Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga—Central Luzon Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said that nine (9) suspected drug peddlers were arrested by authorities during separate buy-bust operations in Angeles City and San Fernando Pampanga on June 15.

According to PCOL ROMMEL BATANGAN, CD, ACPO, elements Angeles City Police Station 1 and DEU operatives of Police Station 4 conducted separate anti-illegal drug bust operation along Molave St. Purok 5, Malabanias, Angeles City and Jasmin St. corner Surla St., Pulung Bulu, Angeles City which resulted in the arrest of Reynaldo AGSANGRE y APRICANO @Hawkins, resident of 3227 Villa Paz Sta. Teresita Angeles City; Danny SAY y Alipio, resident of 1097 Araw Malansic Park 7 Brgy. Sta Teresita, Angeles City; Maria Teresita PASCUAL y Guibo, resident of 3238 Villa Paz. Park 3 Sta. Teresita Angeles City; Mariz QUINTO y Pare, resident of 1171 Roxa St. Dau Mabalacat City, Pampanga; Arnold GUIBO y Baluyut @Soy, listed as a High Value Individual, resident of illa Paz Sta. Teresita Angeles City; and B-Jay BALAJADIA y Miranda, resident of 3003 Villa Paz Sta. Teresita Angeles City.

Seized from the suspects were nine (9) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 70 grams amounting to Php476,000.00.

Similarly, Khalib MUSTAPHA y Anggun, resident of Brgy. San Pedro Cutud, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; Lord ALMONTE y Ramiro, resident of Brgy. Del Carmen, City of San Fernando, Pampanga; and Federico PANGILINAN y Miclat, resident of Bagong Bayan, Angeles City, Pampanga were arrested by SDEU operatives of Mexico MPS under overall supervision of PCOL ARNOLD THOMAS IBAY, PD, Pampanga PPO thru buy-bust operation at Brgy. Lagundi, Mexico, Pampanga. Seized from the trio were six (6) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 15 grams amounting to Php102,000.00.

Total evidence collected from the suspects were fifteen (15) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu weighing 85 grams with an estimated DDB street value of Php578,000.00 and Php2,000.00 bill as marked money.

Violation of Sec. 5 in relation to Sec. 26 and Sec 11 Art. II of RA 9165 is being readied for filing in court against the suspects.

The top cop of Region 3 lauded the operating troops and stated that "With the constant arrest of illegal drug personalities in the area as well as the unremitting commitment of Central Luzon police force to stop its proliferation, illegal drug traders will have less opportunity to propagate illegal drugs."

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga— The Top 3 Most Wanted Person of CALABARZON was arrested by the authorities during a manhunt operation in Tarlac on June 15.

According to PCOL RENANTE C CABICO, Acting PD, Tarlac PPO, joint elements of San Manuel MPS, ROSARIO MPS, RIU 4A PIT Batangas, RIU-NCR IG, RID4A-PIT Batangas, PIU Batangas, 403rd AMC RMFB4A conducted manhunt operation at Purok 7, Brgy San Vicente, San Manuel, Tarlac that resulted in the arrest of Abundio ILAG y Chavez a resident of Brgy. Matamis, Rosario, Batangas by virtue of alias Warrant of Arrest with Criminal Case Number 2015-2009 for the crime of rape issued by Hon. ROSE MARIE J MANALANG-AUSTRIA, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 87, Rosario, Batangas dated November 12, 2015 with no bail recommended.

ILAG went into hiding for more than five years before his arrest in San Manuel, Tarlac.

“Anchored on the Intensified Cleanliness Program (ICP) of the Chief PNP, Police General Guillermo Eleazar relative in cleansing our community, All police units are working together to account and arrest all persons sought by law to offer more peaceful streets for the general public.” PRO3 Director, PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said. Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3’s continuous maximized efforts in waging the war on illegal drugs yielded large volumes of illegal drugs and high-value targets during regionwide anti-illegal drugs operations over the weekends.

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said that a total of 52 anti-illegal drugs operations were launched which resulted in the arrest of 80 individuals, 3 deaths in actual legitimate police operations and seizure of 203 sachets of Shabu weighing 456 grams with DDB value of Php 3,098,277 along with 12 Marijuana sachets weighing 19 grams and DDB value of Php 2, 281.         

PBGEN DE LEON assured the public that the Central Luzon police force and its partner law enforcement agencies will keep on making dent in the region’s illegal drug trade as it is committed to stop if not prevent the proliferation of illegal drugs which is also in line with the Intensified Cleanliness Program (ICP) of PNP Chief PGEN GUILLERMO ELEAZAR.( PIO-3)

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON graced Monday, June 14, 2021 the blessing and inauguration of the newly constructed San Simon Municipal Police Station in San Simon, Pampanga.

PBGEN DE LEON said that the new home of San Simon police will increase their effectiveness and productivity in  the performance of their functions and duties as law enforcers.

"New police stations are being constructed all throughout the region. This is, in fact, a work in progress and a realization of our determination, patience and persistence to build not just an impact project in protecting and keeping the peace and to adequately house the Mamang Pulis and Aleng Pulis all throughout Central Luzon, but also it is our move to improve public trust, confidence and integrity in our police force," PBGEN DE LEON further remarked during his message.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga—Four (4) suspected drug peddlers were arrested by authorities during separate anti-illegal drug bust operations conducted in Angeles City and Pampanga on June 10.

Police authorities in Angeles city conducted separate buy-bust operation at Sitio Maligaya, Brgy Pulung Maragul Angeles City, and in front of Crown Inn Hotel Brgy Mabalanas Angeles City, Pampanga which resulted in the arrest of George CALAGUAS y Guina @George, 46 years old, single, male, Filipino, Tricycle, Driver, resident of Sitio Maligaya, Brgy Pulung Maragul, Angeles City; Charlayne LEE y Guevarra @Tisay, 28 years old, female, married, presently billeted at Crown Inn Hotel, Brgy Malabanias, Angeles City; and Marlon TIONGSON y Paras @Brando, 46years old, resident of 1439 Melba St. Mt View, Brgy Balibago, Pampanga. Seized from their possession were eighteen (18) pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 5 grams amounting to Php34,000.00.

Similarly, a street-level individual (SLI) in Mexico Pampanga identified as Arman MAGLALANG y Romano, 27 years old, single, jobless, and a resident of Brgy Sta Ines, Mexico, Pampanga was arrested by Mexico MPS thru buy-bust operation at Barangay Lagundi, Mexico, Pampanga. Seized from his possession were seven (7) pieces of plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 1.3 grams amounting to Php3,500.

Total evidence collected from the suspects were twenty-five (25) pieces of heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 6.3 grams with an estimated DDB street value of Php37,500.00 and Php1,000.00 bill as marked money.

We are relentless in our campaign against illegal drugs and we will keep on conducting anti-drug operations to stop its proliferation, may this serve as a warning to those who are still involved in illegal drug trade and illegal activities especially now that the marching order of the Chief PNP PGEN GUILLERMO T ELEAZAR is to cleanse our communities of lawlessness," PRO3 Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said.
