Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Eight (8) persons were arrested by police authorities during an anti-illegal gambling operation launched in Bulacan, yesterday (April 24).
Around 1:00 a.m., joint operatives of Regional Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit 3, CIDT Bulacan and Sta. Maria MPS conducted anti-illegal gambling operation in Santa Maria Square Cockpit Arena, Brgy. Sto. Tomas, Sta. Maria, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of eight (8) operators/maintainers of online cockfighting (sabong) streamed on www.tambayan.com, namely:
1. Robie Dayrit y Borja, 30 years old, married, operator, resident of 309 Lallara St. Velasquez Tondo, Manila;
2. Jojit Duelo y Cuartel, 36 years old, married, operator, resident of 3583 Clemente Compound Gen. T. De Leon, Valenzuela City;
3. Banjo Silva y Maravilla, 31 years old, married, DJ admin, resident of Pangao, Lipa City Batangas;
4. King Daryn y Bairan, 27 years old, single, resident of Brgy. Pitpitan, Bulacan Bulacan;
5. Leo Santiago y Regulak, 21 years old, married, cameraman, resident of Madile, San Miguel, Bulacan;
6. Ritchie Dragon y Umandan, 32 years old, cameraman/DJ, resident of Brgy. Sergio Osmenia, Zamboanga City;
7. Vincent Gerona y Garlan, 25 years old, single, cameraman, resident of Brgy. Calamugon Bulan, Sorsogon; and
8. John John Glodo y Gaviona, 23 years old, single, cameraman, resident of Brgy. Calamugon Bulan, Sorsogon.
Confiscated from the suspects were computer gadgets and equipment used to operate online cockfighting.
Charges for violation of PD1605 in relation to Section6 of R.A 10175 are already filed against arrested suspects.
“We will continue to step-up on our illegal gambling drives and we vow to stop all forms of illegal gambling in the region,” PRO3 Director Amador V Corpus said.

 

            Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Three (3) drug suspects were arrested by police authorities and worth Php 150,000.00 of suspected shabu were confiscated during anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by police authorities in City of San Fernando, Pampanga, yesterday (April 24).

 

            At about 9:20 in the evening, City of San Fernando police operatives conducted buy-bust operation in Sitio Mabalas, Brgy. Calulut, CSFP which resulted in the arrest of the following:  Loren RIVAS y Francisco, included in the target drug list personalities, married, native of Dasmariñas, Cavite and a resident of Sitio Mabalas, Brgy. Calulut, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; Rodelio DAVID y Depano alias Dey-Dey and Joel TOLENTINO y De Guzman alias Jojo, both residents of Mahogany Pabanlag, Macapagal Village, Floridablanca, Pampanga.

 

            Confiscated from their possession were: twelve (12) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected Shabu amounting to Php 150,000.00; Php.1,000.00 marked money, cellphone and one (1) Badja motorcycle.

 

            Accordingly, RIVAS is a drug courier who collects illegal drugs (Shabu) from Cavite  to be  delivered in the towns Guagua and Floridablanca.

 

            “We are continuously conducting proactive operations against all forms of illegal drugs in order in the region and we will not stop until we achieve our quest of a drug-free Central Luzon,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS stated.

 

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A man included in the target watchlist of illegal drugs personalities was arrested while his cohort managed to escape during an anti-illegal drugs operation conducted by police authorities here, yesterday (April 23).

 

Operatives of City of San Fernando PS conducted buy-bust operation in Barangay San Jose, City of San Fernando, Pampanga which resulted in the arrest of Emil MAGO y Prias a.k.a. Mel, categorized as target drug list personality, of legal age, construction worker and resident of said place while his cohort Jonathan SARMIENTO a.k.a. Bugal, categorized as newly identified drug personality, managed to escape.

 

Confiscated from the duo’s possession were twelve (12) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and Php.500.00 marked money.

 

The police is now conducting hot pursuit operation for the possible arrest of SARMIENTO.

 

According to City of San Fernando PS, the suspects were responsible in the series of robbery hold-up incidents in the city particularly along JASA road in front of Toyota San Fernando.

 

PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, PRO3 Regional Director said that PNP PRO3 is continuously conducting proactive operations in its efforts to wipe out all forms of illegal drugs in the region.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- The top 3 most wanted of Abucay was arrested and one (1) other was killed in a shootout during separate manhunt operations conducted by police authorities in Bataan and Nueva Ecija, yesterday (April 23).

 

Around 10:30 p.m., operatives of Abucay MPS proceeded at Barangay Calaylayan, Abucay, Bataan and served Warrant of Arrest against Emerson EBIDO y Navarro, ranked no. 3 Most Wanted Person of Abucay, 41 years old, married, jobless, resident of said place.

 

Said warrant was issued by Hon. Judge Philger Noel B. Inovejas of Regional Trial Court Branch 93, Balanga City, Bataan for violations of RA 9165 and RA 10951 with recommended bail of Php.200,000.00 and Php.120,000.00.

 

EBIDO was brought to Abucay Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

 

Meanwhile, personnel of San Jose CPS conducted manhunt operation in Zone 3, Barangay Sto. Niño 2nd, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija which resulted to a shootout and neutralization of Ronie DE GUZMAN y Manzon, of legal age, resident of said place.

 

During the operation, DE GUZMAN tried to evade the operatives by running to a house and fired his handgun towards the operating team. This prompted the police to return fire which resulted in the instantaneous death of the suspect.

 

DE GUZMAN has standing warrant of arrest issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 40, Palayan City, Nueva Ecija for the crime of Violation of RA 9165 and RA 9516.

 

Recovered from the encounter scene were one (1) caliber .45 pistol loaded with ammos and five (5) spent shells.

 

“We will have no let-up in our campaign against wanted persons and we will keep on conducting manhunt operations to put these absconders in jail," PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PO3 Artem Balagtas assigned at Gerona Municipal Police Station once again proved that indeed policemen are trustworthy and honest, as he persistently searched for the owner of a wallet he found while on his way home after his duty on Friday.
 
Mrs Yolanda Oneal, a senior citizen, was elated when PO3 Balagtas knocked at her house and returned her wallet containing Php11,000.00 cash and identification cards in Gerona, Tarlac.
 
“His example is worth emulating. He was just doing what he has to do, the right way. Indeed, your police are committed to make a difference in our society one day at a time,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said.
 

PRO3 DEPLOYS ALMOST 9K PERSONNEL FOR 2018 BARANGAY SK POLLS

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Three (3) days prior to the 2018 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections, the entire Central Luzon police force continues to beef up security within the region to ensure the conduct of safe and secure local polls. Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS bared that almost 9,000 PNP personnel coming from the different police units in Central Luzon are to be deployed within the region. “We will also send out police personnel assigned to do desk work and PNP personnel undergoing schooling to the different polling precincts to increase the number of those tasked to ensure peaceful elections this coming May 14. Out of the almost 9,000 personnel, 280 personnel from the Regional Headquarters will also be deployed in the provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga and Nueva Ecija,” PCSUPT CORPUS said. “We continue to carry out our mandated tasks to ensure the attainment of a safe and secure Barangay and SK elections this Monday, May 14 as we relatively remain steadfast in our anti-criminality efforts,” he added
