Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police authorities arrested twenty-four (24) persons in series of anti-drug operations conducted yesterday (January 31) region wide.

 

         Bulacan police were able to arrest the following persons: Marlon JOSON y Huertas and Analiza SICLOT y Garbo, both residents of Bocaue, Bulacan in possession of six (6) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and the marked money; Jesus ALCANZAREN y Reyes a.k.a. Abra, Jose Emil RAMOS a.k.a. London Boy, Ian Joseph ELIAS and a 17-year old minor, all residents of City of Meycauayan, Bulacan in possession of ten (10) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu including the marked money and drug paraphernalia; Rolanda ABAÑO y Bautista and Joselito TEODORO JR y, both of Malolos City, Bulacan in possession of two (2) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu; Lucky CRISOSTOMO y Agoncillo of Plaridel, Bulacan in possession of three (2) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and the marked money; and, Romie VILLUAN y Mayrena, Ryan UMPIG y Sachez, Alberto BATAYOLA JR y Amor, Telly RELADO y Naguit, Bernabe GARBO y Nabago and Jeffrey JOSE y De Guzman, all of City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan in possession of twelve (12) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, two (2) opened sachet containing suspected shabu residue including the Php850.00 marked money and assorted drug paraphernalia.

 

          In Nueva Ecija, police operatives arrested Arnold NICOLAS y Casabar of Cuyapo, Nueva Ecija in possession of one (1) of heat sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and Php500.00 marked money; Mario TAMAYO y Velilia of Quezon, Nueva Ecija in possession of three (3) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachet all containing substance believe to be Shabu, one (1) ASTRA caliber 9mm pistol, two (2) magazines and eleven (11) rounds of ammunition for 9mm; and, April EVENGELISTA y Oriel of Bongabon, Nueva Ecija in possession of one (1) piece of small heat transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu, aluminum foil strip and the marked money.

 

          Tarlac police operatives were able to arrest: Mark Anthony LUMANLAN y Orcales of Paniqui, Tarlac in possession of three (3) pieces small heat- sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and Php500.00 marked money; Jesus PAJULAS y Tapalla of Concepcion, Tarlac in possession of one (1) transparent plastic sachet containing suspected shabu and marked money; and, Eugenio TORIA JR. y Galicia, Catalino DIMACULANGAN y Kasilag and Rickelle BANGIS y Pulido, all of Tarlac City in possession of tooters, lighters, aluminum foil strips and two (2) opened transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu residue.

 

          In Bataan, Dinalupihan police operatives conducted buy-bust operation in Brgy. Pentor, Dinalupihan, Bataan which resulted to the arrest of Julius DECENA y Crystal and confiscation from her possession of two (2) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected dried marijuana leaves and the marked money.

 

            All arrested persons were filed charges for Violation of RA 9165.

 

          Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga –Personnel of Police Station 1, Angeles City Police Office helped deliver a baby, Wednesdayat around 9:25 in the morning, January 30, after an inmate at the facility unexpectedly went into labor.

            The mother identified as Jessiebel ABAÑO y Masdo, widow, 33 years old, jobless, resident of Brgy San Roque, La Paz, Tarlac and presently under the custody of Police Station 1 for Theft (Salisi) went into labor and was about to give birth. Without wasting any time, SPO4 Evelyn Pineda, WCPD PNCO and PO1 Roosevelt Masiclat, a registered nurse assisted the delivery of the female baby awaiting the arrival of the ambulance.  

            The mother and the baby who were both safe were immediately brought to Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center for further medical attention.

            In a statement, PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said, “No one expects a baby to be born inside a custodial facility and the actions of our personnel truly showed a team effort in a moment where quick and decisive measures needed to be taken, I am lauding them for this deed which only goes to show that we at the PNP value lives.”

 
 

          Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police authorities arrested yesterday afternoon (Feb 1) alleged illegal recruiters who promised their victims fake jobs at San Miguel Corporation (SMC).

            Joint operatives of CIDG Bataan and Bataan Provincial Intelligence Branch conducted entrapment operation at MLhuillier branch in Brgy. Townsite, Limay, Bataan which resulted to the arrest of  Mark MONTAÑEZ y Balinang, leader of MONTAÑEZ criminal group and Dominador LUZANO y Perucho, both Bataan residents.

            MONTAÑEZ and LUZANO were caught after receiving dusted money worth Php2,800.00 from two victims through money transfer. The victims said they were promised with jobs as factory workers in SMC and were asked to pay Php2,800.00 for processing fee.

            Confiscated from the possession of the suspects were two (2) dusted 1000-peso bill, one (1) dusted 500-peso bill, three (3) 100-peso bill, MLhuillier payout receipt, Voter's ID and Provincial Health Card.

             According to CIDG, the operation stemmed from the request of San Miguel Corporation Head Office to conduct entrapment operations against fake SMC employees who have been using the name of the company to collect money in exchange of their victims’ application.

              Charges for illegal recruitment and Estafa are being readied against the suspects for filing in court.

 

                Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that twelve (12) wanted persons were arrested over the weekend as the campaign against wanted persons is continuously being carried out region wide. 

