Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that Central Luzon cops were able to arrest  twenty-one (21) persons sought by law yesterday, May 10, 2018, as the campaign against wanted persons continue to intensify.

Seven(7) wanted persons  in Bulacan were arrested by police authorities by virtue of Warrants of Arrest identified as: Janet Gagalac y De Vera  and Ma. Leticia Santos y Corpuz a.k.a Leticia Santos, both of  Sta. Maria, Bulacan for Viol. of B.P. Blg. 22; Clarita Mananguit y Gutierrez  of San Ildefonso, Bulacan for Estafa; Andres Victoria y Mendiola of Hagonoy, Bulacan for  Violation of Comprehensive Firearms & Ammunition Regulation Act; LEONARDO CABANSAG y BALLANGCA of Meycauayan City,Bulacan for Slight Physical Injuries; Billy Rey Chiapco y De Vera @ Billy of Bustos, Bulacan for Violation of RA9262; and,  ROMULO BERMUDO y MANGUBAT of Meycauayan City, Bulacan for RIR In damage to Property. 

Police authorities of Nueva Ecija PPO were able to arrest three (3) wanted persons identified as Jaime Dela Cruz Jr. y Valdez for Rape and alias warrant of arrest for the crime of attempted Rape and Lorenzo A. Calma both of Brgy. Rio Chico, Nueva Ecija for Qualified Theft; and, Mar Raniel Niro y Bernardez  of Rizal, Nueva Ecija for RIR To Serious Physical Injuries And Damage To Property.

In Tarlac, police authorities arrested Nestor Tiamzon y Pangan for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness and Glen CALPATURA y Alfonso for Other Deceits, both of Tarlac City; Michelle Tangonan y Antonio of Mayantoc, Tarlac for Libel; and Eduard Heronilla y Mariano "AKA" Edgardo of Gerona, Tarlac for Estafa.

Police authorities in Bataan arrested  three (3) wanted persons namely Michael Henry Rivera y Hocson, of Hermosa, Bataan for Estafa; Bernie Padilla of Limay, Bataan for Serious Physical Injuries; and  Abelardo Diwa y Jorge of Balanga City, Bataan for ESTAFA.

Also arrested were Edwin Santiago y Muñoz  of Subic, Zambales for the crime of Acts of Lasciviousness in rel to RA 7610; Amil Barrion y Lintag, aka" Amil of Sta Rita, Olongapo City  for the crime of Other Light Threats; Fel E. Resurreccion also known as Fel Timbreza and Jun Ressurection  for Estafa in rel to PD 1689 and Allan Cajucom y Baribal, Fereras of  Baler, Aurora for  viol of RA 9165, Sec 26 in rel. Sec 5.

“We are continuously stepping-up on our campaign to eradicate all forms of criminality including intensification of manhunt operations against wanted persons within the region,” PCSUPT CORPUS stated.

          Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga--- Three  (3) suspected drug peddlers were arrested in a  buy-bust operation conducted by police authorities yesterday morning,(May 9).

      Joint operatives of the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit 3  led by PSUPT ROMMEL BATANGAN and Mexico Municipal Police Station  conducted buy-bust operation at about 11:45 AM, yesterday at Brgy. Nueva Victoria, Mexico, Pampanga which resulted in the arrest of three (3) drug personalities namely; Lorna Belmonte y Abalos, female, married, vendor, 58 years old and resident of Area-C Sapang Palay, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan, Roland Cirunay y Cabano, male, 49 years, farm care taker and his live-in partner Marilou Abalos y Bautista, female, 42 years, jobless, single, both residents of Nueva Victoria, Mexico, Pampanga.

      Confiscated from the possession of the suspects were nine (9) transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, Php 500.00 marked money, illegal drugs paraphernalia and three (3) pcs mobile phones.

       Charges for Violation of Sec 5 and 11 of RA 9165 are being filed against the arrested suspects.

