Relatedly, on Monday, Fe A Rotaquio and Alemar Alcantara, Barangay Tanods and residents of Brgy. Matawe, Dingalan, Aurora personally turned-over to authorities twenty (20) pieces of explosives device (dynamite), nine (9) meters detonating cord and four (4) meters time fuse which was accidentally dug on a vacant lot at Brgy Matawe, Dingalan, Aurora.
"I am calling on all owners of firearms and explosives that are either unlicensed or whose licenses have yet to be renewed to voluntarily surrender their firearms and explosives to authorities or coordinate with the nearest police station.
