Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The number 2 most wanted person of Rizal, Nueva Ecija and Number 3 in Kalibo, Aklan were arrested during separate manhunt operations conducted by police authorities, yesterday (June 13).
Around 12:20 p.m., operatives of CIDG Nueva Ecija conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. Macapsing, Rizal, Nueva Ecija which resulted in the arrest of Benigno ALFONSO y Riguer, ranked no. 2 most wanted person of Rizal MPS, of legal age and resident of said place.
ALFONSO was arrested by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Judge Johnmuel Romano RD. Mendoza of Regional Trial Court Branch 26-Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija for the crime of Violation of RA 7610 docketed under CC No. 22071-AF with no bail recommended.
Meanwhile, joint personnel of Hagonoy Municipal Police Station and Regional Intelligence Unit 6 armed with Warrants of Arrest for Rape (2 counts) issued by Hon. Judge Ma. Ronald H. Exmundo of Regional Trial Court Branch 3-Kalibo, Aklan proceeded in Barangay Iba, Hagonoy, Bulacan to serve said warrant against Roderick DOMINGO y Torres, ranked no. 3 most wanted person of Kalibo MPS, 48 years old, married, driver and a resident of said place.
“The entire Central Luzon Police Force together with other police units continues its intensified campaign to put lawless elements and wanted persons behind bars and maximizes its efforts to eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the region,” said Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A woman was arrested for allegedly offering Php 30,000 to personnel of Cabanatuan City Police Station in exchange of her two (2) sons release over their illegal drugs offense, yesterday (June 12).
Francisca DE LEON y Dela Cruz, 52 years old, widow, businesswoman and resident of Purok Narra, Brgy. Pamaldan, Cabanatuan City, is now under the custody of Cabanatuan CPS after she allegedly offered Php30,000.00 to police authorities for the release of her two (2) sons identified as Mario DC. DE LEON and Eusebio DC. DE LEON, who were both arrested during an anti -drug operation (buy bust) in said place at around 1:30 PM, yesterday (June 12).
Confiscated from the duo were three (3) sachets of suspected shabu, illegal drugs paraphernalia and Php1,000.00 marked money.
Appropriate charges for violation of Article 212 of the Revised Penal Code (Corruption of Public Official) is now being filed against Francisca while her to sons are already charged with Violation of RA 9165.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police authorities arrested a barangay kagawad during the implementation of Search Warrant earlier this morning, June 11 in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
At around 10:40AM today, team from Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) armed with search warrant proceeded at Brgy. San Vicente, City of Malolos Bulacan and implemented Search Warrant No. 61-M-2018 for Violation of RA 10591 against as Jose Apollo DYSANGCO y Tumale @ Apol Dysangco, 50 years old, married, barangay kagawad, businessman and a resident of Carmel St., Barangay San Vicente, City of Malolos City.
Confiscated from DYSANGCO was one (1) undocumented 22 caliber rifle without serial number with an inserted magazine and ammunition.
DYSANGCO and seized pieces of evidence are now under the custody of PMFC, and later will be turned over to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory for ballistics examination.
Appropriate charges are being prepared against the arrested suspect before the Office of the City Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos Bulacan.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga. --- The No. 1 most wanted person in Casiguran, Aurora was arrested by police authorities in Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija, yesterday evening (June 11).
Operatives of Casiguran Municipal Police Station armed with Warrants of Arrest conducted manhunt operation in Barangay Rajal Centro, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija which resulted in the arrest of Roderick BRIGANCIA y Cordial, 32 years old, married, resident of Brgy. Poblacion 2, Casiguran, Aurora and ranked no. 1 most wanted person of Casiguran MPS.
Said warrants were issued by Hon. Judge Maximo B. Ancheta Jr. of Regional Trial Court-Branch 90, Baler, Aurora for two (2) crimes of Murder and Frustrated Murder.
BRIGANCIA is temporarily under the custody of Casiguran MPS for proper disposition.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police Regional Office 3 continues its unrelenting operations against Wanted Persons arresting one hundred five (105) wanted persons in Central Luzon in just one week operation from June 3 to 10, 2018.
Twenty-five (25) persons sought by law in Nueva Ecija were arrested by police authorities by virtue of Warrants of Arrest identified as: Jomar DELA CRUZ, Jasper BERNABE, Amelita MAGLANOC and Gary LAUREANO, all residents of Talavera; Raelee RAFAEL of Bongabon; Orlyn ABRASADO and Ramil VILLANUEVA, both residents of San Jose City; Dr. Christian Martin DOMINGO and Angel BALAJADIA, both of Cabanatuan City; Susana CAYETANO of San Leonardo; Danilo ANTONIO, Reynaldo TAMBOT and Jonathan AQUINO, all residents of Llanera; Lucila VILLA, Nicanor DIAZ and Rogel BARLIS, all residents of General Tinio; Denmark FLORA and Ar-Jay DE-BELEN, both of Science City of Muñoz; Mario JOSE and Medric PATUBO, both of Zaragoza; Roberto SAMSON of Cabiao; Lorenzo SAIREZ of Talugtog; Jethroe BUGTONG and Gerardo GUTIERREZ, both of Guimba; and, Cherry FELICIANO of San Miguel, Bulacan.

