Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police arrested twenty-three (23) wanted persons in separate manhunt operations conducted yesterday (Aug 16) region wide.
 
Police operatives in Nueva Ecija arrested five (5) persons sought by law: Arvin CARPIO y Asuncion, Estrella TORRES y Divina and Reinier TOLENTINO y Ramones, all residents of Cabanatuan City; Joshua Karim LAMBO y Quizon and Noel RAMOS y Antonino, both of San Jose City.
 
In Bulacan, five (5) fugitives were arrested namely: Michael VARGAS y Rodriguez of Angat; Richard IGNACIO y Andres of Bocaue; Rodvir Ghio MACANAS y Capistrano of Obando; Raymond GARCIA y Custudio @Balot of Bustos; and, Ronald SORNEL y Sugali of Meycauayan City.
 
Four (4) persons sought by law were arrested by Tarlac police identified as Maricris BANIQUED y Suba of Paniqui; Romnick CADIENTE y Guererro of Gerona; Sol PASION y Santos and Joel PONSEJA y Ganiban @Butad, both of Tarlac City.
 
Similarly, Bataan police operatives arrested four (4) persons with standing warrants of arrest, namely: Jonel ESTORES y Lumba of Limay, Bataan; Domingo SOLEDAD JR. y Labios of Morong; Mikael CEBUJANO y Manaog and Marvin SOLANO y Cebujano, both of Samal, Bataan.
 
Also apprehended were Karmit Paul MANANSALA y Balisi and Roberto PALO y Bolabog, both of Pulung Maragul, Angeles City; Jose BANAL y Cruz of Sasmuan, Pampanga; Rosemarie MONTON of Kalaklan, Olongapo City; and, Annaliza AGRABIO y Mirador of Iba, Zambales.
 
All were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for different crimes and law violations which include Murder, Serious Physical Injuries, Rape, Robbery, Theft, Estafa, Violation of RA 9165, RA 9262 and RA 7610.
 
“We are very serious in arresting all outlaws and we continue to hunt them down at any time and any day. We will not stop until we have put them behind the bars of justice,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The top 5 Most Wanted Person of Region 3 for Carnapping was arrested during manhunt operations conducted by police authorities in Pulilan, Bulacan, yesterday, (August 16).
 
Joint police operatives of Regional Highway Patrol Unit 3 (RHPU3) and Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company were able to arrest Jenelyn MORALES y Tanjoco, ranked no. 5 in the list of Most Wanted Persons of RHPU3 for Carnapping by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Judge Francisco P. Felizmenio of RTC Branch 19, City of Malolos, Bulacan for  Violation of RA 10883 (The New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016) with recommended bail of Php300,000.00.
 
“The days of these persons sought by law are numbered as we will not stop our campaign to hunt them down. We will continue to find, arrest and put them behind the bars of justice as we vow to eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the region,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Three (3) persons sought by law was arrested during separate manhunt operations conducted by police authorities in Bulacan and Bataan, yesterday (Aug 9).
 
Joint operatives of San Rafael and San Ildefonso MPS conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. Poblacion, San Ildefonso, Bulacan which resulted in the arrest of Ariel BECHAYDA y Tapacion, ranked no. 2 most wanted person of San Rafael MPS and a resident of Brgy.  Mabalas-Balas, San Rafael, Bulacan by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Judge Mirasol O. Dychingco of RTC Branch 20, Malolos City, Bulacan for the crime of Murder with no bail recommended.
 
Also, operatives of Malolos CPS conducted manhunt operations in Brgy. Caingin, City of Malolos, Bulacan which resulted in the arrest of Jomarie BALUYOT y Lombos @Omay Baluyot, ranked no. 6 most wanted person of Malolos CPS and a resident of said place. Said Warrant of Arrest was issued  by Hon. Judge Jonathan M. Agnes of RTC Branch 6, Malolos City, Bulacan for violation of Sec 5 of RA 9165 with no bail recommended.
 
Meanwhile, joint police operatives of Limay MPS and 302nd Maneuver Company of 3rd Regional Mobile Force Company armed with warrant of arrest proceeded at Brgy. Alangan, Limay, Bataan and apprehended Tee Jay AQUINO y Rodriguez,  resident of Brgy. San Vicente, Orion, Bataan.
 
