CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- As a result of its commitment to capture lawless elements and put them behind bars, police authorities gained another headway against suspected member of a notorious Gun-for-Hire group operating within the province of Nueva Ecija and adjacent provinces during the implementation of Search Warrant in line yesterday morning (August 31) in Quezon, Nueva Ecija.
 
Joint operatives of CIDG Nueva Ecija PFU, Special Concern Unit (Unit), Regional Mobile Force 3 (RFMB) and CIDG RFU3 implemented Search Warrant issued by Hon. ROLINE M GIILNEZ JABALDE with Search Warrant No 2018-30 which resulted in the arrest of Douglas JAVIER y Fajardo, resident of Sitio Banana, Brgy. Sta. Rita, Quezon, Nueva Ecija and member of Del Rosario Criminal Group. Said group is engaged in gun-for-hire and gunrunning activities in the province of Nueva Ecija and adjacent provinces. 
 
Confiscated during the operation were One (1) 12 gauge shotgun, One (1) caliber 22 rifle and numerous assorted ammunition.
 
The successful arrest of JAVIER was a result of the PNP's relentless surveillance and joint intelligence driven operations.
 
PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS,RD, PRO3 lauded the operating troops for a job well done and further remarked that one criminal off the street accords citizens with a sound sleep. Moreover, he directed all Police Provincial/City Offices to conduct an obstinate, efficient campaign and advocacy by implementing a wide-ranging proactive approach/strategy on its campaign against lawless elements in coordination with various law enforcement and other concerned government agencies.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A drug suspect was killed in an anti-drug operation turned shootout in San Luis, Pampanga, yesterday (Aug 30).
 
Operatives of San Luis Municipal Police Station conducted buy-bust operation in Barangay Sta. Lucia, San Luis, Pampanga against the suspect identified as Michael VICTORE y Battalones @Mike, native of Metro Manila and resident of Mexico, Pampanga. Upon sensing that he was dealing with lawmen, VICTORE onboard a motorcycle tried to escape. A hot pursuit operation was established and a team from 301st Maneuver Company, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3 who were then conducting anti-criminality checkpoint was called for support as blocking force. When cornered, VICTORE immediately drew his firearm and fired towards the police officers.
 
Recovered pieces of evidence were the following: thirty-eight (38) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, one (1) caliber .38 revolver loaded with ammunition, digital weighing scale, one (1) Rusi motorcycle and Php.2,000.00 marked money.
 
"We continue to conduct anti-drug operations as we are very serious to stop its proliferation," PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
 
CAMP OLIVAS, City Of San Fernando, Pampanga-  In the continuous efforts of Police Regional Office 3 under its Regional Director, PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS to eradicate all forms of illegal drugs in the region, three (3) notorious drug peddlers were arrested and a total  twenty-nine (29) sachets of suspected shabu were seized by police authorities, yesterday afternoon (August 22) in Mexico and Sta Ana Pampanga.
 
Operatives of Mexico Municipal Police Station conducted buy bust operation at Brgy. San Antonio, Mexico, Pampanga which resulted in the arrest of Haron SARIPADA y Tagma and a resident of Hidalgo St., Quiapo, Manila. 
 
Confiscated from SARIPADA were the following: twenty (20) heat sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (Shabu) One (1) blue pouch; One (1) piece Php 500 bill; and One (1) brown Toyota Vios with plate number WQQ 107. 
 
Meanwhile, Jayson LINSANGAN y Garcia @ ESON, resident of Purok 3, Sta Isabel, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija and Ericson PADILLA y Angeles @ TANIE, resident of St. Joseph, Brgy San Fernando Sur, Cabiao, Nueva Ecija were arrested by operatives of Sta Ana Municipal Police Station during buy bust operation at at Brgy. Sta Maria, Sta. Ana, Pampanga.
 
Seized from the duo were the following: nine (9) small heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline suspected to be shabu; One (1) piece Php 500 marked money; One (1) Samsung Mobile phones. 
 
“We continue working double time to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs in the region, as we are relentless in our anti-illegal drugs operations,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR  CORPUS said.

