CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Less than a week before his retirement and before assuming his post as the new Director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, PCSUPT AARON N AQUINO relinquished his post to PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, earlier this morning, September 1.

            The Assumption of Office Ceremony was held at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga with PDDG ARCHIE GAMBOA, The Chief Directorial Staff as the presiding officer.    

            The new Regional Director who was previously assigned at PRO3 as the Chief, Regional Operations and Plans Division and served as Tarlac Police Provincial Director was welcomed at the Police Regional Office 3 with an Arrival Honors rendered by PRO3 PNP personnel.  

            PCSUPT CORPUS, a member of PMA Class ’86 SINAG-TALA is the Director of the Logistics Support Service before replacing PCSUPT AQUINO.

    CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga-  Police Regional Office 3 was conferred awards during the celebration of the 116th Police Service Anniversary at Camp Crame, Quezon City on August 9, 2017.

            PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AARON N AQUINO received the Special Unit Award on the Accounting of Illegal Drug Personalities while PO1 Juan Carlos Ventura of Olongapo City Police Office received the Best Junior Police Non-Commissioned Officer for Administration.     

            Anchored on the theme: “Buhay ng Pulis Handang Ibuwis para sa Katahimikan at Kaayusan”, the celebration and awarding ceremony was highlighted by the presence of President Rodrigo Duterte who was also the guest of honor and speaker.

            “This recognition will surely lift the spirits of our PRO3 personnel as we work tirelessly to fulfill our commitment of fighting criminality and wiping out illegal drugs in the region,” PCSUPT AQUINO also stated.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PRO3 Regional Director, PCSUPT AARON N AQUINO said that the entire Central Luzon police force has been keeping on its toes in its all -out war against illegal drugs as police authorities continue to launch anti-drug operations in Nueva Ecija, Angeles City and Olongapo City, yesterday (August 21).

Operatives of Gapan CPS conducted buy-bust operation in Brgy. Mangino, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija  which resulted to the arrest of Emmanuel MALLARE y Domingo  a.k.a. Meme, 41 y/o, married, helper and Mary Ann ELIZAGA y Lamar, 29 y/o, single both residents of said place and seizure of four (4) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and the marked money.

Meanwhile, operatives of Angeles City Police Station 2 conducted buy-bust operation in Purok 5, Brgy. Pampang, Angeles City yesterday evening (Aug 21) which resulted in a shootout and neutralization of Martin LAXAMANA JR y Montoya a.k.a. Junix. Recovered from the scene were one (1) caliber .45 COLT pistol with serial no. 916432 loaded with ammunition, four (4) deformed slug, four (4) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, two (2) gun holsters, two (2) empty shells, three (3) shotgun live ammunition, one (1) roll aluminum foil, one (1) bundle transparent plastic sachets, digital weighing scale, one (1) aluminum foil strip with suspected shabu residue, one (1) caliber .45 magazine loaded with two (2) live ammunition and the marked money.

Similarly, operatives of Olongapo City Police Station 3 conducted buy-bust operation along Rodriguez St., Brgy. New Kalalake, Olongapo City which resulted to the arrest of Ibrahim PACSA y Mawalil a.k.a. Biting, 20 y/o, single, jobless, resident of Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales. During the operation, the police poseur buyer swapped a tablet in exchange for shabu. Confiscated from PACSA’s possession were four (4) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 4.758g with street value of Php21,411.00 and one (1) marked KTC android tablet.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- -- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AARON N AQUINO on Friday (August 18) graces the induction ceremony of the new sets of officers of the PRO3 Press Club held at the Century Hotel, Balibago, Angeles City.

 PCSUPT AQUINO said that he did not hesitate to the invitation of the PRO3 Press Club Incoming President Ric Sapnu to grace the occasion as keynote speaker because the media is close to his heart.

“Over the years, PRO3 has recognized the significant role of community partnership, especially our partnership with the media, as an integral factor to our success in promoting peace and order in the region. We have been working together for many years already for the betterment of not just the PRO3 but the entire PNP organization and Region 3 as well.  I am hopeful that we will continue to work hand in hand in the years to come and foster among us all a healthy working relations to help enlighten the public about police work,” PCSUPT AQUINO told the newly inducted officers and members of the PRO3 Press Club.

QCPD Director PCSUPT GUILLERMO ELEAZAR and construction magnate and Knight Grand Cross of Rizal Mr Reghis Romero II were also present during said event.

       Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.--- Six (6) suspects were arrested including two (2) minors, one (1) was killed while fifty-three (53) sachets of suspected shabu were confiscated during series of anti-illegal drugs operations by police authorities yesterday (Aug 22), in Bulacan, Aurora and Pampanga.

Joint operatives of San Rafael MPS and PDEA 3 conducted buy-bust operation in Brgy. Paco, San Rafael, Bulacan which resulted in a shootout and neutralization of alias LUPIN, of legal age, a target personality. Recovered were the following: one (1) caliber .38 revolver loaded with ammunition, two (2) spent shells for caliber 9mm, ten (10) small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 1.2g with street value of Php5,500.00 and the marked money.

Similarly, operatives of Meycauayan CPS conducted buy-bust operation in Brgy. Bayugo, City of Meycauayan, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of Lyka DE JOSE y Flores, 19 y/o along with two (2) minors. Confiscated from their possession were five (5) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 7.15g with street value of Php18,000.00 and the marked money.

Meanwhile, operatives of Dingalan MPS conducted buy-bust operation in Aplayang Maliit, Brgy. Paltic, Dingalan, Aurora which resulted to the arrest of Dennis FLORENTINO y Tordera and seizure of seven (7) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, lighters, scissors, seven (7) aluminum foil strips and aluminum tape.

Also, operatives of City of San Fernando PS conducted buy-bust operation in San Fernando Heights, Brgy. Malpitic, City of San Fernando, Pampanga which resulted to the arrest of Victor DY y Labeste, 45 y/o, married, pedicab driver, resident of Brgy. Saguin, CSFP and Benny LOPEZ y Evangelista, 41 y/o, jobless, married, resident of said place. Confiscated from the duo were thirty-one (31) heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with street value of Php16,000.00 and the marked money.

            PCSUPT AQUINO commended the operating troops and said that PNP PRO3 will continue its unwavering efforts to eradicate illegal drugs within the region as “Double Barrel Reloaded” is being widely implemented in the country.###
