Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- An off-duty police officer rushed a man with gunshot wound to the nearest hospital late night, yesterday (May 4).

At around 11 o’clock in the evening,  PO1 Marvin Magyano, member of the Regional Mobile Force Battalion 3  who was then  off-duty and resting inside his apartment located at Fernandino St., Brgy San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga  heard a gunshot nearby and immediately went out of the house to verify. Then he came across the victim who was lying on the pavement identified as Argie JIMENEZ y Arcilla, 36 years old, married, tricycle driver, resident of Brgy. Sta. Lucia, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

PO1 Magyano immediately brought the victim to the nearest hospital for medical treatment.

Initial investigation revealed that on said time and date, victim dropped his passenger at Fernandino St, Brgy.San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga when out of nowhere,  one (1) unidentified male person onboard a motorcycle appeared and shot the victim hitting him on his buttocks.        

Recovered from the place of incident was one (1) spent shell for caliber .45.

Police authorities are currently conducting follow-up operation for the possible identification and arrest of the suspect.

 “This is another manifestation of our commitment and dedication to serve and protect. I commend PO1 Magyano for his swift action of responding and bringing the victim to the nearest hospital in order to save his life.           Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Two (2) drug suspects were arrested and nineteen (19) sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated during anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by police authorities, yesterday evening (May 4).

          Joint operatives of Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Branch and City of San Fernando Police Station conducted buy-bust operation in Brgy. Sindalan, City of San Fernando Police Station which resulted in the arrest of Terry LEE y Carreon a.k.a. Tere, 46 years old, married, resident of Richmond Subdivision, Brgy. Magliman, City of San Fernando, Pampanga and Joel LAZARO y Atmosfere, 52 years old, married, resident of Lourdes Heights Subdivision, Brgy. Del Rosario, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

           Confiscated from the duo’s possession were nineteen (19) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, cellphone, one (1) black/green Honda motorcycle bearing plate number 3833CC and Php.1,000.00 marked money.

           The arrested suspects who are currently under the custody of Pampanga police are being charged for violation of Sec 5 and 11 of RA 9165.

          PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that “even on weekends, our police relentlessly launch anti-drug operations and are working on double to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs region wide.”

 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A former police agent was arrested by police authorities during an anti-illegal drugs operation, yesterday (May 2) in City of San Fernando, Pampanga.  
 
Operatives of City of San Fernando City Police Station conducted buy bust operation at Sitio San Pablo, Brgy Telabastabagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga which resulted in the arrest of Mark Louie Sianson y Cruz alias "KIM", 35 years old, male, married, resident of Sitio San Pablo, Brgy Telabastagan, City of San Fernando, Pampanga and included in the Target List of San Fernando CPS.
 
Confiscated from SIANSON’s possession and control were: five (5) pieces plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with estimated street value of 50, 000 pesos; one (1) unit black Toyota Vios with plate number AMA 5215; one (1) piece color brown sling bag; one (1) unit white Samsung mobile phone; one (1) piece transparent toothpick case; one (1) piece Php 1,000; one (1) Communicative Investigative Support Identification Card ( CIS ID); one (1) piece Prudential Guarantee notebook planner color black; one (1) piece blue polo Shirt with embroidered CIDG letters and LOGO; one (1) piece bull cap with embroidered CIDG letters; one (1) piece jacket color black w/ embroidered CIDG letters; one (1) cal. 45 Remington Pistol (2 tone) w/ serial number 1997561, chamber loaded, seven (7) pcs cal 45 ammunition and magazine; and, one (1) xerox copy of OR/CR w/ OR # 663273575 and CR # 204589324.
 
Charges for Violation of RA 9165, RA 10591, Omnibus Election Code (COMELEC Gun Ban) are already being filed against SIANSON who is currently under the custody of San Fernando CPS. 
 
“We continue working double time to stop the proliferation of illegal drugs in the region, as we are relentless in our anti-illegal drugs operations,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR  CORPUS said.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that twenty-four (24) wanted persons were arrested yesterday (May 3) as the campaign against wanted persons is continuously being carried out region wide. 

Seven (7) persons sought by law in Bulacan were arrested by police authorities by virtue of Warrants of Arrest identified as: Leonito FELICANO a.k.a. Tata of Bustos, Bulacan for Attempted Homicide; Denny ALBERT y Infortuno of San Ildefonso, Bulacan for Rape; Rodel GARCIA y Morales of San Rafael, Bulacan for Acts of Lasciviousness in relation to RA 7610; Benigno FRANCISCO JR. a.k.a. Joven of Bustos, Bulacan for Adultery; Bob Eugene DELA CRUZ y Hayag of City of Malolos, Bulacan for Theft; Mark Lawrence GALVEZ y Agusta of Balagtas, Bulacan for Theft; and, Jeric MANGAHAS y Lacanilao of San Miguel, Bulacan for Violation of BP 22.

Similarly, five (5) wanted persons were arrested in Tarlac identified as Alejandro SICAT y Aguas of Capas, Tarlac for Attempted Homicide; Christopher ROSALES y Robles of Victoria, Tarlac for Estafa; Adrian LAPUZ y Martinez of Tarlac City for Slight Physical Injuries and Threat; Jesonia GARCIA y Ibarra of Camiling, Tarlac for Violation of RA 7610; and, Rolando TIRU y Lacap of Tarlac City for RIR in Damage to Property.

