Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police authorities arrested a barangay kagawad during the implementation of Search Warrant earlier this morning, June 11 in City of Malolos, Bulacan.
At around 10:40AM today, team from Bulacan 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) armed with search warrant proceeded at Brgy. San Vicente, City of Malolos Bulacan and implemented Search Warrant No. 61-M-2018 for Violation of RA 10591 against as Jose Apollo DYSANGCO y Tumale @ Apol Dysangco, 50 years old, married, barangay kagawad, businessman and a resident of Carmel St., Barangay San Vicente, City of Malolos City.
Confiscated from DYSANGCO was one (1) undocumented 22 caliber rifle without serial number with an inserted magazine and ammunition.
DYSANGCO and seized pieces of evidence are now under the custody of PMFC, and later will be turned over to Bulacan Provincial Crime Laboratory for ballistics examination.
Appropriate charges are being prepared against the arrested suspect before the Office of the City Prosecutors Office, City of Malolos Bulacan.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police Regional Office 3 continues its unrelenting operations against Wanted Persons arresting one hundred five (105) wanted persons in Central Luzon in just one week operation from June 3 to 10, 2018.
Twenty-five (25) persons sought by law in Nueva Ecija were arrested by police authorities by virtue of Warrants of Arrest identified as: Jomar DELA CRUZ, Jasper BERNABE, Amelita MAGLANOC and Gary LAUREANO, all residents of Talavera; Raelee RAFAEL of Bongabon; Orlyn ABRASADO and Ramil VILLANUEVA, both residents of San Jose City; Dr. Christian Martin DOMINGO and Angel BALAJADIA, both of Cabanatuan City; Susana CAYETANO of San Leonardo; Danilo ANTONIO, Reynaldo TAMBOT and Jonathan AQUINO, all residents of Llanera; Lucila VILLA, Nicanor DIAZ and Rogel BARLIS, all residents of General Tinio; Denmark FLORA and Ar-Jay DE-BELEN, both of Science City of Muñoz; Mario JOSE and Medric PATUBO, both of Zaragoza; Roberto SAMSON of Cabiao; Lorenzo SAIREZ of Talugtog; Jethroe BUGTONG and Gerardo GUTIERREZ, both of Guimba; and, Cherry FELICIANO of San Miguel, Bulacan.
Similarly, twenty-two (22) wanted persons were arrested by Bulacan police identified as Walter ONGUDA, Daniel PANGILINAN JR, Jesus ABELLANO JR, Erickson LLANES, Jay-ar BANTOG, Jocelyn YACUB and Ronald PALISOC, all residents of City of San Jose Del Monte; Alfredo MAGTUBO, Ernesto SUAREZ and Emerito NEGAPATAN, all residents of Sta. Maria; Joshua NABATA, Raul MONTES JR, Carlo Jay MONFORTE and Simon Gabby GUANZON, all residents of Malolos City; Rowena FANGON of Balagatas; Michael Paul ROBLES of Meycauayan City; Lerner BRIN of Angat; Richard IGNACIO of Bocaue; Joan BORINGOT of Bustos; Lian LUNA of Pandi; Ronaldo INFORTUNO SR. and Luis VENERACION, both of San Ildefonso.
In Tarlac, police authorities arrested thirteen (13) outlaws identified as Rogelio PARAGAS JR. of Camiling; Michael ESPINOSA, Estrella BARBIN, Ramsam CORPUZ of Tarlac City; Alvin TABAMO, Laurence RAMOS of Bamban; Roselyn ALMONTE of Ramos; Teresita AGUSTIN of Victoria; Candido LIBANTINO JR. of Anao; Julius CESAR of La Paz; Herdigarde FERRERIA of Paniqui; Fredelito JUNATAS of Calasiao, Pangasinan; and, Roberto Martin VILLA of Mangatarem, Pangasinan.
Also arrested by Bataan police operatives were thirteen (13) wanted persons identified as Christopher REGINO and Oscar TANGLAO, both of Mariveles; Arnulfo ARATEA, Edwin PARENO, Aljhon CANDIA, Jaybee SARMIENTO and Rannie RODRIGUEZ, all residents of Bagac; Jaime VILLANUEVA and Ma. Arah ONGOCO, both of Abucay; Joel TEOPENGCO and Angelo MANGALINDAN, both of Balanga City; Jonathan REYES and Gina SANGALANG, both residents of Orion.
