning (April 13) at the PANA Hall, Camp Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga as part of the “Ganda Pulis 2018” pageant tour nationwide.

 

            Now on its second year, the “Gandang Pulis” aims to recognize the role of policewomen, strengthen public advocacy on issues concerning women and to highlight the participation of women on leadership roles and social responsibility.

 

            The “Gandang Pulis 2018” candidates who represent the 16 police regional offices, 5 National Capital Region districts and 5 national support units of  the country will serve as ambassadors of PNP's various advocacy programs particularly “OPLAN TOKHANG”.

           

            The candidates will participate in community outreach visits to Bahay Pagbabago in Bataan and Tarlac to distribute livelihood tools to former drug dependents on Friday and Saturday, and hold Pulis Natin Caravan and outreach programs on Saturday in Baguio City.

 

            The grand finals and coronation night will be held on April 23, 2018 at the PNP Multi-Purpose Center in Camp Crame, Quezon City.
