Camp Olivas City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A cop donated school supplies on Saturday to a less fortunate lad in Arayat, Pampanga.
 
PO2 Nestor Lumicquio of the Pampanga First Provincial Mobile Force Company did not hesitate to buy school supplies for a 13-year old lad whom he saw standing outside his school in Brgy Mapalad, Arayat while he was rendering patrol within the vicinity.
 
The kind hearted police officer found out that the lad has no school supply which hinders him to go to school.
 
“I did not have second thoughts in helping the boy and buying his school supplies. I also encouraged him to continue with his studies in spite financial difficulties,” PO2 Lumicquio said.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said that “I commend PO2 Lumicquio for going an extra mile. With the good deeds being done by our police officers, I am sure that we are creating a positive public perception.  Your police do not only go after lawless elements, we also help ease poverty in our own little way.”
 
 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A newsman was arrested during the implementation of Search Warrant by joint police and PDEA operatives in Tarlac City, yesterday (June 22).
 
Joint operatives of Tarlac Provincial Intelligence Branch, PDEA and Tarlac City Police Station armed with search warrant proceeded at Zone 1 Brgy. San Isidro, Tarlac City and implemented Search Warrant issued by RTC BR 64, Tarlac City which resulted in the arrest of EVANGELINO DIZON y PANLAQUI alias JING DIZON, newsman of DZTC AM RADIO.
 
DIZON previously surrendered in 2016 during the start of the implementation of Oplan Double Barrel and has been considered as a high value target.
Seized from his possession were: Five (5) pieces of heat sealed small transparent plastic sachets each containing suspected “SHABU";Twelve (12) pieces of medium sized transparent plastic sachets each containing suspected “MARIJUANA LEAVES”;One (1) piece alleged caliber 38 cartridge; and One (1) piece alleged caliber 22 cartridge.
 
Cases for violation of Sec. 11, Art. II of RA 9165 (2 counts) & RA 10591 are being filed against DIZON.
 
“This concerted efforts of the PNP and the PDEA only goes to show that we are determined to win our all-out war on illegal drugs.We continue to keep on tracking all those involved in illegal drug activities and we will not stop until they are all arrested and put in prison,"PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Following the orders of PDG OSCAR ALBAYALDE, CPNP, to immediately arrest the suspects responsible in the killing of Fr Richmond Nilo inside a chapel in Brgy Mayamot, Zaragosa, Nueva Ecija on Sunday evening (June 10), police authorities have arrested the gunman and primary suspect yesterday evening (June 14).
 
After a thorough and in-depth investigation conducted by SITG NILO and the affidavit executed by the  witness  and companion of Fr Nilo, the primary suspect identified as ADELL ROLL MILAN Y MATIAS, a resident of Brgy Malapit, San Isidro, Nueva Ecija was arrested after he was positively identified  thru the rouge gallery and computerized facial illustration of suspects presented to him.
Further investigation revealed that MILAN is a member of a gun-for-hire group and former drug surrenderer.
 
He is now under the custody of Nueva Ecija police and a case for Murder is already being filed against him.
 
"This development will  bring us closer  to the real  motive behind  Fr Nilo's death as we are still conducting follow-up operations for the possible arrest of other personalities involved. This also proves that, indeed, your police is exerting all efforts to immediately solve cases and put behind the bars of justice those who are responsible for these lawlessness," PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A former sexy actress and her live-in partner were arrested and illegal drugs were confiscated during the implementation of Search Warrant conducted by police authorities in City of San Fernando, Pampanga, yesterday afternoon (June 21).

 
Around 4:10 p.m., joint operatives of Pampanga Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit, City of San Fernando Police Station and SWAT implemented Search Warrant No. 18-01 issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 46, CSFP dated June 20, 2018 which led in the arrest of Michelle COMSTOCK y Cojo a.k.a. Tisay/Bridgette De Joya, former sexy actress, native of Olangapo City and Marciano CAMACAM y Del Carmen a.k.a. Bong Guevarra, 42 years old, married, native of Ilagan City, Isabela, both residents of Block 2 Lot 17, Northville, Calulut Resettlement,  City of San Fernando, Pampanga, where the subject search was implemented.
 
