Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The Number 2 in the target watchlist of illegal drugs personalities of Camiling was arrested by police authorities during an anti-illegal drugs operation in Camiling, Tarlac, yesterday (April 26).
Operatives of Camiling MPS conducted buy-bust operation in Kipping Village, Barangay Cacamilingan Norte, Camiling, Tarlac which resulted in the arrest of Marie Faye AGUSTIN y Papa a.k.a. Marife, listed nr 2 in the drug watch list of Camiling MPS, 30 years old, with live-in-partner and resident of Brgy. Poblacion I, Camiling, Tarlac.
Confiscated from AGUSTIN’s possession were two (2) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and Php.500.00 marked money.
Charges for Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165 are being filed against AGUSTIN who is currently under the custody of Camiling Municipal Police Station.
“Proactive operations to wipe out all forms of illegal drugs in the region are continuously being conducted by your police to achieve its quest of a drug-free Central Luzon,” said PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, PRO3 Regional Director.
CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS bared that the entire Central Luzon Police Force is closely monitoring the one hundred sixty two (162) barangays considered as election watchlist areas in line with the forthcoming Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (BSK) Elections on May 14.
Of the 162 barangays, 102 are in Nueva Ecija, 27 are in Bulacan, 19 in Aurora, 9 in Tarlac and 5 in Zambales.
“We are giving priority in these barangays affected by insurgency and we will deploy additional police in these areas to ensure the safe and secure conduct of elections. We are currently undertaking our security preparations and proactive measures until D-day so that our goal of a safe and secure Barangay and SK elections will be attained,” PCSUPT CORPUS stated.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police authorities arrested the Nr 1 motorcycle riding suspect of Nueva Ecija, yesterday (April 24) in Talavera, Nueva Ecija.
Operatives of Talavera Municipal Police Station arrested Eugenio HERNANDEZ y Mercado, 42 years old, resident of Brgy. Bugtong na Buli, Talavera, Nueva Ecija, ranked no. 1 motorcycle riding suspect (MRS) in the province of Nueva Ecija and ranked no. 3 in Central Luzon during buy-bust operation along Maharlika Highway, Brgy. San Pascual, Talavera, Nueva Ecija.
Seized from HERNANDEZ’ possession were two (2) pieces heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected Shabu and marked money.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A man wearing the PNP athletic shorts and pretending to be a member of the PNP was arrested by police authorities during a checkpoint operation in Olongapo City, yesterday afternoon (April 25).
Kevin MANGIRAL y Daño, 24 years old, single, resident of #149, J. Luna St., Purok 2, Barangay New Cabalan, Olongapo City was arrested by personnel of Olongapo City Mobile Force Company during PNP-COMELEC checkpoint operation along National Highway at Purok 2, Barangay New Cabalan.
MANGIRAL who was wearing PNP Athletic shorts on board his driven motorcycle was flagged down by operating team for not wearing helmet but the former instead of submitting to authorities, refused, and was discourteous which resulted to his arrest.
Upon verification, it turned out that the suspect is not a member of the Philippine National Police.
Appropriate charges for Violation of R.A. 10054 (No Helmet), Disobedience and Article 179 (illegal use of uniforms) of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines are being filed against MANGIRAL who is currently under the custody of Olongapo City Police Station 4.
“May this serve as a warning to all who will unauthorizedly wear the PNP uniforms and use them to evade police operations such as our checkpoints, you will be arrested and charged. We are stern in implementing our anti-criminality operations and we do not tolerate even members of the PNP who will violate the law. At around 3:00 in the morning, operatives of Meycauayan City Police Station conducted “Operation against illegal drugs” in Barangay Banga, Meycauayan City, Bulacan, which resulted in the arrest of the following persons identified as: Noemie Uy y Cadungog alyas Noimie, female, 48 years old, single, jobless, native of Cebu and presently residing at Star Oil Brgy Banga, Meycauayan, Bulacan; Janet Oñate y Brigole alyas Jane, female, 41 years old, single, OFW, native of Zamboanga, presently residing at Catipiz Compound Brgy Tugatog, Meycauayan, Bulacan and running for Barangay Councilor; Jufer Oñate y Brigole alyas Juefer, male, 36 years old, single, security guard, native of Zamboanga and presently residing at Catipiz Compound Brgy Tugatog, Meycauayan, Bulacan; Oscar Malvar y Jimenez alyas Oca, male, 64 years old, single, driver, native of Manila and presently residing at Abalos Bukid, Genti T. Said anti-drug operation stemmed up after the operatives received information from concerned citizen that a “pot session” was ongoing at a shanty house located at the back of Star Oil, located in Brgy Banga, Meycauayan City, Bulacan.
Seized from the suspects were the following: Three (3) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet with suspected shabu residue with estimated weight of .4 with street value of One Thousand Pesos(Php 1,000); One(1) cut opened heat sealed transparent plastic sachet; Two(2) pieces disposable lighter; Two (2) pieces improvised tooter; and Four(4) Aluminum foil strip.
Appropriate charges for violations of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being readied against arrested suspects who are all temporarily under the custody of Meycauayan City Police Station.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PO3 Artem Balagtas assigned at Gerona Municipal Police Station once again proved that indeed policemen are trustworthy and honest, as he persistently searched for the owner of a wallet he found while on his way home after his duty on Friday.
Mrs Yolanda Oneal, a senior citizen, was elated when PO3 Balagtas knocked at her house and returned her wallet containing Php11,000.00 cash and identification cards in Gerona, Tarlac.

PRO3 DEPLOYS ALMOST 9K PERSONNEL FOR 2018 BARANGAY SK POLLS
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Three (3) days prior to the 2018 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections, the entire Central Luzon police force continues to beef up security within the region to ensure the conduct of safe and secure local polls. Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS bared that almost 9,000 PNP personnel coming from the different police units in Central Luzon are to be deployed within the region. “We will also send out police personnel assigned to do desk work and PNP personnel undergoing schooling to the different polling precincts to increase the number of those tasked to ensure peaceful elections this coming May 14. Out of the almost 9,000 personnel, 280 personnel from the Regional Headquarters will also be deployed in the provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija,” PCSUPT CORPUS said. “We continue to carry out our mandated tasks to ensure the attainment of a safe and secure Barangay and SK elections this Monday, May 14 as we relatively remain steadfast in our anti-criminality efforts,” he added