The warrant of arrest  was issued by Hon. Judge Jose Marie A. Quimboy of Regional Trial Court Branch 94, Balanga City, Bataan for Violation of Section 10 (a) of R.A 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act) with recommended bail of Php80,000.00.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga---The No.1 listed drug personality of Brgy San Agustin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga was killed in an anti-drug operation turned shootout, yesterday (Aug 13).
 
 PSUPT LEVI HOPE BASILIO, City of San Fernando Police Station Chief of Police identified the slain suspect as Manuel DINGLE y Salangsang @Toto, ranked no. 1 drug personality of Brgy. San Agustin and resident of Boulevard, Brgy. San Agustin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
 
Initial investigation showed that operatives of City of San Fernando Police Station conducted buy-bust operation against the suspect along Greenhills Village, Brgy. San Agustin, City of San Fernando and upon sensing that he was dealing with lawmen, DINGLE onboard a motorcycle tried to escape. When cornered, DINGLE immediately drew his firearm and fired towards the police officers.
 
 Recovered from the suspect were the following:  four (4) spent shells, one (1) cal .38 revolver loaded with two (2) pieces empty shell and two (2) pcs live ammunition for cal. 38, seven (7) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, two (2) heat-sealed plastic sachets containing suspected marijuana leaves, three (3) plastic sachets containing suspected shabu residue, improvised marijuana pipe, weighing scale and Php500.00 marked money.
 
"We are relentless on our campaign against illegal drugs and we will keep on conducting anti-drug operations to stop its proliferation," PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
 
 

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.--- The No. 1 most wanted person in Sta Rosa, Nueva Ecija and the No 7 Most Wanted Person of Sta Maria, Bulacan were arrested by police authorities yesterday (August 7).
 
Operatives of Sta Rosa MPS armed with Warrant of Arrest conducted Manhunt Operation at Brgy. Luna, Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija which resulted to the arrest of Anthony DE GUZMAN y, a resident at Brgy. Luna, Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of “Murder” under Criminal Case Number 24934 issued on June 4, 2018 by Hon. Judge FRAZIERWIN V. VITERBO, Acting Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 30, Cabanatuan City.
 
Also Joint Operatives of 2nd PMFC and STA. Maria MPS arrested James Bates y Vergarra, presently residing at Phase 3 Tierra de Sta. Maria, Brgy. Pulong Buhangin, Sta. Maria, Bulacan by Virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon. Julie Rita Suarez-Badillo Presiding Judge of MTC Sta. Maria, Bulacan with Criminal Case No. 07-142-15 for the crime of Theft with 10,000 fixed Bail recommended. BATES is listed as No.7 Most Wanted Person of Sta Maria.

2 TOYOTA INNOVA FOR ANGELES CITY POLICE

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Two (2) brand new Toyota Innova from the PNP Directorate for Logistics were received by Police Regional Office 3 in line with the PNP’s Capability Enhancement.
 
The Blessing and Turn-Over Ceremony of said automobiles was held at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Olivas, City San Fernando, earlier this morning (September 7) wherein Angeles City Police Office headed by its City Director PSSUPT ENRICO VARGAS is the recipient.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PRO3 AMADOR V CORPUS said that the procurement of these vehicles is very timely since several proactive anti- criminality campaigns of PRO3 have been intensified and round the clock conduct of anti-criminality checkpoints and mobile patrolling are sternly carried out.
 
“With this additional mobility, more positive accomplishments will be achieved in the coming days and the public can expect the PNP-PRO3 especially Angeles City Police Office to respond better to incidents,” PCSUPT CORPUS further stated.

921 NEWLY PROMOTED CENTRAL LUZON POLICE TAKE OATH

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- -- 921newly-promoted PNP personnel of Police Regional Office 3, 50 of whom are Police Commissioned Officers and 871 are police non-commissioned officers took their oath at the PANA Hall, Camp Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga  earlier this morning (Aug 20). 
 
The oath-taking and mass pinning of the newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers and Police Non-Commissioned Officers was administered by PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS and was witnessed and participated in by the families and relatives of the promotees.
 
“Your promotion signifies not only the recognition of your excellent service to the PNP but more importantly, the bigger responsibilities that you have to hold in order to help attain our mission. Huwag kayong makontento sa inyong promotion. I want you to keep going, strive harder, and embrace the challenges at stake ahead of you towards the fulfillment of your dreams.
