Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- PRO3 Head PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON gave orders to Bulacan Provincial Director PCOL LAWRENCE CAJIPE to conduct a deeper investigation on the shooting incident victimizing a member of the Quezon City Police District on April 10 at City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.

PSsg Jonathan RELLORES y Andoloy, 42 years old, married, PNP member and presently assigned at QCPD Station 3 was traversing along Quirino Hiway on board his single motorcycle heading towards Caloocan City when he was stopped by a concerned citizen and reported to him an alleged hold- up incident and pointed at the unidentified male suspect casually walking at said road as the culprit.

PSsg RELLORES immediately approached the suspect and when the former was about to confront the latter, suspect drew his gun and fired at the PSsg RELLORES hitting him on his left abdomen. Thereafter, suspect fled going towards Brgy Tungkong Mangga direction onboard a motorcycle while PSsg managed to rush himself to Commonwealth Hospital and Medical Center for medical treatment onboard on his motorcycle.

"We will exert all our efforts to identify and immediately arrest the suspect. We continue to solicit the support of the general public in order to maintain peace and order, safety and security of our communities,” PBGEN DE LEON said. (PIO-3)

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga—The number 7 Top Most Wanted Person was arrested by authorities in Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro on Thursday, April 8.

Based on the report of PCOL ROMANO V. CARDIÑO, Acting PD, Zambales PPO, Resty GALLARDO y Dela Cruz, 38 years old, married, construction worker, native of Brgy. Magsaysay, Castillejos, Zambales and presently hiding at Brgy. San Isidro, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro was arrested by personnel of Zambales Provincial Intelligence Unit with CIDG-PFU, PIU Oriental Mindoro, 1ST PMFC Oriental Mindoro and Puerto Galera Municipal Police Station at Brgy.San Isidro, Puerto Galera, Oriental Mindoro by virtue of warrant of arrest for violation of RA 9165 under Criminal Case No. RTC-2019-1122-I and RTC-2019-1123-I issued by Hon. Judge RAYMOND C VIRAY of RTC Branch 75, Olongapo City.

Further investigation revealed that GALLARDO availed of the plea bargaining and probation but failed to comply the requirements and went into hiding.

With the help of social media, GALLARDO was traced in Puerto Galera where he was arrested.

“As we aim for safer communities, all law enforcement agencies work closely together to fight all forms of criminality including intensification of campaign against wanted persons. This is also in line with the guidelines of C, PNP PGEN DEBOLD SINAS to account all fugitives and put them behind the bars of justice," PRO3 head PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said. (PIO-3)

Vanessa Love REPELENTE y Suad, No. 7 Sibat Target, 36 years old, single, and resident of 180 Capricorn St. Brgy. St. Francis l, Limay, Bataan was arrested by joint personnel of Limay MPS, 2nd PMFC, Bataan PPO, Bataan CIDG-PFU and Bataan MARSTA in their man hunt operation along Brgy. San Jose, Balanga City, Bataan for Qualified Theft under Criminal Case No. 20542 issued by HON. MARION JACQUELINE POBLETE, Presiding Judge of RTC Br3, Balanga City, Bataan, dated May 20, 2020

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- In its continuous efforts to contain the widespread of the corona virus, a massive information awareness was conducted on April 6, 2021, Tuesday, region wide.

All Chiefs of Police went out of their police stations and roved around their respective dry and wet markets to remind the public of the minimum health standards and reiterate the health protocols such as wearing of face mask, face shield and physical distancing thru the implementation of OPLAN BANDILLO.

PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said that a total of 367 OPLAN BANDILLO were launched and he appealed to the public to please stay at home and avoid non-essential travels.

Meanwhile, also on Tuesday, Regional Pastoral Office head PLTCOL HEINTJIE CAÑETE visited the different QCPs of Bulacan PPO under ECQ and gave short spiritual guidance and prayer to all deployed personnel to encourage and boost the morale of all deployed personnel in the performance of their duties and responsibilities. Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON announced on Sunday, April 4 that he will not intervene with the directive of Angeles City Mayor Carmelo Lazatin to relieve all members of Angeles City Police Station 5 following the viral prank video that circulated on social media on Friday, April 2.

Said prank video which was posted on the social media page of SY Music Entertainment “showed an individual supposedly being apprehended by uniformed personnel using a PNP marked vehicle.”

PBGEN DE LEON immediately instructed PCOL ROMMEL BATANGAN, OIC, ACPO to conduct investigation on the two (2) police officers as well as those involved in said prank video where they can be seen violating health protocols.

Meanwhile, the seventeen (17) individuals identified as Kang Min Ho, Korean National; Aryan De Mesa; Klaid Christopher Diaz Tugade; Geraldine C Duran; Jennifer Mabilin; Michelle Anne Manalo; Diane Alexes Soquino; Marielle Shennen Uy @Angel; Cinderella Dizon Sallican; Lee Eun Hwan; Sun Donho; Kim Jenseok; Yan Jae Hyuk all Korean National; Edmond Brix Estacio; Leonid Alester Baterna; Gerson Arboleda and Oliver Francis Garcia are now facing charges for violation of IATF protocols while the two (2) patrolmen are facing administrative charges.

"We do not condone any misconduct and misdemeanor from our personnel especially this time of pandemic. We are serious and stern in the implementation of IATF guidelines and we even risked our lives to contain the widespread of the virus and their acts are unacceptable," PBGEN DE LEON added. (PIO-3)
