Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga— One of the Most Wanted Person (MWP) of Olongapo City was arrested by the authorities during a manhunt operation in Orani, Bataan on May 28.

Based on the reports of PCOL JERIC P VILLANUEVA, Acting City Director, OCPO, joint elements of City Intelligence Unit, Olongapo City Police Office (CIU-OCPO), Police Station 3-OCPO, Police Station 4, City Mobile Force Company,-OCPO, City Investigation and Detection Management Unit-OCPO and Provincial Intelligence Team, Zambales, RIU3 conducted manhunt operation along Roman Super Hi-way corner Mulawin Road at Barangay Tala in Orani, Bataan that resulted in the arrest of Marlon BALUCAN y Labrador, male, 23 years old, construction worker and presently residing at Brgy Pag-asa, Sitio Tamak, Orani, Bataan by virtue of warrant of arrest issued on February 26, 2020 by HON. GEMMA THERESA B HILARIO-LOGRONIO, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 12-FC, Olongapo City-Zambales under Criminal Case No. 2019-429FC for the crime of rape with no bail recommended.