       Further investigation revealed that Lorna Belmonte y Abalos and Roland Cirunay y Cabano previously surrendered to police authorities  during the massive implementation of “Oplan Tokhang” in line with Double Barrel. 

     PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that the entire Central Luzon police force is relentless on its campaign to stop the proliferation of all forms of illegal drugs in the region.

                Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- A high ranking official of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and watch-listed drug personality was arrested during the implementation of Search Warrant in Brgy San Roque, Tarlac City, yesterday morning (May 9).

                PRO3 Regional Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS identified the suspect as ROGEL YAMBAO y GALANG, OIC-LTO Tarlac District Office, male, 59 years old, married, resident of Capitol Garden Subdivision, Brgy. San Roque, Tarlac City and categorized as High -Value Target (HVT Level 2). 

                PCSUPT CORPUS further said that YAMBAO was arrested by joint operatives of Tarlac Police Provincial Intelligence Branch (PIB) and Tarlac Police Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) during the implementation  Search Warrant No. 2018-02 issued by Honorable Executive Judge LILY C DE VERA-VALLO of Regional Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, Branch 64, Tarlac City for Violation of Sec. 11, Art. II of RA 9165.

                Confiscated from the possession and control of the suspect were: Nine (9) pieces heat sealed small transparent plastic sachets containing suspected “SHABU”; One (1) piece hand grenade; and Seventeen (17) pieces of alleged Caliber 45 cartridges.

                Cases for violation of Section 11 (Possession of Dangerous Drugs), Article II of Republic Act 9165, otherwise known as Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, RA 9516 and RA 10591 are already filed against the suspect.

                “ The arrest of Yambao, who is a high ranking official of  LTO only goes to show that more and more unscrupulous government workers are involved in illegal drug and we continue to launch operations against all who are included in our target list and watchlist,”  PCSUPT CORPUS added.

CAMP OLIVAS, City of San Fernando, Pampanga-    With barely five (5) days before the Barangay and SK Elections on May 14, 2018, Police Regional Office 3 under PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS, Regional Director together with the 7TH Infantry Division Commander, Philippine Army MGEN FELIMON SANTOS JR, COMELEC Regional Election Director  Atty. Temie Lambino convened the Regional Election Security Forum for the May 14 Barangay and SK Elections 2018, the first in the country   on May 9, 2018 at the Kingsborough International Convention Center, JASA, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

The meeting was presided by Atty. Lambino  and was participated by the Senior Field Commanders from 7th Infantry Division, Police Regional Office 3 Command Group, Provincial/City police directors, all Chiefs of Police and all Provincial Election Supervisors of Central Luzon. 

Its aim is to have unified efforts among members of the security forces hand-in-hand with counterparts in other government agencies so that the forthcoming elections will be safe and secure.

Pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No. 9571, the PNP and AFP are deputized to assist COMELEC in its security preparations for the elections.

The event was graced with the presence of PDG OSCAR ALBAYALDE, C, PNP, BGEN ABRAHAM CLARO ASIS, 703RD BDE Commander and NOLCOM Commander LT GEN EMMANUEL SALAMAT.

Present during said forum were: DILG 3 Director Julie Daquioag, NAPOLCOM 3 Director  Rodolfo Santos Jr, NBI 3 Regional Director Atty Manuel Jularbal and DepEd 3 Director Malcom Garma.

Pampanga Governor Hon Lilia M Pineda, Bataan Governor Hon Albert Garcia, Bulacan Governor Wilhemino Alvarado-Sy  Angeles City Mayor Ed Pamintuan, Olongapo City Mayor Rolen Paulino and Mexico Mayor Teddy Tumang also attended the event.

PRO3 Director PCSUPT AMADOR V CORPUS said that with the security preparations and proactive measures being undertaken by PRO3 and AFP together with partner agencies from day one to d-day, the goal for a safe and secure local electoral process will be attained.