In Bataan, police authorities arrested Noriel BANADERA y Gonzales of Abucay,Bataan for Theft; Marife RAMOS y Baysa of Balanga City, Bataan for Falsification of Public Documents; Eduardo TRIA y Cemitara, Lorna TRIA y Abalayan and Reynaldo DIZON y Buenaventura, all residents of Abucay, Bataan for Grave Oral Defamation.

Meanwhile, three (3) persons with Warrants of Arrest were arrested in Nueva Ecija namely: Rommel DIZON y Lacsina of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija for Qualified Theft in relation to RA 9344; Jaycee SACDAL y De Lara of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija for Violation of RA 9262; and, Julios Ceasar GARCIA y Ingalla of Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija for Violation of RA 7610.

Also arrested were Morimoto YOSHIHIRO of Friendship, Angeles, City for Violation of RA 9262; Albert P. HERNANDEZ and Joselyn R. COSTES, both residents of Maria Aurora, Aurora for Estafa; and, Randy MANZANO y Feliciano of Subic, Zambales for Unjust Vexation.

“As we intensify our campaign against wanted persons, we will have no let up in conducting manhunt operations to put these criminals in jail," PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.

 

 

            Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Fifteen (15) persons were arrested while one (1) was neutralized  as numerous illegal drugs were confiscated during series of anti-illegal drugs operations conducted by Central Luzon cops, yesterday (May 1).

            Six (6) persons were arrested by joint ACPDEU, RIU 3 and CIDG Angeles City police operatives during buy-bust operation in Malabanias, Angeles City identified as Javy BITUIN y Rivera of Sto. Domingo, Angeles City; Reynaldo ANGELES JR. y De Jesus of Abacan, Angeles City; Bryan Kristoffer ZUMSTEG y Halili of Balibago, Angeles City; Jaypee PINEDA y Guevarra of Malabanias, Angeles City; Jericho CAYETANO y Lingad  of Sto. Rosario, Angeles City; and, Leslie PEREZ y Velasques of Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

            Confiscated from the possession of the suspects were six (6) transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, one (1) unsealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu residue, assorted drugs paraphernalia, weighing scale, Php.1,000.00 marked money, one (1) Yamaha Mio Sporty motorcycle bearing plate no. CD 71316; one (1) Sym Bonus SR 110 motorcycle bearing plate no. CD94137; one (1) Honda TMX motorcycle without plat no.; one (1) Yamaha Mio Amore motorcycle bearing plate no. 9713 TM and one (1) RUSI motorcycle without plate number.

             According to CIDG Angeles City, suspects PINEDA and PEREZ are members of Pelle and Walad Criminal Gangs (unlisted/newly identified) involved in illegal drug trafficking and robbery hold-up activities operating in Angeles City.

             Also arrested for Violation of RA 9165 were six (6) suspects, namely: Noel GOMEZ y Sevilla and Al LUMANLAN y Manalo, both residents of Mabalacat City, Pampanga; Gilbert CAAMIC y Dela Cruz, included in the illegal drugs watchlist and Joel FLORES y Tapang, both residents of Cacutud, Angeles City; and, Alfredo TOLENTINO y Razon of Cutcut, Angeles City and Ibrahim TAWAKAL y Grande of Pampang, Angeles City, both included in the illegal drugs watchlist of Police Station 2.

             In Pampanga, police operatives were able to arrest Emmanuel PINGOL y Domingo and Leonora PALMA y Lingat, both resident of Apalit, Pampanga in the act of selling and possession of fourteen (14) sachets of suspected shabu and marked money.

             Danilo DE LEON y Nicodemos a.k.a. “Boknoy” of Pilar, Bataan was arrested by Bataan police during drug bust. Confiscated from his possession were two (2) sachets containing suspected shabu and marked money.

             In Nueva Ecija, Dominador BALINTAG a.k.a. JING of Cabanatuan City Nueva Ecija fired towards the operatives during a buy-bust operation which prompted the latter to retaliate resulting to the death of the suspect.

             Cases for Violation of RA 9165 were filed against the arrested suspects.

             PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, RD, PRO3 said that PRO3 is continuously conducting proactive operations as it invigorates its efforts to wipe out all forms of illegal drugs in order to achieve its quest for a drug free Central Luzon.

ANOTHER HONEST COP RETURNS MONEY OF SENIOR CITIZEN

 
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PO3 Artem Balagtas assigned at Gerona Municipal Police Station once again proved that indeed policemen are trustworthy and honest, as he persistently searched for the owner of a wallet he found while on his way home after his duty on Friday.
 
Mrs Yolanda Oneal, a senior citizen, was elated when PO3 Balagtas knocked at her house and returned her wallet containing Php11,000.00 cash and identification cards in Gerona, Tarlac.
 
“His example is worth emulating. He was just doing what he has to do, the right way. Indeed, your police are committed to make a difference in our society one day at a time,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
 

PRO3 DEPLOYS ALMOST 9K PERSONNEL FOR 2018 BARANGAY SK POLLS

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Three (3) days prior to the 2018 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections, the entire Central Luzon police force continues to beef up security within the region to ensure the conduct of safe and secure local polls. Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS bared that almost 9,000 PNP personnel coming from the different police units in Central Luzon are to be deployed within the region. “We will also send out police personnel assigned to do desk work and PNP personnel undergoing schooling to the different polling precincts to increase the number of those tasked to ensure peaceful elections this coming May 14. Out of the almost 9,000 personnel, 280 personnel from the Regional Headquarters will also be deployed in the provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija,” PCSUPT CORPUS said. “We continue to carry out our mandated tasks to ensure the attainment of a safe and secure Barangay and SK elections this Monday, May 14 as we relatively remain steadfast in our anti-criminality efforts,” he added
