Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3 thru the Regional Community Affairs and Development Division headed by PLTCOL ROMELL A VELASCO, AC, RCADD and PLTCOL RICARDO M DAVID, C, IORC with the  Information Technology Management Service 3, facilitated the training of PCADD personnel from the different provincial/city police offices on the improved system of the Complaint Referral and Monitoring Information System (CRMIS) Online.

The one- day training aimed to familiarize the participants with the importance, access, and usage of the system. CRMIS will cater all information requiring police intervention and address police irregularities.

" We continuously conduct trainings and seminars to capacitate our personnel in all undertakings designed for the betterment of the PNP in its quest for excellent delivery of police services," PRO3 Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON. (PIO-3)

The continuous Local Peace Engagement activities of the DILG being conducted by the Philippine Army and the Philippine National Police such as information dissemination, situational interview, made them aware of the government's programs and the opportunity to change their lives and correct the mistakes they have committed due to deception.

The activity was highlighted with the distribution of relief packs in line with PRO3's BARANGAYANIHAN during their signing of Oath of Allegiance.

The Central Luzon police head further remarked that PRO3 together with all member agencies of the RTF-ELCAC 3 will continue this whole of sector approach against communist terrorist to achieve peace and national unity.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga---To bolster the immune system defenses of police personnel manning the different Quarantine control points in the boundaries of Bulacan and adjacent provinces of Pampanga and Nueva Ecija, health protective gears and gallons of alcohol were distributed over the weekend.

Assigned senior officers from the Regional Headquarters namely:  PCOL ALLAN MANIBOG, Chief, ROD, PCOL RUDECINDO REALES, Chief RCD and PCOL RANDY ARCEO personally handed over to police officers deployed in all boundary control points in Bulacan and adjacent provinces of Pampanga and Nueva Ecija the protective gears and gallons of alcohol.

They reiterated the directives of the Chief, PNP PGEN DEBOLD SINAS and RD, PRO3 PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON to ensure that IATF regulations and local ordinances are properly being implemented as well as adherence to the Tamang bihis and the use of meter stick such as yantok and baton while inspecting motorists and travelers.

“Amidst this pandemic, our frontliners’ primary weapons apart from their guns and equipment are these protective gears which shield them from the invisible enemy. We are also protecting our personnel as we continue to serve and guarantee the safety of our communities,” PRO3 Head PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark Villar attended the inauguration and blessing of the newly-constructed two-storey isolation/quarantine facility of Police Regional Office 3 on Friday, April 23.

Through the funding of the DPWH, a more spacious and fully-equipped isolation/quarantine facility was constructed for PRO3 personnel who have contracted the virus. This is in addition to the existing isolation/quarantine facilities inside the regional headquarters.

The improvement of the camp drainage canal and other infrastructures being constructed is also made possible thru the assistance of DPWH in line with the DPWH- PNP Convergence program and the support of PRO3 stakeholders.

" The men and women of PRO3 including its 7 provinces and 2 cities are truly grateful for the untiring support of the DPWH and other partner agencies as we share the joy of this milestone, we also embraced the shared vision and commitment to safeguarding quality assurance of peace and order of the region," PRO3 Head PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said during the activity. Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- In time with the celebration of Ramadan which is also the season of giving, Police Regional Office 3 Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON spearheaded the simultaneous distribution of food packs consist of grocery items and bags of rice and hygiene kit to some 35 Muslim families at Northville, Brgy Calulut, and Brgy San Pedro Cutud, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on April 17, 2021. Mr Tanny Matabalao, President of Northville Muslim Community in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga warmly welcomed PBGEN DE LEON and his team in his area and expressed his gratitude to the PNP for their generosity.

On the other hand, the top cop of Central Luzon talked with the Muslim community and asked about their concerns regarding safety and security and at the same time solicited their support in the maintenance of peace and order in the area.

"This activity which is simultaneously done in all the regions nationwide is initiated by our Chief, PNP PGEN DEBOLD SINAS to make our Muslim brothers and sisters feel that the police cares for them especially during this pandemic. Ramadan is also a time for reflection, a time to remember those who don’t have enough, to count our blessings while also giving charity to others," PBGEN DE LEON added.
