Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The No. 2 most wanted person in San Narciso, Zambales was arrested by police authorities yesterday (July 18). 
 
Apolonio MANUEL y Sabaldo, 26 years old, a resident of Brgy Simminublan, San Narciso, Zambales, No. 2 Most Wanted Person of San Narciso, Zambales was arrested by San Narciso operatives at Brgy Barretto, Olongapo City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Acts of Lasciviousness in Relation to 7610 issued by  Hon. Presiding Judge Ma. Cristina J Mendoza-Pizarro of the Third Judicial Region, Br 73, Olongapo City with bail recommended amounting to 180,000.00. 
 
MANUEL is temporarily placed at the custodial facility of San Narciso MPS for proper disposition.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- An alleged former member of the CPP/NPA based in Central Luzon was arrested during a manhunt operation conducted by police authorities in Mayantoc, Tarlac, yesterday afternoon (June 27).
 
Arrested person was identified as CTG Jose Jackson CARMEN y Labrador alias Ka Roman/Masong, 42 years old, married and resident of Brgy. Pulong Santol, Porac, Pampanga, native of Mayantoc, Tarlac and former Platoon CO and Head Provincial Intel SPP Pampanga of Central Luzon Regional Committee (CLRC).
 
About 3:00 PM, joint operatives of Tarlac Police Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) and Mayantoc MPS armed with Warrants of Arrest for Murder docketed under CC No. G-08-7648 issued by Hon. Judge Maria Concepcion A. Yumang of RTC Branch 53, Guagua, Pampanga with no bail recommended and Attempted Homicide docketed under CC No. 1156 issued by Hon. Judge Rochelle S. Manuel of MTC Porac, Pampanga with recommended bail of Php12,000.00 proceeded at Brgy. Pedro L Quines, Mayantoc, Tarlac to serve said warrants against CARMEN.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that “this successful operation is the result of concerted intel-driven operations and diligent efforts of all police units to arrest all lawless elements in the region.”
CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- The leader of the  notorious Delos Reyes Criminal Group involved in gun for hire activities and other atrocities operating in Bulacan and nearby areas along with his companion were killed during a shootout with police operatives yesterday (June 26) in Apalit, Pampanga.
 
Based on reports that reached this Office, at about 2:51 PM yesterday, joint operatives of PIB Bulacan PPO, RIU3, PIB Pampanga PPO, Malolos CPS and Apalit PS armed with Warrant of Arrest for Murder proceeded at the parking area of Ascom Hospital, Brgy San Juan, Apalit, Pampanga to apprehend Michael DELOS REYES y Valmeo aka Eugene Valdez y Santos, leader of Delos Reyes Criminal Group, Number 7 Most Wanted Person of PRO3 and Bulacan’s Number 1 Most Wanted Person; however, DELOS REYES together with his companion identified as Richard CASIMIRO y Soriano, a resident of Sampaguita Street, San Juan, San Ildefonso, Bulacan resisted and fired shots against the operatives that led to a shootout resulting to the instantaneous death of the duo.   
           
Recovered were the following: one (1) Colt cal .45 pistol with inserted magazine loaded with six live ammunition and one (1) live ammunition chamber load;  one (1) cal..45 pistol with inserted magazine loaded with six live ammunition and one (1) live ammunition chamber load; one (1) Pyrenes Black Montero Sport; one (1) black and white Nokia Cellphone; one black sling bag belonging to Michael Delos Reyes containing two car keys, one (1)  Vivo android phone, shaver, charger, white earphone, cash money amounting to Twenty One Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Pesos (Php 21,490.00) in different denominations, Black Lacoste bullcap,  two (2) Nokia black and white cellphones; one (1) long black wallet containing assorted IDs, one (1) orange Nokia cellphone; black G-shock wristwatch; one (1) sling bag containing black wallet containing driver’s license; Metrobank cards; other assorted cards cash money amounting to Four thousand five hundred seventy pesos (Php 4,570.00) and one (1)  wristwatch.
           