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The No. 5 Most Wanted Person of Central Luzon was arrested by police authorities in Baler, Aurora, yesterday, August 23 as manhunt operations on persons sought by law continues to intensify.
 
Joint operatives of Aurora Provincial Intelligence Branch, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company and Baler Municipal Police Station armed with Warrants of Arrest proceeded at Baler Public Cemetery, Barangay Buhangin, Baler, Aurora and arrested Coralyn OMAÑA y Cantero @May-May, resident of Paco Roman, Rizal, Nueva Ecija.
 
OMAÑA who is listed as the Number 5  Most Wanted Persons in Region 3  has strings of Warrants of Arrest for Murder docketed under CC nos. 5007-5008 with no bail recommended; Frustrated Murder under CC nos. 5009 with recommended bail of Php200,000.00; and Attempted Murder docketed under CC nos. 5005-5006 with recommended bail of Php120,000.00.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that “this successful operation is the result of concerted Intel-driven operations and diligent efforts of all police units to arrest all lawless elements in the region.”
 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A man was arrested and  a total of 283 sachets of suspected marijuana were confiscated  by police authorities during an anti-illegal drugs operation conducted in Brgy. Cutud, Angeles City, yesterday (Aug 18).
Around 6:40 p.m., joint operatives of Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 3 (RPDEU3) led by PSUPT ROMMEL BATANGAN and Angeles City Police Station 3 conducted buy-bust operation at Blk 26 Lot 13 Northville 15, Brgy. Cutud, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of Sherwin MACABANTI y De Guzman with live in partner and resident of said place.
 
Confiscated from MACABANTI’s possession were one (1) piece big zip-locked transparent plastic sachet containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, two hundred eighty two (282) pieces heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, assorted illegal drugs paraphernalia and Php 1,000.00 marked money.
 
Cases for Violation of Sec 5 and 11 Art II of RA 9165 are already being filed against the suspect who is now detained at RPDEU3 Office, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
 
“We continuously conduct proactive operations as we are committed to wipe out if not prevent the proliferation of all forms of illegal drugs in the region,” PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS, RD, PRO3 said.

2 TOYOTA INNOVA FOR ANGELES CITY POLICE

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Two (2) brand new Toyota Innova from the PNP Directorate for Logistics were received by Police Regional Office 3 in line with the PNP’s Capability Enhancement.
 
The Blessing and Turn-Over Ceremony of said automobiles was held at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Olivas, City San Fernando, earlier this morning (September 7) wherein Angeles City Police Office headed by its City Director PSSUPT ENRICO VARGAS is the recipient.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PRO3 AMADOR V CORPUS said that the procurement of these vehicles is very timely since several proactive anti- criminality campaigns of PRO3 have been intensified and round the clock conduct of anti-criminality checkpoints and mobile patrolling are sternly carried out.
 
“With this additional mobility, more positive accomplishments will be achieved in the coming days and the public can expect the PNP-PRO3 especially Angeles City Police Office to respond better to incidents,” PCSUPT CORPUS further stated.

921 NEWLY PROMOTED CENTRAL LUZON POLICE TAKE OATH

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- -- 921newly-promoted PNP personnel of Police Regional Office 3, 50 of whom are Police Commissioned Officers and 871 are police non-commissioned officers took their oath at the PANA Hall, Camp Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga  earlier this morning (Aug 20). 
 
The oath-taking and mass pinning of the newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers and Police Non-Commissioned Officers was administered by PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS and was witnessed and participated in by the families and relatives of the promotees.
 
“Your promotion signifies not only the recognition of your excellent service to the PNP but more importantly, the bigger responsibilities that you have to hold in order to help attain our mission. Huwag kayong makontento sa inyong promotion. I want you to keep going, strive harder, and embrace the challenges at stake ahead of you towards the fulfillment of your dreams. Do not cling to corruption, do not engage in illegal activities. Maglingkod kayo ng tapat at taos-puso sa sambayanang Pilipino,” PCSUPT CORPUS said in his message.
