Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Police Regional Office 3 Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said that Central Luzon police are already on their toes to ensure the safe and speedy transport of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccines from China's Sinovac Biotech that has started to arrive, Thursday, March 4.
PRO3 Head PBGEN VALERIANO T DELEON said that all police units in Region 3 are fully prepared in performing their assigned duties under the task organization of PNP Vaccination Plan 'Caduceus' which sets forth the security and public safety guidelines and procedures to be undertaken by the police in support to the Philippine National Covid-19 Deployment and Vaccination Plan for the on-going vaccine roll-out following the arrival of the vaccine shipments from abroad.
"Several meetings, table top and simulation exercises were conducted to guarantee the smooth and organized transport of the vaccine shipment to the storage facilities and distribution hubs during the vaccine rollout," PBGEN DE LEON added.
Relatedly, Police Regional Office 3 has bolstered its information campaign on "Bakunation" to assure its personnel including the public to avail of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccines.( PIO-3)###