Meanwhile, twelve (12) persons with Warrants of Arrest were arrested in Pampanga namely: Jenize APILADO of Mabalacat City; Allain CASTRO and Arcel VILLAVICENCIO, both of City of San Fernando; Raul CALADIAO of Sasmuan; Jesus Rey SANTIAGO SR. and Edwin SACRO, both of Floridablanca; Justine Jeffrey SUNDIAM, Ludivina BUNDALIAN and Reynante DURAN, all residents of Sto. Tomas; John Paolo RAMOS of Candaba; Denmark GUEVARRA of Mexico; and, Ronald SANTOS of Porac.
Ten (10) wanted persons in Zambales were arrested by police operatives namely: Carolyn RUBIO and Diosdado MATA, both of San Antonio; Romel MENGOTE and Michael URBISTONDO, both of Candelaria; Gregorio DAYRIT of Masinloc; Acelina DUNGO of Sta. Cruz; Carolyn DIAG of San Felipe; Jhopet CAMPO and Guillermo LAAO, both of Subic; and, Elmer MADRIAGA of Castillejos.
Four (4) outlaws were arrested by Angeles City cops identified as Regine MANALILI of Pandan; Leslie PAMINTUAN of Pulung Cacutud; Orlando FERRARIS of Malabanias; and, Michael DAVID of Sto. Cristo.
Aurora police also arrested three (3) persons sought by law, to wit: Jay ANCHETA of Dilasag; Robert APUNGOL of Dipaculao; and, Tee Jay RAMOS of Baler.
Likewise, Olongapo police arrested three (3) persons with standing warrants of arrest namely: Alex ALARCON JR of Mabayuan; Rodelio MENDOZA of West Bajac-Bajac; and, Luis BARRION of Sta. Rita.
All wanted persons were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for different crimes and law violations which includes Murder, Homicide, Robbery, Theft, Adultery, Direct Assault, Abduction, Rape, Acts of Lasciviousness, Physical Injuries, Estafa, Libel, Large Scale Illegal Recruitment, RIR in Homicide, Violation of RA 9165, RA 10883, RA 7610, RA 9262, RA 8484, RA 9442, PD 1829 and BP 22.
"With our relentless efforts to arrest wanted persons, crimes in the region would further be trimmed down,” PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Joint personnel of PNP Women and Children Protection Center, Capas Municipal Police Station, International Justice Mission, Dutch Police, Australian Federal Police, Nordic Police, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Capas MSWD conducted entrapment and rescue operation in Brgy. Cristorey, Capas, Tarlac which resulted in the arrest of one (1) suspect and rescue of five (5) minors, yesterday afternoon (June 7).
The arrested suspect was identified as Marlyn BAPTISTA y Turqueza, 35 years old, and resident of Blk 106, Blk 5, Brgy. Cristorey, Capas, Tarlac. Recovered pieces of evidence inside her house were one (1) tablet, one (1) internet modem (Globe Broadband) and one (1) cellphone.
Charges for Violation of RA 9208 as amended by RA 10364 (Trafficking in Person) RA 7610 (Child Abuse) and RA 10175 (Anti-Cybercrime Law) were being filed against the suspect.
Rescued minor victims were brought to DSWD Heaven’s Shelter in Quezon City.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A notorious drug pusher was arrested by anti-illegal drugs operatives of Police Regional Office 3 and more than Php 4 Million worth of suspected Shabu were confiscated during a buy bust operation at Bagong Silang, Phase lll, Brgy. Cutud, Angeles City, around 4:20 PM yesterday (June 7).
Regional Drug Enforcement Unit Chief PSUPT ROMMEL BATANGAN identified the suspect as Jay-Ann SALONGA y Dungca, 27 years old, single, jobless and resident of 1638 Garcia St., Mt. View, Balibago, Angeles City.
Confiscated from SALONGA’s possession were the following: one (1) brick aluminum plastic containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu with chinese letter markings weighing more or less one (1) kilogram, five (5) medium size heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, one Taurus PT 24/7 PRO caliber .40 pistol with serial number SEP94268, two (2) magazine assembly loaded with ammunition, three (3) cellphones, weighing scale, scissor, one (1) black Ford Ranger pick-up truck with plate no. AAJ 5127 and Php.1,500.00 marked money.
Charges for violation of Sec. 5 (selling of illegal drugs), 11 (possession of illegal drugs) and 12 (drug use) of Art. II RA 9165 and Violation of RA 10591 (illegal possession of firearms and ammunition) are already being filed against SALONGA.
“We will not stop until every single sachet of shabu and illegal drugs is wiped out, every drug pusher is arrested and every drug user is reformed as we vow to achieve our quest for a drug free Central Luzon," PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS said.

The oath-taking and mass pinning of the newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers and Police Non-Commissioned Officers was administered by PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR CORPUS and was witnessed and participated in by the families and relatives of the promotees.