Maria; Joshua NABATA, Raul MONTES JR, Carlo Jay MONFORTE and Simon Gabby GUANZON, all residents of Malolos City; Rowena FANGON of Balagatas; Michael Paul ROBLES of Meycauayan City; Lerner BRIN of Angat; Richard IGNACIO of Bocaue; Joan BORINGOT of Bustos; Lian LUNA of Pandi; Ronaldo INFORTUNO SR. and Luis VENERACION, both of San Ildefonso.
In Tarlac, police authorities arrested thirteen (13) outlaws identified as Rogelio PARAGAS JR. of Camiling; Michael ESPINOSA, Estrella BARBIN, Ramsam CORPUZ of Tarlac City; Alvin TABAMO, Laurence RAMOS of Bamban; Roselyn ALMONTE of Ramos; Teresita AGUSTIN of Victoria; Candido LIBANTINO JR. of Anao; Julius CESAR of La Paz; Herdigarde FERRERIA of Paniqui; Fredelito JUNATAS of Calasiao, Pangasinan; and, Roberto Martin VILLA of Mangatarem, Pangasinan.
Also arrested by Bataan police operatives were thirteen (13) wanted persons identified as Christopher REGINO and Oscar TANGLAO, both of Mariveles; Arnulfo ARATEA, Edwin PARENO, Aljhon CANDIA, Jaybee SARMIENTO and Rannie RODRIGUEZ, all residents of Bagac; Jaime VILLANUEVA and Ma. Arah ONGOCO, both of Abucay; Joel TEOPENGCO and Angelo MANGALINDAN, both of Balanga City; Jonathan REYES and Gina SANGALANG, both residents of Orion.
Meanwhile, twelve (12) persons with Warrants of Arrest were arrested in Pampanga namely: Jenize APILADO of Mabalacat City; Allain CASTRO and Arcel VILLAVICENCIO, both of City of San Fernando; Raul CALADIAO of Sasmuan; Jesus Rey SANTIAGO SR. and Edwin SACRO, both of Floridablanca; Justine Jeffrey SUNDIAM, Ludivina BUNDALIAN and Reynante DURAN, all residents of Sto. Tomas; John Paolo RAMOS of Candaba; Denmark GUEVARRA of Mexico; and, Ronald SANTOS of Porac.
Ten (10) wanted persons in Zambales were arrested by police operatives namely: Carolyn RUBIO and Diosdado MATA, both of San Antonio; Romel MENGOTE and Michael URBISTONDO, both of Candelaria; Gregorio DAYRIT of Masinloc; Acelina DUNGO of Sta. Cruz; Carolyn DIAG of San Felipe; Jhopet CAMPO and Guillermo LAAO, both of Subic; and, Elmer MADRIAGA of Castillejos.
Four (4) outlaws were arrested by Angeles City cops identified as Regine MANALILI of Pandan; Leslie PAMINTUAN of Pulung Cacutud; Orlando FERRARIS of Malabanias; and, Michael DAVID of Sto. Cristo.
Aurora police also arrested three (3) persons sought by law, to wit: Jay ANCHETA of Dilasag; Robert APUNGOL of Dipaculao; and, Tee Jay RAMOS of Baler.
Likewise, Olongapo police arrested three (3) persons with standing warrants of arrest namely: Alex ALARCON JR of Mabayuan; Rodelio MENDOZA of West Bajac-Bajac; and, Luis BARRION of Sta. Rita.
All wanted persons were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for different crimes and law violations which includes Murder, Homicide, Robbery, Theft, Adultery, Direct Assault, Abduction, Rape, Acts of Lasciviousness, Physical Injuries, Estafa, Libel, Large Scale Illegal Recruitment, RIR in Homicide, Violation of RA 9165, RA 10883, RA 7610, RA 9262, RA 8484, RA 9442, PD 1829 and BP 22.
"With our relentless efforts to arrest wanted persons, crimes in the region would further be trimmed down,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
PNP CHIEF ALBAYALDE, PRO3 REGIONAL DIRECTOR CORPUS DISTRIBUTE RELIEF GOODS TO BULACAN FLOOD VICTIMS
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- PNP Chief PDG OSCAR ALBAYALDE and PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS personally distributed relief goods to almost 800 flood-stricken families in the municipality of Calumpit and Malolos City in Bulacan, yesterday afternoon, August 15.
More or less 1,000 bags of relief goods containing sacks of rice, canned goods, noodles and bottled waters packed by PNP-NHQ and PRO3 personnel were received by the affected families.
PDG ALBAYALDE said that aside from Calumpit and Malolos, relief operations will also be conducted in other provinces of Central Luzon including Bataan and Pampanga.
Meanwhile, PCSUPT CORPUS said that “the distribution of relief goods is not just our initiative but has been part and parcel of our disaster operations aside from our search and rescue tasks.

PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS received the Special Unit Award for Exemplary Accomplishment in the Solution of Sensational Criminal Case while Cabanatuan City Police Station under PSUPT PONCIANO ZAFRA was adjudged as the Best Component City Police Station.
Anchored on the theme: ““Pagbabago sa Hanay ng Pulisya Hatid ay Ligtas na Pamayanan Laban sa Korupsyon, Krimen at Iligal na Droga,” the celebration and awarding ceremony was highlighted by the presence of President Rodrigo Duterte who was also the guest of honor and speaker.
