Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The No. 2 most wanted person in Floridablanca, Pampanga was arrested by police authorities yesterday (August 6).
 
Operatives Floridablanca MPS armed with Alias Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Murder proceeded in Brgy. Pabanlag, Floridablanca, Pampanga to serve said warrant against Jolito ARISCON JR. y Diplomo, ranked no. 2 most wanted person of Floridablanca MPS, 22 years old, married, farmer and resident of said place,
 
Said warrant was issued by Hon. Judge Merideth D. Delos Santos-Malig of Regional Trial Court Branch 51, Guagua, Pampanga docketed under CC no. G-17-12273 with no bail recommended.
 
“We continue to maximize our efforts to account all persons sought by law and eventually put them behind the bars of justice, we will not stop until we have arrested them," PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga---Joint operatives of CIDG and local police units arrested a man for possessing  unlicensed firerams during implementation of search warrant in Dinalupihan, Bataan, 1:45 p.m. yesterday (Aug 2).
 
Joint operatives of CIDG Bataan Provincial Field Unit, Bataan PPO Provincial Intelligence Branch, 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company and Dinalupihan MPS implemented Search Warrant No. 64-2018 for Violation of RA 10591 issued by Hon. Judge Ana Marie C. Joson-Viterbo of RTC Branch 24, Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija which resulted in the arrest of Ronald PENAFLOR y Reyes, of legal
age, married and resident of #166, Muncopa St., Brgy. Pagalanggan, Dinalupihan, Bataan.
 
Seized from PENAFLOR were one (1) Glock 31 pistol, two (2) pieces magazine assembly for Glock 31 pistol, twenty-six (26) caliber .357 live ammunition and one (1) caliber 9mm live ammo.
 
Further investigation revealed that suspect has pending cases for the crimes of Carnapping, Coercion and Estafa.
 
PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS,RD, PRO3 said that aside from intensified campaign against motorcycle riding suspects and wanted persons, an obstinate campaign against illegal firearms is also being carried out to apprehend all illegal gun owners.

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- As the heavy downpours caused by Tropical Depressions “Henry” and “Inday” continue to hit Region 3, the entire Central Luzon Police Office have been relentless in its rescue operations on flood-stricken municipalities of the different provinces region wide. 
 
Rescue operations started yesterday as floodwaters began to rise-up raging from waist deep to 5 feet high in the provinces of Bulacan, Bataan, Pampanga and Zambales.
 
Amid the strong water current, PNP Search and Rescue personnel equipped with rubber boats were able to rescue a total of 377 families stranded from their inundated homes. Residents staying from their rooftops who recently refused to leave their personal belongings due to fear of burglars were persuaded to evacuate to a safer place.
 
“I have directed all our SAR Team to conduct rescue and even search operations for stranded families particularly on still-inaccessible areas. I have also given orders to our personnel to keep an eye on criminal elements especially looters and profiteers who may take advantage of the situation,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police arrested the No. 9 Most Wanted Person in Tarlac City, yesterday, July 19 as the manhunt operations on persons sought by law continues to intensify.
 
Tarlac City operatives armed with Warrants of Arrest proceeded at Balungao Municipal Hall, Brgy Poblacion, Balungao, Pangasinan and arrested Johnson BULANADI y Arceo aka Johnson BULANADI y Flores, 32 years old, currently residing at Brgy Esmeralda, Balungao, Pangasinan and a resident of Brgy San Carlos, Tarlac City, Tarlac.
 
BULANADI who is listed as Number 9 in the Most Wanted Persons of Tarlac City has strings of Warrants of Arrest for two (2) counts of Robbery docketed under CC Nrs. 4888 to 4889-2016; Robbery docketed under CC Nr. 3972-2015, both issued by Hon Judge Ramon Pamular of RTC Br 63, Tarlac City; Illegal Possession of Firearms docketed under CC under CC Nr. 2888-2014; Robbery docketed under CC Nr. 5274-2016 , both issued by Hon. Lily C De Vera-Vallo, Presiding Judge of RTC Br 64, Tarlac City; and Robbery City docketed under CC Nr. 5275-2016 issued by Hon. Judge Maria Magdalena A Balderama of RTC Br 65, Tarlac City.
 
He is now temporarily under the custody of Tarlac City Police Station for documentation and proper disposition.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that “this successful operation is the result of concerted Intel-driven operations and diligent efforts of all police units to arrest all lawless elements in the region.”

  CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- After an intense surveillance, operatives of Victoria Municipal Police Station      arrested the Number 2 Most Wanted Person in Victoria, yesterday morning, July 17 in Brgy San Andres, Victoria, Tarlac.

 
Operatives of Victoria MPS armed with alias warrant of arrest proceeded at Brgy. San Andres, Victoria, Tarlac and arrested Jeffrey CAINGLET y Tuquero, ranked No. 2 Most Wanted Person of Victoria MPS, 27 years old and resident of said place.
 
Said warrant was issued by Judge Hon. Ramon Pamular of RTC Branch 63, Tarlac City for the crime of Rape in relation to RA 7610 with no bail recommended.
 
CAINGLET is temporarily under the custody of Victoria MPS for proper disposition.
 
With this accomplishment, PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS remarked that Police Regional Office 3 will carry on its mandated tasks to enforce the law and place lawless elements behind bars.

2 TOYOTA INNOVA FOR ANGELES CITY POLICE

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Two (2) brand new Toyota Innova from the PNP Directorate for Logistics were received by Police Regional Office 3 in line with the PNP’s Capability Enhancement.
 
The Blessing and Turn-Over Ceremony of said automobiles was held at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Olivas, City San Fernando, earlier this morning (September 7) wherein Angeles City Police Office headed by its City Director PSSUPT ENRICO VARGAS is the recipient.
 
PRO3 Regional Director PRO3 AMADOR V CORPUS said that the procurement of these vehicles is very timely since several proactive anti- criminality campaigns of PRO3 have been intensified and round the clock conduct of anti-criminality checkpoints and mobile patrolling are sternly carried out.
 
“With this additional mobility, more positive accomplishments will be achieved in the coming days and the public can expect the PNP-PRO3 especially Angeles City Police Office to respond better to incidents,” PCSUPT CORPUS further stated.

921 NEWLY PROMOTED CENTRAL LUZON POLICE TAKE OATH

 
CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- -- 921newly-promoted PNP personnel of Police Regional Office 3, 50 of whom are Police Commissioned Officers and 871 are police non-commissioned officers took their oath at the PANA Hall, Camp Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga  earlier this morning (Aug 20). 
 
The oath-taking and mass pinning of the newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers and Police Non-Commissioned Officers was administered by PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS and was witnessed and participated in by the families and relatives of the promotees.
 
“Your promotion signifies not only the recognition of your excellent service to the PNP but more importantly, the bigger responsibilities that you have to hold in order to help attain our mission. Huwag kayong makontento sa inyong promotion. I want you to keep going, strive harder, and embrace the challenges at stake ahead of you towards the fulfillment of your dreams. Do not cling to corruption, do not engage in illegal activities. Maglingkod kayo ng tapat at taos-puso sa sambayanang Pilipino,” PCSUPT CORPUS said in his message.