Seized from the duo were eight (8) heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, five (5) improvised tooters containing suspected shabu residue, weighing scale, one (1) bundle of empty plastic sachets and two (2) plastic bottles (Sprite/Coca-Cola) containing liquid substance suspected to contain illegal drugs.
 
Charges for violation of RA 9165 are being prepared against the arrested suspects.
 
 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The most wanted person regionwide and member of the CPP/NPA based in Central Luzon was arrested during a manhunt operation with joint police and military teams in Samal, Bataan, yesterday afternoon (June 13).
 
Bataan PPO Provincial Director, PSSUPT MARCELO DAYAG, identified the arrested person as Juanito CARABEO y Deldoc a.k.a. Ka Toktok, 62 years old, married, resident of Sitio Sun Shine, Barangay San Juan, Samal, Bataan who is an active member of CPP/NPA as Assistant Secretary, Regional Medical Staff Central Luzon Regional Committee (CLRC) and listed in the most wanted persons of Region 3.
 
About 4:30 p.m., joint operatives of Bataan Provincial Intelligence Branch, CIDG3, Bataan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company, Samal MPS, Philippine Air Force 301st SMG 300AISW, Philippine Army 7MIB 7ID, R2, RIU, NISU and NISG armed with Warrants of Arrest for Murder docketed under CC No.1125; Arson docketed under CC No. 1148; and, Violation of Article 314  of the RPC(Rebellion) docketed under CC No. 11049, all were issued by Hon. Judge Manuel M. Tan of RTC Branch 2-Balanga City, Bataan, proceeded at said place to serve said warrants against CARABEO.
 
Arrested person was brought to Samal MPS for documentation and proper disposition.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that “this successful operation is the result of concerted intel-driven operations and diligent efforts of both the police and the military to arrest all lawless elements in the region.”

PNP CHIEF ALBAYALDE, PRO3 REGIONAL DIRECTOR CORPUS DISTRIBUTE RELIEF GOODS TO BULACAN FLOOD VICTIMS

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- PNP Chief PDG OSCAR ALBAYALDE and PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS personally distributed relief goods to almost 800 flood-stricken families in the municipality of Calumpit and Malolos City in Bulacan, yesterday afternoon, August 15. 
 
More or less 1,000 bags of relief goods containing sacks of rice, canned goods, noodles and bottled waters packed by PNP-NHQ and PRO3 personnel were received by the affected families.
 
PDG ALBAYALDE said that aside from Calumpit and Malolos, relief operations will also be conducted in other provinces of Central Luzon including Bataan and Pampanga.
 
Meanwhile, PCSUPT CORPUS said that “the distribution of relief goods is not just our initiative but has been part and parcel of our disaster operations aside from our search and rescue tasks.
 
 

PRO3 BAGS AWARDS DURING THE 117TH POLICE SERVICE ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga-  Police Regional Office 3 was conferred awards during the celebration of the 117th Police Service Anniversary at Camp Crame, Quezon City on August 8, 2018.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS received the Special Unit Award for Exemplary Accomplishment in the Solution of Sensational Criminal Case while Cabanatuan City Police Station under PSUPT PONCIANO ZAFRA was adjudged as the Best Component City Police Station.
 
Anchored on the theme: ““Pagbabago sa Hanay ng Pulisya Hatid ay Ligtas na Pamayanan Laban sa Korupsyon, Krimen at Iligal na Droga,” the celebration and awarding ceremony was highlighted by the presence of President Rodrigo Duterte who was also the guest of honor and speaker.
 
“This recognition will surely lift the spirits of our PRO3 personnel as we work tirelessly to fulfill our commitment of fighting criminality and wiping out illegal drugs in the region,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
