Anchored on the theme "Nagkakaisang Pambansang Pulisya, Sama-sama sa Serbisyong Tapat at Marangal para sa Bayan," PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON urged PRO3 personnel to religiously adhere to the ethical doctrine of the organization and put emphasis on the true meaning of public service.
