Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) headed by PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON participated in the nationwide simultaneous launching of “BARANGAYanihan” Help and Food Bank project initiated by the PNP which was spearheaded by the country’s top cop PGEN GUILLERMO LORENZO T ELEAZAR on May 14.
“BARANGAYanihan” Help and Food Bank project was created to help those who are less fortunate and poorest of the poor who have been greatly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
PNP-PRO3 was able to give relief packs to our Muslim brothers and sisters, Indigenous Peoples (IPs), and the women's sector from various parts of Central Luzon.
“In these trying times, “Bayanihan” spirit must be inculcated to every Filipino’s heart. We must show compassion to those in need and help without expecting anything in return. We appeal to all our kind-hearted “kababayans” to help or donate cash or in kind for our fellow Filipinos thru our “BARANGAYanihan” Help and Food Bank project” PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said. (PIO-3)
