It is also a strategic response towards addressing the threat of illegal drugs on the Philippine youth. Through the PNP Police Community Relations platform, it seeks to empower both youth and student sectors to become resilient to radical ideologies and to protect them from being brainwashed by the CPP-NPA into abandoning their families and studies. KKDAT is envisioned to enflame the SPIRIT OF VOLUNTEERISM among the youth and student sectors.
