Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- The simultaneous closing ceremonies of four (4) comprehensive courses for PRO3 personnel was held on Thursday (December 10) graced by PRO3 Head PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON.
Participants of the Field Training Program, PNP Standard and Marksmanship Handgun, Hostage Negotiation Course and Patrol Officers Basic Course completed their respective trainings all geared towards the improvement of their technical and professional competencies in line with the guidelines of PNP Chief PGEN DEBOLD M SINAS to equip all PNP personnel with the necessary trainings to further hone their capabilities to better serve the public.

To serve and to protect.While we are the 24/7 help line and defense for our streets and neighborhoods, it is also important, we maintain our discipline and professionalism at the highest standards at all times. Let us always find ways to excel in all that we do and not settle for mediocrity so that we can meet the expectations of our communities," PBGEN DE LEON added.
In his quest for excellence, the Central Luzon chief, an out-of the box thinker himself also made mention that during his tenure as Chief of the Firearms and Explosives Office along with PNP Chief PGEN DEBOLD M SINAS who was then the Director of the PNP Crime Laboratory initiated the online processing of all firearms application and permits for the applicants' convenience in adherence to the directives of President Duterte that all government services be made accessible and convenient to the public.
The online processing of firearms renewal and License to Own and Permit to carry Firearm (LTOPF)is one of the best services of the PNP especially in this time of pandemic. (PIO-3)
