In Mabalacat City, PLTCOL ROSSEL CEJAS, COP Mabalacat CPS received donations from Vice Mayor Geld Aquino, CDO Foodsphere Inc. and Gardenia to sustain the Barangayanihan project of Mabalacat police.
Meanwhile, Cuyapo MPS Officer-in- Charge, PLTCOL ERWIN FERRY said that over 200 bags of relief goods and vegetables amounting to more or less Php 50,000 were donated by private individuals and stakeholders thereat.

Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3, Mabalacat police and AVSEG 3 under the supervision of PLTCOL ROMELL A VELASCO, Acting Chief, RCADD in coordination with PCADG- PNP International Help Desk and OWWA distributed food packs and PPEs to ten (10) returning Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) on Monday at the Clark International Airport, Clark Freeport Zone, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
The ten (10) returning Overseas Filipino Workers (Ship Crew) were previously held hostages by the pirates in West Africa last March 11, 2021.
"This is one way of showing that the police is always ready to extend support to everyone from all walks of life. Our OFWs also need to our assistance and as agents of the state, we have a social responsibility to also help those who are neglected, "PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON, RD, PRO3 stated.
Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- Police Regional Office 3's efforts to sustain its achievements of convincing active and former members of CTGs and CNTs to return to the folds of law and embrace new lives while continuously warding off vulnerable sectors and the youth from deceptive recruitment tactics, youths and parents in Baliwag town were drawn closer to peace and economic development as about 60 citizens underwent a seminar on public safety and beads accessories making at Brgy. Sto. Cristo, Baliwag on March 17.
The participants who came from various barangays joined the Seminar on Peace, Leadership and Community Development and the Livelihood Training Program organized by Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando’s civic organization Damayang Filipino Movement Inc. (DFMI) in partnership with PNP PRO3 and Kabataan Kontra Droga at Terorismo (KKDAT).
Under the guidance of PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON, Regional Director of Police Regional Office 3, informed the youth about the deceptive tactics of communist terrorist groups that steer people away from safety and society.
Present in the activities to empower the citizens were Baliwag Councilor Madette Quimpo, PLTCOL FELIPE B MARAGGUN, Force Commander of 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company, together with personnel of Baliwag Municipal Police Station, Damayang Filipino Movement Inc. Chairperson Wilfredo V. Santiago, DF Kabataaan and KKDAT Region 3 Adviser Jose Mari M. Garcia, Ms. Krismae Santos from the Provincial Government of Bulacan, and the various municipal coordinators and training facilitators.
PRO3 Head PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON said that the activities are in line with Ending Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC) advocacy in support to President Duterte's stand against terrorism, Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando's program Damayang Filipino, as well as to PNP's advocacy: Kakampi Mo Laban sa Pandemya, Ilegal na Droga, Kurapsyon, at Terorismo. Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga- In line with the celebration of the Women’s Month, Police Regional Office 3 staged the 1st ever all Women Fun Shoot that aimed at promoting friendship and enhancing marksmanship among women in uniform.
2019 SEA Games Gold Medalist for Precision Pistol Competition Franchette Quiroz graced the event which was held at the PRO3 Firing Range, Camp Captain Julian Olivas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga on March 17, 2021.
“Ang magkaroon po ng pagkakataong magbigay karangalan sa ating bansa ay maituturing kong isang malaking biyaya ngunit ang patuloy pong maglingkod sa ating bayan at sa aming mga mamamayan ay sadyang hindi po matatawaran,” Quiroz said during her message.
“I hope that the event, aside from being an avenue to showcase the expertise of our women in uniform was able to refresh and further develop their proficiency in gun handling and accuracy," PRO3 Regional Director PBGEN VALERIANO T DE LEON stated.