            Four (4) persons sought by law in Bataan were arrested by police authorities by virtue of Warrants of Arrest identified as: Mark Steven FERNANDEZ y Rodriguez, 30 years old, single,  maintenance at Tamarind Ridge Orani, Bataan for Reckless Imprudence Resulting to Homicide and Damage to Property; Randy DIWA y Baquistan, 30 years old, a resident of Brgy  Upper Tuyo, Balanga City, Bataan for Acts of Lasciviousness; Jornie Samson Millan, 28 years old, a resident of Brgy Upper Tuyo, Balanga City, Bataan for Rape (2 counts) and Jethro TUÑACAO y Gomez, 23 years old, single, a resident of  Brgy Bayan- Bayanan, Orani, Bataan for Frustrated Homicide.

            Similarly, two (2) wanted persons were arrested in Bulacan identified as Jonnel BARCENA, male, 25 years old, with live –in partner, painter, residing in Brgy. Pitpitan, Bulakan, Bulacan for violation of RA 7610 and Eugenia IGNACIO y Caluag a.k.a. Neneng, of legal age, resident of Brgy. Tibagan, Bustos, Bulacan for Estafa and Illegal Recruitment.

            Operatives of San Manuel Municipal Police Station conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. San Miguel, San Manuel, Tarlac which led to the arrest of Webster TUBIO y Nambio, of legal age, resident of said place for Estafa.

            In Nueva Ecija, Richard RAZON y Camcam aka "TABA", 37 years old, married, jobless, resident of Purok 3, Baloc, Sto Domingo, Nueva Ecija was arrested by police authorities by virtue of Alias Warrant for Estafa.

            In Pampanga, police authorities arrested Aiko ONOFRE y Mallari, 26 years old, single, jobless, resident of Brgy. Sapang Biabas, Mabalacat City, Pampanga for violation of RA 9165 (Dangerous Drugs Law) and Engineer Alan NAVARRO y Lalic, 35 years old, married, resident of Brgy. Paralaya, Porac, Pampanga for violation of RA 9262 (Violence against women and their Children Law).

             Meanwhile, two (2) persons with Warrants of Arrest were arrested in Zambales namely: Cristina GUANGA y Interno, 43 years old, resident of Brgy. Gordon Heights, Olongapo City for Falsification of Public Documents and Francesco DE VENECIA y Castro, 40 years old, married, resident of Brgy. Lauis, Candelaria, Zambales for Violation of RA 9262.

             “We are continuously stepping-up on our campaign to eradicate all forms of criminality including intensification of manhunt operations against wanted persons within the region. We will have no let-up as even weekends are not rest days for us,” PCSUPT CORPUS stated.

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police authorities have arrested two (2) suspects while another managed to elude arrest when police authorities responded to two (2) snatching incidents perpetrated by motorcycle riding suspects in Brgy. Balibago, Angeles City, yesterday (November 23).

 

            Immediately responding to a snatching incident report, police authorities were able to arrest one of the suspects identified as Arnold NUMENTO y Hari, (backrider) 23 y/o, single, jobless, resident of Blk 25, Lot 9, San Isidro Resettlement, Magalang, Pampanga while a certain Andron YABUT (driver) managed to escape.

 

            Recovered   from the arrested suspect were:  victim’s bag containing wallet, ATM Card (UCPB), Passport, smart phone and one (1) black EURO 150 motorcycle, without plate number, was found near the place of occurrence.

 

            Also, at around 2:30 AM, joint personnel of ACTMEU and Police Station 4 arrested Allan Paul CASTRO y Senapilo, 28 y/o, single, jobless, resident of Blk 5 Lot 4 Magsaysay St., Capaya 2, Angeles City, for snatching the bag of Nick Elly TIAMZON y Arates, female, 20 y/o, single and resident of Dau Homesite, Mabalacat, Pampanga which transpired along Mc Arthur Highway, Brgy. Balibago.

 

            Recovered were one (1) black HONDA TMX125 motorcycle, with plate no. CA 78570 and victim’s bag containing cash amounting to Php520.00, student ID and Police Clearance.

 

            Arrested suspects were brought to Angeles City Police Station 4 for proper disposition.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PO3 Artem Balagtas assigned at Gerona Municipal Police Station once again proved that indeed policemen are trustworthy and honest, as he persistently searched for the owner of a wallet he found while on his way home after his duty on Friday.
 
Mrs Yolanda Oneal, a senior citizen, was elated when PO3 Balagtas knocked at her house and returned her wallet containing Php11,000.00 cash and identification cards in Gerona, Tarlac.
 
“His example is worth emulating. He was just doing what he has to do, the right way. Indeed, your police are committed to make a difference in our society one day at a time,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
 

PRO3 DEPLOYS ALMOST 9K PERSONNEL FOR 2018 BARANGAY SK POLLS

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Three (3) days prior to the 2018 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections, the entire Central Luzon police force continues to beef up security within the region to ensure the conduct of safe and secure local polls. Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS bared that almost 9,000 PNP personnel coming from the different police units in Central Luzon are to be deployed within the region. “We will also send out police personnel assigned to do desk work and PNP personnel undergoing schooling to the different polling precincts to increase the number of those tasked to ensure peaceful elections this coming May 14. Out of the almost 9,000 personnel, 280 personnel from the Regional Headquarters will also be deployed in the provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija,” PCSUPT CORPUS said. “We continue to carry out our mandated tasks to ensure the attainment of a safe and secure Barangay and SK elections this Monday, May 14 as we relatively remain steadfast in our anti-criminality efforts,” he added
