Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Five wanted persons, including Mabalacat City’s No. 9 MWP, were arrested by police authorities after conducting series of manhunt operations as Police Regional Office 3 under its Regional Director, PCSUPT AARON N AQUINO, continues its aggressive campaign to arrest wanted criminals and put them behind bars.
 
Joint operatives of Mabalacat CPS and CIDG-Pampanga conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. Mabiga, Mabalacat City, Pampanga yesterday morning (Feb 6) which resulted in the arrest of Almario DIZON y Tuazon a.k.a. MARIO, ranked no. 9 most wanted person of Mabalacat City, 37 y/o, single, laborer, resident of same place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of RA 7610 issued by Hon. Judge Bernardita Erum of RTC-Angeles City with recommended bail of P180,000.00.
 
Meanwhile, joint operatives of Floridablanca MPS and Regional Intelligence Unit 3 conducted manhunt operation in San Jose, Floridablaca, Pampanga which resulted in the arrest ofEddie CASUPANAN y Ignacio, 47 y/o, married, jobless and resident of Brgy. Paguiruan, Floridablanca by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation for Violation of Sec. 11, Art. II of RA 9165 issuedby Hon. Judge Jesusa Mylene Isip of RTC-Guagua with fixed bail of P200,000.00.
 
Also, joint operatives of CIDG-Bulacan, HPG, PIB and Sta. Maria MPS conducted manhunt operation in ­­­­ Brgy. Camangyanan, Sta. Maria, Bulacan which resulted in the arrest of Ersal ANGELES y Sison, resident of same place by virtue of three (3) Warrants of Arrest for three (3) counts of Estafa issued by Hon. Judge Efren Tienzo of RTC Branch 13-Malolos City with recommended bail of P50,000.00, Hon. Judge Guillermo Agloro of RTC Branch 83-Malolos City with recommended bail of P60,000.00 and Hon. Judge Grace Ruiz of RTC Branch 22-Malolos City with recommended bail of P60,000.00, respectively.
 
Relatedly, operatives of Meycauayan CPS conducted manhunt operation which resulted in the arrest of Alfredo RICO y Ramirez, 58 y/o, native of Leyte andGuilermo VIVORA y Digman,59 y/o, native of Dagupan City by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation of PD 449 as amended by PD 1602 issued by Hon. Judge Romeo Quilantang of MTC-Meycauayan City with recommended bail of P16,000.00 each.
 
With these accomplishments, PCSUPT AQUINO remarked that Police Regional Office 3 will carry on its mandated tasks to enforce the law and place lawless elements behind bars.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3 under the leadership of PCSUPT AARON N AQUINO, RD PRO3, celebrates its 26th PNP Foundation Day, which coincided with the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony and was followed by the Wreath Laying ceremony held on February 6, 2017 at Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga wherein PCSUPT ROBERT G QUENERY, Health Service Director, was the Guest of Honor and Speaker. In his message, he thanked PRO3 for the opportunity given to him to talk before its police personnel and officers.
 
          This annual celebration was highlighted by the giving of awards to deserving PNP Regional Health Service 3 personnel who have contributed vastly to the upliftment of health of PRO3 personnel.  It also pays tribute to the gallantry of PRO3 fallen heroes who offered their lives for the spirit of heroism.
 
         Thereafter, RHS3’s OPLAN GABAY SA KALUSUGAN with the theme “KATOK PANGKALUSUGAN PARA SA KAPULISAN” was launched at PRO3 Multi-Purpose Hall. Said program rendered free medical services to PRO3 personnel with the scope from all types of medical examination to dispensing free medicines.
 
          The PNP, since its founding in 1991, has come a long way as a prime member of DILG and has been leading in maintaining peace and order in the society. It has also been a partner in good governance as it ventures in transforming the organization into professionalized cops.
 Camp Olivas,City of San Fernando,Pampanga - Going out of his way to reach out to all the communities within Central Luzon, Police Regional Office 3 Director PCSUPT AARON AQUINO met with the foreign dignitary of Korea Consul Kim Dae Hee together with the local Korean communities earlier this morning to assure them that the entire Central Luzon police force is keeping on its toes to continuously ensure public safety and security. 
 
            PCSUPT AQUINO particularly remarked that the PNP PRO3 is doing its best for the quick resolution of the recent cases victimizing Korean Nationals. 
 
            Also present during the meeting was Angeles City Mayor Ed Pamintuan.
 Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Police Regional Office 3  Regional Director PCSUPT AARON N AQUINO administered the oath of office of the recruits following their presentation by PSUPT ENRICO H VARGAS, Acting Chief of the Regional Police Personnel and Human Resource Development Division (RPHRDD) earlier this morning (Feb 1) at the PRO3 Parade Ground, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.
     
      Of the 917 new police recruits, 697 are males and 220 are females. All were given the rank of Police Officer 1 (PO1).
 
    The new police personnel were chosen after a stringent screening process conducted by the Regional Screening Committee on Recruitment headed by PSSUPT GRACIANO J MIJARES, PRO3 Deputy Regional Director for Administration.
 
     After their oath-taking ceremony, the new police recruits will further undergo one-year training at the Regional Training Center 3 in Brgy. Sto Niño, Magalang, Pampanga.
 
      “The PNP needs dedicated and responsible police officers imbued with a deep sense of commitment and loyalty to serve the communities in Region 3. Your primary responsibility is to serve and protect the people; wear your uniform proudly, and do not dishonor it because you now officially belong to the special breed of men and women in the noble profession of law enforcement. I trust that you will be our staunch partners in the fields in promoting peace and order and maintenance of public safety” PCSUPT AQUINO said in his message.
 
       The hiring of the 917 applicants completes the PO1 Attrition Recruitment Program for the year 2016, with initial quota of 1,100.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- A total of 511 newly-promoted PNP personnel, 87 of whom are Police Commissioned Officers and 424 police non-commissioned officers of Police Regional Office 3 took their oath earlier this morning (Jan 30).
 
            The oath taking and mass pinning of the newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers and Police Non-Commissioned Officers was administered by PSSUPT GRACIANO JAYLO MIJARES, Deputy Regional Director for Administration. Said activity was witnessed and participated in by the families and relatives of the promotees.
           
In his message, PSSUPT MIJARES said that the PNP always notes that rank and promotion are not a reward of what was done well, but recognition that each PNP personnel has the potential to do more. 
 
The pinning of ranks is done simultaneously in all levels of command of the PNP to acknowledge the achievement of the promotees.