“As we intensify our campaign against wanted persons, we will have no let-up in conducting manhunt operations, this accomplishment clearly shows that the police are relentless in hunting down all those being sought by law and put them in jail," PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A former cop who went on AWOL (Absence without Leave) was arrested during a manhunt operation conducted by police authorities in Magalang, Pampanga, earlier today  (June 28) .
 
Around 5:15 a.m., tracker team of Magalang MPS proceeded at Brgy. San Pedro 2, Magalang, Pampanga and served Alias Warrant of Arrest against Vergel ESTOMO y Pamintuan, 38 years old, married, former Police Officer 1 and resident of said place.
 
Said warrant was issued by Hon. Judge Maria Roma Flor A. Ortiz of Regional Trial Court Branch 63, Tarlac City, for the crime of Malversation of Public Property docketed under CC No. 6321-2017 with recommended bail of Php40,000.00.
 
ESTOMO was brought to Magalang Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- One of the top most wanted carnapper of the PNP Highway Patrol Group-National Level was arrested by police authorities in Meycauayan City, Bulacan, yesterday evening (June 25).
 
 Around 6:50 p.m., joint operatives of Provincial Highway Patrol Team (PHPT)-Bulacan, CIDG Bulacan and Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company armed with Warrant of Arrest conducted manhunt operation in Barangay Bahay Pari, Meycauayan City, Bulacan which resulted in the arrest of Emmanuel BARROGA y Gasulla, resident of Brgy. Callos, Peñaranda, Nueva Ecija, and listed No. 1 in the list of Regional Highway Patrol Unit 3’s most wanted person and listed No. 3 in the list of Highway Patrol Group’s most wanted person for Carnapping nationwide.
 
Said warrant was issued by Hon. Judge Felizardo S. Montero Jr., Regional Trial Court-Branch 11, Malolos City, Bulacan for Violation of RA 6539 (Anti-Carnapping Law of 1972) with recommended bail of Php180,000.00.       
 
BARROGA is temporarily under the custody of PHPT-Bulacan Office for proper disposition.

PNP CHIEF ALBAYALDE, PRO3 REGIONAL DIRECTOR CORPUS DISTRIBUTE RELIEF GOODS TO BULACAN FLOOD VICTIMS

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- PNP Chief PDG OSCAR ALBAYALDE and PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS personally distributed relief goods to almost 800 flood-stricken families in the municipality of Calumpit and Malolos City in Bulacan, yesterday afternoon, August 15. 
 
More or less 1,000 bags of relief goods containing sacks of rice, canned goods, noodles and bottled waters packed by PNP-NHQ and PRO3 personnel were received by the affected families.
 
PDG ALBAYALDE said that aside from Calumpit and Malolos, relief operations will also be conducted in other provinces of Central Luzon including Bataan and Pampanga.
 
Meanwhile, PCSUPT CORPUS said that “the distribution of relief goods is not just our initiative but has been part and parcel of our disaster operations aside from our search and rescue tasks.
 
 

PRO3 BAGS AWARDS DURING THE 117TH POLICE SERVICE ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga-  Police Regional Office 3 was conferred awards during the celebration of the 117th Police Service Anniversary at Camp Crame, Quezon City on August 8, 2018.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS received the Special Unit Award for Exemplary Accomplishment in the Solution of Sensational Criminal Case while Cabanatuan City Police Station under PSUPT PONCIANO ZAFRA was adjudged as the Best Component City Police Station.
 
Anchored on the theme: ““Pagbabago sa Hanay ng Pulisya Hatid ay Ligtas na Pamayanan Laban sa Korupsyon, Krimen at Iligal na Droga,” the celebration and awarding ceremony was highlighted by the presence of President Rodrigo Duterte who was also the guest of honor and speaker.
 
“This recognition will surely lift the spirits of our PRO3 personnel as we work tirelessly to fulfill our commitment of fighting criminality and wiping out illegal drugs in the region,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
