CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- Police Regional Office 3 under the leadership of PCSUPT AMADOR V COPRUS gave a “Heroes Welcome” to fallen Marawi City police officer PINSP EDWIN PLACIDO who hailed from the City of San Fernando, Pampanga and was a former member of Police Regional Office 3.   

            “Nakakalungkot isipin na isa sa ating mga kasama at kapatid sa serbisyo ay nasawi ngunit alam naman nating lahat na ang buhay nating mga pulis ay laging nasa panganib. And, still, we continuosly perform our mandated tasks even finding ways and means to go beyond our call of duty. To the family of the late PINSP PLACIDO, the entire Police Regional Office 3 can never be prouder of him who chose to die fighting to liberate Marawi City and to spare our country from possible multiple terror attack. He served in the best tradition of the Philippine National Police by answering the call in bravery and in sacrifice,” PCSUPT CORPUS said during the ceremony.

Relatedly, the National Colors is still hoist at half -mast as an expression of great respect for the bravery and heroism of PINSP EDWIN PLACIDO and Funeral honors, Vigil guards and other interment services.

             Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Eight (8) persons wanted by law were arrested after police authorities launched series of manhunt operations, yesterday, November 8, 2017.

            In Bulacan, San Miguel police operatives conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. Lambakin, San Miguel, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of Ronnie RUEDA y Cruz, of legal age, resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Regional Trial Court-Branch 78, City of Malolos, Bulacan for the crime of Murder with no bail recommended.

            Joint operatives of CIDG-Bulacan and Obando MPS conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. Lawa, Obando, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of Antonio LEGASPI y Cervana, of legal age, resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by RTC-Branch 8, City of Malolos, Bulacan for the crime of Violation of Sec. 11, Art. II of RA 9165 with recommended bail of Php200,000.00.

            Relatedly, personnel of City of San Jose Del Monte PS conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. Sto. Niño 2, CSJDM, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of John Daimlier MENDOZA y Robes, 34 y/o, single, Eliseo NICOLAS y Trinidad a.k.a. Ely, 72 y/o, married, both residents of Brgy. Taal, Bocaue, Bulacan and Donato DALMACIO y Alinsod, 31 y/o, single resident of Brgy. Lawang Pare, CSJDM, Bulacan, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by RTC-Branch 17, City of Malolos, Bulacan for the crime of Grave Threat (3 counts) with recommended bail of Php24,000.00 to each arrested suspect.

            Also, operatives of CIDG-Bulacan conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. San Pedro,  City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan which resulted to the arrest of Joshua AGAO @Jokjok, of legal age, resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by RTC-Branch 20, City of Malolos, Bulacan for the crime of Violation of RA 6539 as amended by RA10883 with recommended bail of Php300,000.00.

            Similarly, joint operatives of Mabalacat CPS and Valenzuela CPS conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. Karuhatan, Valenzuela City which resulted to the arrest of Robitson MERINO y Labitan, 35 y/o, single, truck driver, resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by 6th MCTC, Magalang-Mabalacat, Pampanga for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injuries and Multiple Damage to Properties with recommended bail of Php30,000.00.

Meanwhile, Lupao Municipal Police Station conducted manhunt operation in Brgy San Isidro, Lupao, Nueva Ecija which resulted to the arrest of Reynaldo ORPILLA y Espiritu, 53 years old, married and a resident of said place by virtue of alias Warrant of Arrest issued by Hon Joselito Cruz Villarosa, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 39, Third Judicial Region, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija docketed under Criminal Case Nr l-13 (2003) for Rape in Relation to RA 7610 with no bail recommended.

                        With these accomplishments, PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, RD, PRO3 remarked that Police Regional Office 3 will carry on its mandated tasks to enforce the law and place lawless elements behind bars.

          CAMP OLIVAS, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA- As the delegates for the 11th ADMM and 4TH ADMM-Plus start to arrive, personnel of Police Regional Office 3, together with other members of the 21 involved government agencies, steadily secures the meeting venues and delegates’ billets in Clarkfield, Pampanga.

 
        Consequently, there has been no single untoward incident reported due to tight security measures implemented by deployed personnel.  
  
         Relatedly, in preparation for the 31st ASEAN Leaders’ Summit and Related Meetings to be held this November, a convoy dry run led by ASEAN Summit Task Force   was conducted from Clark International Airport passing through the venues and billets in Manila up to Pasay City to guarantee the safe arrival of the delegates as well as the smooth flow of the grand event. 
 
          Meanwhile, daily meetings are also conducted by TG “Clark” to wrap up the events of the day and to give updates on the activities for the following day.
 
           TG “Clark” Commander and PRO3 Regional Director, PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, continues to appeal to the public to cooperate with authorities and to follow security protocols being undertaken by TG “Clark”  to ensure attainment of a “zero ASEAN-related incident”.

        Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Three (3) persons wanted by law were arrested during manhunt operations conducted by police authorities in Pampanga and Zambales, over the weekend.

Operatives of City of San Fernando PS conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. San Pedro Cutud, City of San Fernando, Pampanga which resulted to the arrest of Jericho VALENCIA y Cruz, 33 y/o, single, resident of said place by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 47, CSFP for Qualified Theft with recommended bail of Php30,000.00.

Rodel DUKO y Bacarias, 40 y/o, single, jobless and resident of Brgy. Dapdap, Mabalacat City, Pampanga  was arrested by operatives of Mabalacat CPS by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by 6th MCTC, Magalang-Mabalacat, Pampanga for the crime of Attempted Homicide with recommended bail of Php 12,000.00 during a  manhunt operation in Brgy. Poblacion, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Meanwhile,  Castillejos police operatives arrested Jaime A. RABANERA JR, of legal age, resident of Brgy. San Juan, Castillejos, Zambales  by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by Municipal Circuit Trial Court-Castillejos, Zambales for the crime of Attempted Homicide.

PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, RD PRO3 assured the public that PRO3 will continue its campaign to eradicate all forms of criminality including intensification of manhunt operations against wanted persons within the region

          Camp Olivas, CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA-  Police Regional Office 3 together with the AFP, OCD and BFP tightens its security measures and emergency response preparedness as foreign delegates for the 11TH ADMM and 4th ADMM-Plus will start to arrive at Clarkfield, Pampanga. 

 
            PNP-PRO3 personnel are deployed in full force within the venues and areas where the delegates will be billeted to ensure their safety and security until the entire duration of the 11th ADMM and 4th ADMM Plus here in Region 3.
 
 
            Relatedly, maximum police presence is also being carried out along major thoroughfares and route where the delegates are expected to pass through as they travel to Clark.
 
 
            Meanwhile, continuous simulation exercises and convening of TG “Clark” are being undertaken until D-day in order to make sure that no single detail is being overlooked as well as guarantee the safe and smooth flow of the grand event.
 
 
            “As this grand event will take place on October 22-25, 2017, we continuously appeal to the public to cooperate with us for the stringent security measures we are implementing. We also request the motorists to give way to our convoy security especially when the delegates pass through so as not to cause any disruption,” PRO3 Regional Director and TG Clark Commander PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS stated.
